该健身中心坐落于一栋商务楼内，楼内虽已安装中央空调系统，但由于健身行业的特殊性——运动过程中人体产生大量热量和汗液，单纯依靠中央空调难以满足健身区域的通风降温需求，容易出现局部闷热、空气不流通等问题，影响会员的运动体验。

针对以上情况，瑞峰环保制冷的方案设计人员综合考虑了多方因素，包括广东地区的高温高湿气候特点、健身中心的人员密集度和运动强度、设备运行的灵活性需求以及客户对成本控制的关注，最终制定了以移动离心式冷风机为核心的通风降温方案。

Project Background

This project is located in Guangdong Province, in the subtropical monsoon climate zone, with high temperatures and humidity throughout the year, especially in the hot and long summer, where the feeling of stuffiness is obvious. As an important place for people to exercise and release stress, the comfort of the indoor environment in fitness centers directly affects the fitness experience and exercise effectiveness. A well ventilated and temperature appropriate fitness environment can not only improve members' exercise performance, but also enhance the market competitiveness of the fitness center, reflecting its concern and sense of responsibility for members' health.

The fitness center is located in a commercial building. Although a central air conditioning system has been installed in the building, due to the special nature of the fitness industry - the human body generates a large amount of heat and sweat during exercise, relying solely on central air conditioning is difficult to meet the ventilation and cooling needs of the fitness area, which can easily lead to local stuffiness, poor air circulation, and other problems, affecting the exercise experience of members.

Ruifeng Plan

In response to the above situation, the design team of Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration has comprehensively considered multiple factors, including the high temperature and high humidity climate characteristics in Guangdong region, the personnel density and exercise intensity of fitness centers, the flexibility requirements of equipment operation, and the customer's concern for cost control. Finally, a ventilation and cooling plan with mobile centrifugal air coolers as the core has been formulated.

1. Flexible response to personnel mobility

The personnel activity area of the fitness center has uncertainty, and members may use different equipment or venues at different times. Mobile centrifugal air coolers do not require fixed installation and can be flexibly adjusted in position according to actual needs, accurately covering densely populated areas and achieving "on-demand cooling".

2. Healthy and comfortable 'natural wind' experience

Long term dependence on central air conditioning not only consumes high energy, but also easily leads to "air conditioning sickness" due to large temperature differences between indoor and outdoor areas, affecting the health of members. Centrifugal air coolers utilize the physical principle of water evaporation to absorb heat. By sucking in hot air and cooling it through a wet curtain before sending it out, they create fresh and humid natural air that effectively cools down without feeling bone chilling like air conditioning. During exercise, the human body sweats heavily. If the ambient temperature is too low or the temperature difference is too large, it can easily cause colds or muscle discomfort.
