After on-site investigation and comprehensive analysis of the following key factors, the Ruifeng technical team has decided to adopt a flexible layout plan combining mobile centrifugal air coolers and mobile industrial grade large fans:

1. Geographical and climatic factors: Guangzhou experiences high temperatures and humidity in summer, but in a "humid and hot" environment, evaporative cooling can still bring about significant temperature differences.
