位于温州市瓯海区的消防支队多功能训练馆,地处典型的亚热带季风气候区,夏季高温多湿,平均气温可达28-35℃,湿度常维持在75%以上;冬季温和湿润,春秋季气候宜人但偶有回暖现象。这样的气候条件对室内训练环境的舒适性与安全性提出了较高要求。

该训练馆是消防官兵日常高强度训练的核心场所。训练项目涵盖体能强化(如负重攀登、障碍穿越)、救援技能演练(如破拆、高空绳索操作)、火灾模拟扑救及应急协同作战等。为践行“训练多流汗,战时少流血”的理念,官兵们在酷暑时节仍需保持密集训练。为此,支队领导特别规划将部分对通风降温要求较高的项目——如器械训练、战术模拟、消防设备操作等——移至室内进行,既避免极端天气影响,又能保障训练连续性与人员安全。

此外,该馆还兼顾文体综合功能,设有篮球架、体能训练区及多功能活动场地,可用于集会、文艺演出及日常休闲活动,充分体现了空间利用的灵活性与实用性。

场馆建筑为矩形框架结构,长宽约30米×20米,挑高逾12米,采用钢筋混凝土主体,配有大面积玻璃窗以提升采光,屋顶为带隔热层的彩钢瓦构造。此类结构在夏季易积聚热空气,且玻璃窗区域辐射热明显,传统通风设备难以实现均匀降温。

瑞峰环保制冷技术团队综合考虑瓯海地区气候特性、建筑结构特点、使用功能多样性及系统后期维护便捷性等因素,经过实地勘测与模拟分析,最终设计出“6台25型蒸发冷省电空调+2台工业级大吊扇”的协同方案:

蒸发冷省电空调利用水蒸发吸热原理,高效降低入室空气温度,能耗仅为传统空调的1/3,特别适合大空间间歇性使用场景;

工业大吊扇直径达7.3米,通过缓慢搅动室内空气,促进上下层空气混合,消除闷热死角,提升体感舒适度。

系统投入使用后,馆内温湿度得到智能调控,夏季室内温度稳定在26-28℃,湿度适中,官兵在训练中呼吸顺畅、体能消耗降低,重点训练区域风速柔和、无直吹不适感。这不仅显著提升了训练效率与人员专注度,也减少了因高温疲劳导致的运动损伤风险,得到支队官兵的一致好评。

本项目是瑞峰环保制冷首次与消防系统合作的典范工程,其成功实施展示了我们在大型公共建筑、高强度使用空间环境控制领域的专业能力。该案例也为类似场景——如武警训练基地、应急管理系统单位、体育场馆、学校礼堂、工厂车间及仓储中心等——提供了可靠参考,助力更多单位实现节能降耗与环境舒适的双重目标。

The multi-functional training hall of the fire brigade located in OuHai District, Wenzhou City, is situated in a typical subtropical monsoon climate zone. In summer, it experiences high temperatures and humidity, with an average temperature ranging from 28-35℃ and humidity often maintaining above 75%. Winters are mild and humid, while spring and autumn offer pleasant weather but occasional warming spells. Such climatic conditions impose high demands on the comfort and safety of the indoor training environment.

This training hall serves as the core venue for firefighters' daily high-intensity training. Training programs encompass physical fitness enhancement (such as weight-bearing climbing and obstacle crossing), rescue skills drills (including demolition and high-altitude rope operations), simulated fire suppression, and emergency collaborative operations. In pursuit of the principle of "sweating more in training to reduce bloodshed in combat", firefighters are required to maintain intensive training even during the scorching summer. To this end, the detachment leaders have specifically planned to relocate certain projects with high ventilation and cooling requirements - such as equipment training, tactical simulation, and firefighting equipment operation - indoors. This not only avoids the impact of extreme weather but also ensures the continuity of training and the safety of personnel.

In addition, the center also serves as a multifunctional cultural and sports facility, equipped with basketball hoops, physical training areas, and multi-purpose activity spaces. These facilities can be used for gatherings, cultural performances, and daily leisure activities, fully demonstrating the flexibility and practicality of space utilization.

The venue building is a rectangular frame structure, approximately 30 meters long and 20 meters wide, with a ceiling height exceeding 12 meters. It is primarily constructed from reinforced concrete and features large glass windows to enhance natural lighting. The roof is made of color steel tiles with a thermal insulation layer. Such structures tend to accumulate hot air in summer, and the radiant heat from the glass window area is pronounced, making it difficult for traditional ventilation equipment to achieve uniform cooling.

The Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration Technology Team comprehensively considered factors such as the climate characteristics of the OuHai region, the characteristics of building structures, the diversity of usage functions, and the convenience of system maintenance in the later stage. After field surveys and simulation analysis, they ultimately designed a collaborative solution of "6 sets of 25-type evaporative cooling energy-saving air conditioners + 2 sets of industrial-grade ceiling fans":

Evaporative cooling energy-saving air conditioners utilize the principle of water evaporation to absorb heat, effectively reducing the temperature of indoor air. Their energy consumption is only one-third of that of traditional air conditioners, making them particularly suitable for large spaces with intermittent use scenarios;

The industrial ceiling fan, with a diameter of 7.3 meters, promotes the mixing of air between the upper and lower layers by slowly stirring the indoor air, eliminating stuffy and dead zones, and enhancing the perceived comfort level.

After the system was put into use, the temperature and humidity within the hall were intelligently regulated. In summer, the indoor temperature remains stable at 26-28℃ with moderate humidity, ensuring that officers and soldiers can breathe smoothly and experience reduced physical exertion during training. The wind speed in key training areas is gentle, without any discomfort from direct drafts. This not only significantly enhances training efficiency and personnel focus, but also reduces the risk of sports injuries caused by heat fatigue, earning unanimous praise from the detachment's officers and soldiers.

This project serves as a model collaboration between Ruifeng Environmental Protection and Refrigeration and the fire protection system. Its successful implementation showcases our professional expertise in the field of environmental control for large public buildings and high-intensity usage spaces. This case also provides a reliable reference for similar scenarios, such as armed police training bases, emergency management system units, sports venues, school auditoriums, factory workshops, and warehousing centers, aiding more entities in achieving the dual goals of energy conservation and environmental comfort.
