一、项目背景
该厂位于广州,属亚热带季风气候,常年高温高湿,夏季平均温度达30℃以上,湿度常高于80%,冬季亦温暖湿润。气候条件使得车间在全年多数时段面临高温闷热、空气流通不畅的困扰,严重影响作业环境与设备运行。
厂区为多层钢筋混凝土标准厂房,采用大面积玻璃窗辅助采光,结构密封性较好,适合采用内循环气流组织的空调系统。其中,机加工车间内设有机床油雾净化器集中区域——该设备主要用于收集并净化机床(如CNC车床、铣床等)在切削、磨削过程中产生的油雾,通过静电吸附与高效过滤技术,清除空气中的油雾颗粒,保障车间空气质量,减少油雾对设备寿命及操作人员健康的影响。此区域因设备散热集中、空气污染负荷高,成为本次降温与通风改善的重点。
二、瑞峰方案设计
我司技术团队综合考虑广州地区气候特点、厂房结构密封性良好、车间现有空气质量以及人员工位固定等多重因素,针对性提出大功率管道式省电工业空调系统解决方案。该系统采用内循环气流组织设计,避免外界高温高湿空气侵入,同时通过定点送风管道,对油雾净化器区域及人员固定工位实现精准送风,既有效降低局部温度,又兼顾通风换气需求,提升整体环境舒适度。
三、实施效果

四、项目意义

1、 Project Background
The factory is located in Guangzhou, which belongs to the subtropical monsoon climate with high temperatures and humidity throughout the year. The average temperature in summer reaches over 30 ℃, and the humidity is often higher than 80%. The winter is also warm and humid. The climate conditions cause the workshop to face high temperatures, stuffiness, and poor air circulation during most of the year, seriously affecting the working environment and equipment operation.
The factory area is a multi story reinforced concrete standard factory building, which uses large glass windows to assist in lighting. The structure has good sealing and is suitable for air conditioning systems with internal circulation airflow organization. Among them, there is a centralized area for machine tool oil mist purifiers in the machining workshop - this equipment is mainly used to collect and purify the oil mist generated by machine tools (such as CNC lathes, milling machines, etc.) during cutting and grinding processes. Through electrostatic adsorption and efficient filtration technology, the oil mist particles in the air are removed, ensuring the air quality in the workshop and reducing the impact of oil mist on equipment life and operator health. This area has become the focus of cooling and ventilation improvement due to concentrated equipment heat dissipation and high air pollution load.
2、 Ruifeng scheme design
Our technical team has comprehensively considered multiple factors such as the climate characteristics of Guangzhou, good sealing of factory structures, existing air quality in workshops, and fixed personnel workstations, and proposed a targeted solution for high-power pipeline energy-saving industrial air conditioning systems. The system adopts an internal circulation airflow organization design to avoid the intrusion of high temperature and high humidity air from the outside. At the same time, precise air supply is achieved to the oil mist purifier area and personnel fixed workstations through fixed-point air supply ducts, effectively reducing local temperatures while meeting ventilation and air exchange needs, and improving overall environmental comfort.
3、 Implementation effect
After the project installation is completed, the system runs stably and quickly achieves the expected cooling and ventilation effects. The temperature in the target area of the workshop has significantly decreased, air circulation has improved significantly, and the working environment for workers has been improved.
