本项目位于山东省济宁市汶上县。汶上地处鲁西南平原,属于暖温带季风性气候区,四季分明:夏季炎热多雨,7月平均气温在26-28℃左右;冬季寒冷干燥。值得注意的是,山东地区整体气候相对干燥,尤其是在夏季高温时段,空气湿度往往低于南方沿海地区。这一气候特点,使得蒸发式冷风机这一利用水蒸发吸热原理的降温设备,能够发挥出极佳的降温效果——虽然它不具备除湿功能,但在北方干燥气候下,送出的湿润凉风反而能调节车间干燥空气,体感更加舒适宜人。相比传统工业空调,冷风机投资成本低、运行能耗小,性价比优势极为突出,是山东本土制造企业解决通风降温问题的理想选择。

项目涉及两栋主体厂房,建筑结构各有特点,面临的通风降温难题也截然不同:

A栋(5层结构): 主要为裁料车间、针车流水线、贴合组装车间、质检包装车间及原材料仓库。该建筑每层层高达7米有余,空间高挑。由于多为手工操作和半流水线作业,车间内人员非常密集。人员密集导致体感温度升高、空气CO2浓度增加,闷热感强烈。

B栋(2层结构): 主要为套楦成型、涂胶粘合、成品整饰车间及周转仓库。每层层高5米。除了仓库外,其余车间均为全自动生产流水线,现场操作工位相对较少,人员密度较低。然而,涂胶粘合工艺在生产过程中会释放少量的挥发性气体(VOCs),同时自动化设备长时间运转会产生大量热量,导致车间内空气质量不佳,存在异味积聚和设备区局部高温的问题。

两栋厂房均为钢筋混凝土结构,墙体大面积开设了玻璃采光窗,虽然解决了采光问题,但也带来了太阳辐射热,增加了室内的热负荷。

A栋应用(人员降温):针对人员密集的针车、裁料车间,我们将冷风精准送至每个工位上方,形成“定点岗位送风”,让凉风直达作业人员活动区域,有效缓解人员密集带来的闷热感。

B栋应用(设备降温):针对自动化设备密集的成型、涂胶车间,我们将送风口布局在设备发热区域附近,利用冷风持续吹拂设备表面,帮助设备散热降温,保障自动化生产线稳定运行,延长设备使用寿命。

安装巧思:鉴于车间内部生产设备密集、地面空间宝贵,我们巧妙地将冷风机主体吊挂安装在车间外墙外侧,仅将送风管道引入室内。这种“设备不占地”的安装方式,完全不影响生产线的布局和物料的正常流转。

排风系统:匹配换气次数的负压风机

物理原理:负压风机安装在车间另一侧墙壁,启动后能将车间内浑浊空气迅速抽出,使室内形成负压区,迫使室外新鲜空气通过门窗或进风口强行流入,形成“大风量置换通风”。

协同效果:针对涂胶车间存在的挥发性气体和自动化设备产生的热量,负压风机与冷风机形成“一送一排”的气流组织模式。冷风机送入新鲜凉风,负压风机抽出污浊热气,实现了车间空气的快速循环置换,从根本上解决了异味积聚和闷热问题。

Project Background and Geographic Environment

This project is located in Wenshang County, Jining City, Shandong Province. Wenshang is located in the southwestern plain of Shandong Province, belonging to the warm temperate monsoon climate zone with distinct four seasons: hot and rainy summers, with an average temperature of around 26-28 ℃ in July; Winter is cold and dry. It is worth noting that the overall climate in Shandong region is relatively dry, especially during the high temperature period in summer, and the air humidity is often lower than that in the southern coastal areas. This climate characteristic enables evaporative air coolers, a cooling device that utilizes the principle of water evaporation to absorb heat, to achieve excellent cooling effects. Although they do not have dehumidification function, in the dry climate of the north, the moist cool air they send out can actually regulate the dry air in the workshop, making the feeling more comfortable and pleasant. Compared to traditional industrial air conditioners, air coolers have lower investment costs, lower operating energy consumption, and outstanding cost-effectiveness advantages, making them an ideal choice for local manufacturing enterprises in Shandong to solve ventilation and cooling problems.

In recent years, Shandong Province, as the leading province in northern China's economy, has a strong industrial foundation and accelerated the pace of manufacturing transformation and upgrading. Customer pain points and workshop status quo

The enterprise has a complete production process for shoes, covering multiple links from raw materials to finished shoes, including cutting (upper and sole cutting), sewing (upper sewing), bonding assembly (material composite), last shaping (upper shaping), adhesive bonding (sole to upper bonding), finished product decoration (cleaning, trimming, packaging), and quality inspection packaging.

The project involves two main factory buildings, each with its own unique structural characteristics and facing vastly different ventilation and cooling challenges

Building A (5-story structure): mainly includes cutting workshop, needle car assembly line, bonding and assembly workshop, quality inspection and packaging workshop, and raw material warehouse. The building is over 7 meters high on each floor, with a spacious and elevated space. Due to mostly manual and semi assembly line operations, the workshop is very densely populated with personnel. The high density of personnel leads to an increase in perceived temperature, an increase in air CO2 concentration, and a strong sense of stuffiness.

Building B (2-story structure): mainly used for last making, adhesive bonding, finished product decoration workshop, and turnover warehouse. Each floor is 5 meters high. Except for the warehouse, all other workshops are fully automated production lines with relatively few on-site operation workstations and low personnel density. However, the adhesive bonding process releases a small amount of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) during production, and the long-term operation of automated equipment generates a large amount of heat, resulting in poor air quality in the workshop, accumulation of odors, and local high temperatures in the equipment area.

Both factory buildings are reinforced concrete structures with large areas of glass skylights on the walls. Although this solves the lighting problem, it also brings in solar radiation heat, increasing the indoor heat load.

Ruifeng Solution: System Design, Precise Policy Implementation

In the face of complex working conditions for customers, the design team of Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration conducted in-depth on-site investigations, taking into account multiple factors such as geographical and climatic characteristics, building height, personnel density, equipment heat generation, production processes (harmful gas emissions), and equipment installation space. They abandoned the thinking limitations of a single device and equipped two factories with a comprehensive ventilation and cooling system consisting of pipeline evaporative cold air fans and negative pressure fans, achieving the dual effect of "precise air supply+strong exhaust":

Cooling and air supply system: high air volume evaporative cooling fan+long air duct with multiple air outlets

Physical principle: Utilizing the natural physical phenomenon of water evaporation absorbing heat, fresh outdoor air is cooled through a water curtain and transported to various parts of the workshop through a designed long air duct network.

Building A application (personnel cooling): For densely populated needle and cutting workshops, we accurately deliver cold air to the top of each workstation, forming a "fixed-point post air supply", allowing the cold air to directly reach the activity area of the workers, effectively alleviating the stuffiness and heat caused by the high density of personnel.

Building B application (equipment cooling): For the molding and gluing workshop with dense automation equipment, we will layout the air supply outlet near the heating area of the equipment, and use cold air to continuously blow the surface of the equipment to help dissipate heat and cool down, ensuring the stable operation of the automation production line and extending the service life of the equipment.

Installation ingenuity: Considering the dense production equipment and valuable ground space inside the workshop, we ingeniously hung and installed the main body of the air cooler on the outer wall of the workshop, only introducing the air supply duct indoors. This "equipment does not occupy space" installation method does not affect the layout of the production line and the normal flow of materials at all.

Exhaust system: negative pressure fan matched with air exchange rate

Physical principle: The negative pressure fan is installed on the wall on the other side of the workshop. After starting, it can quickly extract the turbid air in the workshop, creating a negative pressure zone indoors, forcing fresh outdoor air to flow in through doors, windows, or air inlets, forming a "high air volume displacement ventilation".

Collaborative effect: In response to the volatile gases and heat generated by automated equipment in the glue coating workshop, the negative pressure fan and cold air fan form a "one supply, one row" airflow organization mode. The air cooler sends fresh cool air, while the negative pressure fan extracts polluted hot air, achieving rapid circulation and replacement of workshop air, fundamentally solving the problems of odor accumulation and stuffiness.

The economic and energy-saving advantages are obvious: compared with traditional industrial air conditioners, evaporative air coolers have lower investment costs and operating energy consumption of only about 1/5 of air conditioners.
