客户的生产车间位于新建的多层钢筋混凝土标准厂房内,具有单层面积大、层高普遍较高的建筑特点。在磁性材料精加工过程中,通常包含切片、磨削、倒角、打孔等工序。这些工序不仅会产生细微的粉尘颗粒,同时高速运转的机械设备(如线切割机、磨床)也会释放大量热量,导致车间内部温度累积升高。

若采用传统中央空调方案,面对如此巨大的空间容积,不仅前期设备投入成本高昂,后期的电费损耗也让企业难以承受。因此,如何在控制成本的前提下,有效解决高温、异味及空气流通问题,成为本次方案设计的核心难点。

1、外挂式大风量送风系统(主体降温):

为不占用车间内宝贵的作业及设备摆放空间,我们将蒸发式冷风机(环保空调) 巧妙地安装在车间外墙外侧。利用水蒸发吸热的物理原理——当干热的空气穿过湿润的湿帘时,水分吸收空气中的热量发生汽化,从而降低空气温度(通常在江西夏季可降温4℃-10℃)。处理后的冷风通过铺设的专用风管,源源不断地输送到车间深处,形成有效的“冷空气湖”,覆盖员工主要的工作岗位。

2、负压强制排风系统(空气质量控制):

在产生明显异味和热量聚集的特定车间(如烧结或打磨区),我们经过专业的风量平衡计算,安装了足够数量的负压风机。这些风机在运行时,会在车间内形成负压区,迫使室外的空气通过门窗或进风口流入,从而在极短时间内(通常1-3分钟)完成整室换气,迅速抽走漂浮的粉尘、烟雾以及机械产生的余热,保持车间空气清新。

3、移动式精准降温(灵活补位):

Project Background and Regional Characteristics

The project is located in Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, known as the "Rare Earth Kingdom". Ganzhou is located on the southern edge of the subtropical zone and belongs to a typical subtropical monsoon humid climate. Its characteristics are distinct four seasons, high humidity, long summers, and high temperatures. The annual average temperature is around 19 ℃, while extreme temperatures in summer often climb above 35 ℃, accompanied by high humidity "sauna days", posing a serious challenge to the heat dissipation of industrial production and the comfort of workers.

Ganzhou is not only a sub central city in Jiangxi Province, but also an important base for rare earth resource mining and deep processing in the country. Relying on abundant rare earth reserves, the region has formed a complete industrial chain from rare earth mining, separation and smelting to high-end applications such as permanent magnet materials and luminescent materials. The customer of this service is a key link in this industry chain that focuses on precision machining of magnetic materials. Magnetic materials such as neodymium iron boron are widely used in the fields of new energy, aerospace, and electronic components due to their high remanence, high coercivity, and other characteristics. Their processing accuracy has high requirements for the workshop environment.

On site working conditions and challenges

The customer's production workshop is located in a newly built multi story reinforced concrete standard factory building, which has the characteristics of large single story area and generally high floor height. In the precision machining process of magnetic materials, it usually includes processes such as slicing, grinding, chamfering, and punching. These processes not only generate fine dust particles, but also high-speed mechanical equipment (such as wire cutting machines, grinders) release a large amount of heat, leading to an accumulated increase in temperature inside the workshop.

If traditional central air conditioning solutions are adopted, facing such a huge space volume, not only will the initial equipment investment cost be high, but the later electricity consumption will also be difficult for enterprises to bear. Therefore, how to effectively solve the problems of high temperature, odor, and air circulation while controlling costs has become the core difficulty of this scheme design.

Ruifeng Solution and Design Highlights

In response to the actual pain points of customers, the design team of Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration has comprehensively considered four core factors: geographical climate characteristics (high temperature and high humidity require strong ventilation), building structure (tall spaces are difficult to seal), production process (heat and dust generation), and site utilization rate (not occupying valuable production space). They have tailored a comprehensive management plan that focuses on evaporative cooling, negative pressure exhaust as a supplement, and mobile positioning

1. External high air volume supply system (main cooling):

To avoid occupying valuable workspace and equipment placement space in the workshop, we ingeniously installed evaporative air coolers (environmentally friendly air conditioners) on the outside of the workshop walls. The physical principle of using water evaporation to absorb heat - when dry and hot air passes through a moist curtain, moisture absorbs heat from the air and vaporizes, thereby reducing the air temperature (usually dropping by 4 ℃ -10 ℃ in summer in Jiangxi). The processed cold air is continuously transported to the depths of the workshop through dedicated air ducts, forming an effective "cold air lake" that covers the main job positions of employees.

2. Negative pressure forced exhaust system (air quality control):

In specific workshops that produce noticeable odors and heat accumulation, such as sintering or polishing areas, we have installed a sufficient number of negative pressure fans through professional air volume balancing calculations. When these fans are in operation, they create a negative pressure zone in the workshop, forcing outdoor air to flow in through doors, windows, or air intakes, thus completing the entire room ventilation in a very short time (usually 1-3 minutes), quickly removing floating dust, smoke, and residual heat generated by machinery, and keeping the workshop air fresh.

3. Mobile precision cooling (flexible positioning):

We have equipped mobile air coolers for non fixed inspection points or sporadic work areas in the workshop. This type of equipment adopts the concept of "human-machine integration" and is equipped with universal wheels at the bottom, which can be flexibly pushed to any working point that requires cooling. Its working principle is also to use circulating water cooling, but it focuses more on immediate cooling of local spaces, achieving the principle of "people in the machine, people moving the machine", greatly improving the utilization rate and return on investment of the equipment.

Construction effectiveness and customer value

After the completion of the project, the workshop environment has undergone a qualitative leap:

1. Improved physical comfort: The previously hot and stuffy work area has become cool and comfortable, with a significant decrease in perceived temperature. Employees' risk of heatstroke and fatigue caused by high temperatures have been greatly reduced, and their work focus has been significantly improved.

2. Enhanced production stability: Balanced control of environmental temperature helps to improve the thermal stability of processing equipment (such as high-precision grinding machines), reducing equipment accuracy errors caused by thermal expansion and contraction, and ensuring the high yield of magnetic material cutting and polishing products.

3. Improvement of air cleanliness: The strong exhaust of the negative pressure system effectively reduces the dust concentration in the workshop, not only protecting the respiratory health of employees, but also reducing the wear of precision mechanical bearings caused by dust.

The ventilation and cooling project of the Ganzhou magnetic material precision processing workshop, although targeted at the specific sub field of "rare earth deep processing", has high universality and reference value in scenarios such as ceramic production, heavy machinery processing, large-scale injection molding workshops, and logistics warehousing due to its high temperature, high humidity, large space, and dust and heat generation characteristics.
