该企业位于制造业发达的广东肇庆。肇庆地处亚热带季风气候区,夏季漫长且高温高湿,冬季温和湿润,年平均气温较高,且空气相对湿度常年在75%以上。这种“湿热”的气候特点,使得生产车间内部极易出现闷热、空气流通不畅的问题,对一线生产工人的作业环境构成了严峻挑战。

该企业是一家专注于精密塑胶及五金制品生产的高新技术企业。塑胶制品涵盖注塑成型、吹塑等工艺,五金制品则涉及冲压、压铸等流程。这类产品的生产对环境温度和空气流通有着较高要求——温度过高不仅影响操作人员的舒适度和效率,也可能导致注塑设备散热不良,影响产品定型精度。

【车间现状与设计挑战】

客户的生产车间为大型彩钢棚结构,具有以下特点:

1、空间宏大:车间总面积约12000平方米,层高约20米,属于典型的高大空间。

2、建筑特性:墙体与屋顶采用带有隔热层的彩钢瓦,墙面辅以大面积的采光窗。这种结构虽然建设周期短、成本可控,但气密性相对较差,热量易从屋顶和墙面辐射进入。

3、工艺复杂:内部布设有完善的塑胶五金生产线,涵盖从原料熔融、注塑/冲压成型到冷却、装配的全过程。生产设备密集,且多台行车在约17米的高空交叉运行,占据了大量顶部空间。

【瑞峰方案:量身定制,精准施策】

面对气候湿热、空间高大、行车干扰、场地宝贵等多重因素,瑞峰环保制冷的设计团队没有采用常规的地面或立柱式安装方案,而是深入现场,结合流体力学与空气热交换原理,制定了以下创新解决方案:

1、空间立体利用,释放地面产能

鉴于车间层高较高且顶部净空充足,我们创新性地将蒸发式冷风机(工业环保空调)紧贴吊挂安装在屋顶承重钢梁下方。此举不仅完全不占用宝贵的生产地面空间,更充分利用了热空气上升的物理特性,从源头对高温空气进行冷却处理。

2、避让行车运行,实现精准送风

针对车间内17米高处运行的桥式行车,传统风管安装显然不可行。为此,我们选配了大功率离心式下出风机型。该机型具备风压大、送风距离远的特点,能够克服高空障碍,将经过降温加湿的新鲜冷空气自上而下、垂直远距离输送至地面作业面,有效形成“冷气湖”,确保工人活动区域体感舒适。

3、科学布局,全覆盖无死角

经过精确的冷负荷计算,我们在车间屋顶承重梁下均匀布设了一百多台冷风机,形成立体送风矩阵。同时,针对少数设备遮挡严重、气流难以覆盖的角落,我们补充配备了移动式冷风机。这些灵活机动的设备真正做到“人在机在,人走机移”,既保障了局部降温需求,又避免了能源浪费。

Project Background and Customer Profile

The enterprise is located in Zhaoqing, Guangdong, which has a developed manufacturing industry. Zhaoqing is located in the subtropical monsoon climate zone, with long and high temperature and humidity summers, and mild and humid winters. The annual average temperature is high, and the relative humidity of the air is above 75% throughout the year. This "humid and hot" climate characteristic makes it easy for the production workshop to experience stuffiness and poor air circulation, posing a serious challenge to the working environment of frontline production workers.

This enterprise is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the production of precision plastics and hardware products. Plastic products cover processes such as injection molding and blow molding, while hardware products involve processes such as stamping and die-casting. The production of such products has high requirements for environmental temperature and air circulation - excessively high temperatures not only affect the comfort and efficiency of operators, but may also lead to poor heat dissipation of injection molding equipment, affecting the accuracy of product shaping.

Workshop Status and Design Challenges

The customer's production workshop is a large color steel shed structure with the following characteristics:

1. Spacious: The total area of the workshop is about 12000 square meters, with a floor height of about 20 meters, which is a typical tall space.

2. Architectural features: The walls and roof are made of color steel tiles with insulation layers, and the walls are complemented by large areas of lighting windows. Although this structure has a short construction period and controllable cost, its airtightness is relatively poor, and heat is easily radiated from the roof and walls.

3. Complex process: There is a complete plastic and hardware production line internally, covering the entire process from raw material melting, injection molding/stamping to cooling and assembly. The production equipment is dense, and multiple overhead cranes are operating at an altitude of about 17 meters, occupying a large amount of headspace.

Ruifeng Plan: Tailored and Precise Implementation

Faced with multiple factors such as humid and hot climate, large space, driving interference, and valuable site, the design team of Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration did not adopt conventional ground or column installation solutions. Instead, they went deep into the site and combined fluid mechanics and air heat exchange principles to develop the following innovative solutions:

1. Space three-dimensional utilization, releasing ground production capacity

Considering the high floor height and sufficient top clearance of the workshop, we innovatively installed the evaporative air cooler (industrial environmental air conditioner) tightly suspended under the roof load-bearing steel beam. This not only does not occupy valuable production floor space at all, but also fully utilizes the physical characteristics of rising hot air to cool the high-temperature air from the source.

2. Avoiding driving operations and achieving precise air supply

Traditional air duct installation is clearly not feasible for bridge cranes operating at a height of 17 meters in the workshop. For this purpose, we have selected a high-power centrifugal lower outlet fan model. This model has the characteristics of high wind pressure and long air supply distance, which can overcome high-altitude obstacles and transport fresh cold air that has been cooled and humidified from top to bottom and vertically over long distances to the ground work surface, effectively forming a "cold air lake" and ensuring the comfort of workers' activity areas.

3. Scientific layout, full coverage without blind spots

After precise calculation of cooling load, we evenly distributed over 100 air coolers under the load-bearing beams on the workshop roof, forming a three-dimensional air supply matrix. At the same time, for corners where a few devices are severely obstructed and airflow is difficult to cover, we have added mobile air coolers. These flexible and maneuverable devices truly achieve the principle of 'people on the machine, people walking and machines moving', which not only ensures local cooling needs but also avoids energy waste.

【 Effect Extension: Trust from Workshop to Exhibition Hall 】

After the implementation of this plan, the workshop environment has significantly improved: air circulation has accelerated, temperature has significantly decreased, humidity is suitable, and dust has been effectively suppressed. Workers have reported a significant improvement in their perceived comfort, leading to an increase in production efficiency; Precision production equipment operates more stably, ensuring the precision of plastic product shaping and resulting in a visible improvement in product yield.

The smooth implementation of the workshop project not only solved the urgent needs of the customers, but also established full trust in the professional capabilities of the Ruifeng team by the factory. Therefore, the factory voluntarily proposed to entrust us with the cooling project of the product exhibition hall located on the first floor of the administrative building.

The exhibition hall is a reinforced concrete structure with good airtightness and higher requirements for comfort and aesthetics. We have customized several high-power dual outlet axial flow industrial air conditioners for it. This type of air conditioner is based on the principle of forced convection heat transfer by axial flow fans, and has the characteristics of large air volume, sufficient cooling capacity, soft air outlet, and low noise. It is also equipped with an intelligent temperature control system that can automatically adjust the operation according to the indoor temperature, creating a comfortable and quiet negotiation environment for visitors.
