本项目位于浙江省台州市,是一家专注于精密零部件加工的高端机械制造企业。该厂主要面向汽车制造、航空航天、模具制造及重型机械等行业,提供结构复杂、精度要求严苛的核心零部件。厂房为标准化钢筋混凝土结构,层高约10米,整体空间开阔。

二、地理与气候环境分析

台州地处浙江东南沿海,属亚热带季风气候,四季分明,夏季高温高湿,冬季温和湿润。年均气温约17-18℃,夏季最高气温可达35℃以上,湿度常维持在70%-85%之间。这种湿热环境对精密制造车间的温湿度控制提出较高要求,尤其在大空间厂房中,易出现局部高温、空气流通不畅等问题,直接影响设备运行稳定性与人员作业状态。

三、生产环境与设备需求

该车间配备多台大型数控机床,用于高精度加工。数控机床对环境温度、湿度及空气洁净度较为敏感,温度波动易导致材料热胀冷缩,影响加工精度;湿度过高可能引发设备锈蚀、电气故障。此外,车间作业人员长期处于高温环境中,易出现疲劳、注意力下降等情况,既影响工作效率,也关乎生产安全。因此,营造稳定、舒适的作业环境,是实现高效生产和保障产品良率的关键。

四、方案设计思路

瑞峰技术团队综合考虑多方面因素,制定针对性解决方案:

1、地理气候因素:针对台州夏季高温高湿的特点,强调降温与除湿并重;

2、厂房结构特点:层高高、空间大,传统柜机或风机送风距离有限,易造成温度分层;

3、设备布局与生产要求:车间设备密集,地面空间紧张,需选择不占用生产区域的空调形式;

4、能效与经济性:在满足降温需求的同时,兼顾运行成本与维护便捷性。

基于以上分析,团队最终选用大功率卧式射流蒸发冷工业空调。该设备采用吊挂式出风口正反向错位安装,不占用地面面积,利用高速射流送风技术,实现远距离、大范围空气循环,有效避免冷气沉积,实现车间垂直与水平方向的温度均衡。

五、实施效果

系统投入使用后,车间整体温度下降5-8℃,湿度得到有效调控,空气流动显著改善。作业人员反馈舒适度大幅提升,夏季闷热、疲劳感明显减少。生产方面,数控机床处于更稳定的温湿环境中,加工精度保持良好,产品合格率提升约12%。此外,空调系统运行能效高,电力消耗低于传统空调方案,为企业实现节能降耗提供了可靠支持。

1、 Project Overview

This project is located in Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, and is a high-end machinery manufacturing enterprise specializing in precision component processing. The factory mainly targets industries such as automobile manufacturing, aerospace, mold manufacturing, and heavy machinery, providing core components with complex structures and strict precision requirements. The factory building is a standardized reinforced concrete structure with a floor height of about 10 meters, and the overall space is spacious.

2、 Geographical and climatic environment analysis

Taizhou is located on the southeast coast of Zhejiang Province, with a subtropical monsoon climate and distinct four seasons. The summer is hot and humid, while the winter is mild and humid. The average annual temperature is about 17-18 ℃, and the highest temperature in summer can reach over 35 ℃. The humidity is often maintained between 70% and 85%. This humid and hot environment places high demands on temperature and humidity control in precision manufacturing workshops, especially in large space factories where local high temperatures and poor air circulation are prone to occur, directly affecting equipment operation stability and personnel operation status.

3、 Production environment and equipment requirements

This workshop is equipped with multiple large CNC machine tools for high-precision machining. Numerical control machine tools are sensitive to environmental temperature, humidity, and air cleanliness. Temperature fluctuations can easily cause material thermal expansion and contraction, affecting machining accuracy; Excessive humidity may cause equipment corrosion and electrical failures. In addition, workshop workers who are exposed to high temperatures for a long time are prone to fatigue and decreased attention, which not only affects work efficiency but also concerns production safety. Therefore, creating a stable and comfortable working environment is the key to achieving efficient production and ensuring product yield.

4、 Design concept of the scheme

The Ruifeng technical team comprehensively considers multiple factors and develops targeted solutions:

(1). Geographical and climatic factors: In response to the high temperature and humidity characteristics of Taizhou in summer, emphasis is placed on both cooling and dehumidification;

(2). Structural characteristics of the factory building: high floor height, large space, limited air supply distance of traditional cabinet machines or fans, which can easily cause temperature stratification;

(3). Equipment layout and production requirements: The workshop equipment is dense and the ground space is tight, so it is necessary to choose an air conditioning form that does not occupy the production area;

(4). Energy efficiency and economy: While meeting the cooling needs, it also takes into account operating costs and maintenance convenience.

Based on the above analysis, the team ultimately chose a high-power horizontal jet evaporative cooling industrial air conditioner. The device adopts a hanging type air outlet with forward and reverse staggered installation, which does not occupy ground area. It uses high-speed jet air supply technology to achieve long-distance and large-scale air circulation, effectively avoiding cold air deposition and achieving temperature balance in the vertical and horizontal directions of the workshop.

5、 Implementation effect

After the system was put into use, the overall temperature of the workshop decreased by 5-8 ℃, humidity was effectively controlled, and air flow was significantly improved. The feedback from the homework personnel shows a significant improvement in comfort, with a noticeable reduction in summer heat and fatigue. In terms of production, CNC machine tools are in a more stable temperature and humidity environment, maintaining good machining accuracy and increasing product qualification rate by about 12%. In addition, the air conditioning system operates with high energy efficiency and consumes less electricity than traditional air conditioning solutions, providing reliable support for enterprises to achieve energy conservation and consumption reduction.

6、 The significance of project demonstration

Although this project is a case study in the mechanical manufacturing industry, its solution has strong replicability and promotional value. Production scenarios with similar tall spaces and high heat loads, such as welding workshops, foundry plants, logistics and warehousing centers, and large assembly workshops, can all refer to the design ideas of this project. Especially in industrial environments that combine spatial limitations and long-distance air supply requirements, jet evaporative cooling industrial air conditioning systems demonstrate significant technological advantages and applicability.
