该项目位于南方某农村小镇,(该地区属亚热带季风气候,夏季高温高湿,闷热天气持续时间长,对畜禽养殖构成了严峻挑战。) 在我国,遍布广大农村地区的中小型养猪场,不仅是农村人口就业与增收的重要依托,更是保障城市“菜篮子”供应、稳定民生的重要基石。然而,(生猪养殖对环境有着极高的要求,适宜的温度与清新的空气是保障其健康生长的关键。) 该猪舍因长期未安装专业的通风降温设备,导致内部浊气(氨气、硫化氢等有害气体)和夏季高温热量无法及时排出。(高温易引发生猪热应激,导致食欲下降、生长缓慢;而高浓度的有害气体则会削弱生猪的免疫力,诱发呼吸道疾病,最终严重影响生猪的健康状况与出栏率,给养殖户带来直接的经济损失。) 因此,进行科学、有效的通风降温改造迫在眉睫。

【解决方案与设计思路】

瑞峰方案设计人员在深入现场勘察后,综合考量了多项关键因素:(项目地处南方,气候潮湿炎热;猪舍为半开放式结构,空间开阔但易受外界环境影响;养殖户对初期投入和后期运行成本有较高要求,需要兼顾效果与经济性。) 基于以上分析,我们摒弃了传统空调等高能耗方案,最终选用了永磁工业接力风扇进行针对性布局设计。

设计团队严格依据所选风扇型号的风量与送风距离(最远可达35-40米),并结合猪舍内需驱散浊气和热气的重点区域,精确计算了风扇的安装数量与安装位置。(利用永磁工业接力风扇“风量大、送风远”的特点,我们采用“接力”式布局,在猪舍纵向形成贯穿式的强力气流通道,确保空气能够从进气端高效流动至排气端,不留死角。) 这种设计不仅避免了因传统风扇覆盖范围小、需要密集安装而带来的成本增加,更从根本上解决了大空间空气流动不畅的难题。

Project Background and Challenges

The project is located in a rural town in the south, which has a subtropical monsoon climate with high temperatures and humidity in summer, and long periods of hot and humid weather, posing a serious challenge to livestock and poultry breeding. In China, small and medium-sized pig farms scattered throughout rural areas are not only an important support for rural employment and income growth, but also an important cornerstone for ensuring the supply of urban "vegetable baskets" and stabilizing people's livelihoods. However, pig farming has extremely high requirements for the environment, and suitable temperature and fresh air are the key to ensuring its healthy growth. Due to the long-term lack of professional ventilation and cooling equipment, the pig house's internal turbidity (harmful gases such as ammonia and hydrogen sulfide) and high summer heat cannot be discharged in a timely manner. High temperatures can easily cause heat stress in pigs, leading to decreased appetite and slow growth; while high concentrations of harmful gases can weaken the immune system of pigs, induce respiratory diseases, and ultimately seriously affect the health status and slaughter rate of pigs, causing direct economic losses to farmers. Therefore, it is urgent to carry out scientific and effective ventilation and cooling transformation.

[Solution and Design Ideas]

After conducting an in-depth on-site investigation, the designers of the Ruifeng plan comprehensively considered multiple key factors: (the project is located in the south, with a humid and hot climate; the pigsty is a semi open structure with spacious but easily affected by external environment; farmers have high requirements for initial investment and later operating costs, and need to balance effectiveness and economy.) Based on the above analysis, we abandoned traditional high energy consumption solutions such as air conditioning and ultimately chose permanent magnet industrial relay fans for targeted layout design.

The design team strictly calculated the installation quantity and location of fans based on the selected fan model's air volume and supply distance (up to 35-40 meters), and combined with the key areas in the pigsty that need to dissipate turbid and hot air. By utilizing the characteristics of "large air volume and long air supply" of permanent magnet industrial relay fans, we adopt a "relay" layout to form a strong airflow channel that runs through the pigsty longitudinally, ensuring that air can efficiently flow from the intake end to the exhaust end without leaving blind spots. This design not only avoids the cost increase caused by the small coverage area and dense installation of traditional fans, but also fundamentally solves the problem of poor air flow in large spaces.

Core technological advantages and operational effectiveness

The core advantage of the permanent magnet industrial relay fan used in this project lies in its advanced physical principles. The fan adopts permanent magnet synchronous motor direct drive technology, eliminating the traditional gearbox link and achieving a carbon brush free, Hall free, and maintenance free operation mode. Its "wing shaped" fan blades are designed based on biomimetic fluid dynamics and aerodynamics principles, which can stir larger airflow with lower energy consumption and send the wind to farther distances, achieving a perfect combination of "high torque, small volume, and high energy efficiency"

After the equipment is put into use, the wind environment in the pig house has been improved immediately: (The strong and gentle air flow circulates rapidly, on the one hand, it quickly takes away the damp heat on the pig's body surface, effectively reducing the body temperature; on the other hand, the continuous introduction of fresh air, effectively dilutes and discharges the ammonia, hydrogen sulfide and other harmful gases and dust accumulated in the pig house, creating a healthy living environment of "warm in winter and cool in summer, fresh in air".) Under this environment, the heat stress reaction of the pig is significantly reduced, the appetite is restored, the growth rate returns to normal, and the incidence rate of respiratory tract diseases is significantly reduced, which directly guarantees the health level and the slaughter rate of the pig for breeding. The household has created more stable and higher economic benefits.

The significance of the project and the demonstration of the company's strength

Although the project undertaken by Ruifeng Company this time is a small-scale pig farm engineering project, the "small project" reflects "great capability" behind it. This successful case fully validates the irreplaceable energy-saving and application advantages of permanent magnet industrial relay fans in scenarios such as animal husbandry, agricultural greenhouses, and large warehouses that require high-precision temperature control but urgently need large-scale airflow organization.
