该企业的总装车间为超大型钢结构棚式建筑,总面积超过2.5万平方米,挑高达到17米,可同时容纳大型无人机机翼、机身段等核心部件进行装配作业。在如此广阔且高耸的空间内,夏季热量聚集迅速,空气形成明显分层,导致作业区域闷热难耐。这不仅影响了工作人员的体感舒适度,更可能在高温环境下对精密装配的精度和效率构成潜在威胁,因此,亟需一套高效、节能的通风降温解决方案来改善车间环境。

【解决方案】

Permanent magnet industrial ceiling fan ventilation and cooling project for large and medium-sized unmanned aerial vehicle assembly workshop

[Project Background]

This project is located in the Yangtze River Delta region of China. This region belongs to the subtropical monsoon climate, with high temperature and humidity in summer and wet and cold in winter. The air mobility is poor throughout the year, posing a serious challenge to the ventilation and heat dissipation of industrial plants. The project subject is an innovative enterprise with great influence in the field of industrial grade high-end unmanned aerial vehicles and electric vertical takeoff and landing vehicles (eVTOL). Relying on the strong new energy, automotive, and artificial intelligence industry chains in the Yangtze River Delta region, this enterprise has formed significant competitive advantages in the fields of industrial grade drones and eVTOL, representing China's cutting-edge level in high-end equipment manufacturing. The development of such enterprises is of great significance for promoting low altitude economy, enhancing national emergency rescue capabilities, leading future urban transportation reforms and other national strategies and social development.

The final assembly workshop of the enterprise is a super large steel structure shed style building with a total area of over 25000 square meters and a height of up to 17 meters. It can simultaneously accommodate core components such as the wings and fuselage sections of large unmanned aerial vehicles for assembly operations. In such a vast and towering space, the heat accumulates rapidly in summer, and the air forms obvious layers, resulting in unbearable stuffiness in the work area. This not only affects the physical comfort of the staff, but also poses a potential threat to the accuracy and efficiency of precision assembly in high-temperature environments. Therefore, there is an urgent need for an efficient and energy-saving ventilation and cooling solution to improve the workshop environment.

[Solution]

After surveying the site, the design team of Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration comprehensively analyzed multiple key factors: firstly, the humid and hot climate characteristics of the Yangtze River Delta region in summer require the system to have strong air circulation capacity; Secondly, the super large area of over 25000 square meters and the 17 meter high space make traditional precision temperature control devices (such as central air conditioning) consume huge amounts of energy and have unsatisfactory effects; Again, the drone components in the final assembly workshop are mostly pre packaged finished parts, and the requirements for air temperature and humidity are not strict. Therefore, the core goal of improvement is not precise cooling, but to create a soft and continuous three-dimensional breeze that effectively disturbs the stagnant hot air in the workshop, fundamentally improving the physical comfort of frontline workers.

Based on the above analysis, the Ruifeng team abandoned the traditional complex and high energy consuming solutions and innovatively selected permanent magnet industrial ceiling fans for overall layout design. We utilized the significant advantage of the product's wide single machine coverage range (with the largest model having a single machine coverage area of over 2000 square meters), and scientifically calculated and matched the installation quantity and distribution location of ceiling fans based on the actual workshop area and height. This design decision fully embodies our engineering wisdom of "using simplicity to control complexity": through reasonable layout and the use of a very small number of efficient equipment, we can achieve full coverage of a large space, avoiding visual clutter, complex wiring, and maintenance difficulties caused by the installation of a large number of small fans.

[Application Effect]

The core advantage of permanent magnet industrial ceiling fans lies in their excellent aerodynamic design. Its wing shaped fan blades and energy-saving tail design can efficiently push a large amount of air to flow vertically downwards, forming a three-dimensional natural wind of 1-3 meters per second in the workshop. This kind of wind sensation does not directly blow towards the human body, but promotes the circulation of air throughout the space, fully mixing the cool air near the ground with the hot air gathered at the top, effectively breaking the phenomenon of hot air stratification.

Since the system was put into use, the problem of stuffy air and poor circulation in the workshop has been fundamentally solved. The gentle and continuous airflow accelerates the evaporation of sweat on the surface of the human body, allowing workers to feel a significant cooling effect even in hot summer days, greatly improving their physical comfort. At the same time, the product adopts a permanent magnet synchronous external rotor motor, which has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, low-noise operation, and maintenance free.
