莆田作为“中国鞋都”之一,鞋业产业链完善,经济发展活跃,拥有众多规模以上制鞋企业。该企业作为当地重点鞋业生产厂家,具备完整的鞋类生产工艺流程,包括裁料、针车、贴合组装、成型、质检、包装等环节,生产线长、工序复杂,对车间环境的舒适度和空气质量有较高要求。

【厂房结构与降温需求】

该企业厂房为多层钢筋混凝土框架结构,层高约5米,墙面大面积采用玻璃窗采光,通风条件一般。本次通风降温工程主要涉及裁料车间、针车流水线车间、贴合组装车间、质检包装车间等区域。这些车间普遍存在以下特点:

This project is located in Chengxiang District, Putian City, Fujian Province, along the southeast coast. It belongs to a typical subtropical maritime climate, with warm and humid temperatures throughout the year, high temperatures and heavy rainfall in summer. The average temperature is above 28 ℃, and the humidity remains above 75% throughout the year. Especially in summer, the feeling of stuffiness and heat is obvious. If effective ventilation and cooling measures are not taken in the workshop, it is easy to affect the efficiency and physical health of workers.

As one of the "Shoe Capitals of China", Putian has a complete footwear industry chain, active economic development, and numerous large-scale shoe-making enterprises. As a key local shoe manufacturer, this enterprise has a complete shoe production process, including cutting, sewing, fitting and assembly, molding, quality inspection, packaging and other links. The production line is long and the process is complex, with high requirements for the comfort and air quality of the workshop environment.

Factory Structure and Cooling Requirements

The factory building of the enterprise is a multi story reinforced concrete frame structure with a floor height of about 5 meters. The walls are extensively lit with glass windows, and the ventilation conditions are generally average. This ventilation and cooling project mainly involves areas such as the cutting workshop, needle car assembly line workshop, fitting and assembly workshop, quality inspection and packaging workshop, etc. These workshops generally have the following characteristics:

Personnel density: Each workshop has dense workstations, high personnel mobility, and high perceived temperature;

Equipment heating: Needle sewing, bonding and other equipment generate a large amount of heat during operation;

Harmful gas emission: Adhesive and other materials used in the bonding process will release a certain amount of volatile organic compounds, which need to be discharged in a timely manner.

Therefore, how to balance air quality and energy consumption control while ensuring ventilation and cooling has become the focus of this scheme design.

Geographical and climatic factors: In response to the high temperature and humidity climate characteristics of Putian, evaporative air coolers with high air volume and strong air supply capacity are selected to ensure cooling effect;

Structural characteristics of the factory: high floor height and large space, using a "cold air fan+long air duct+multi outlet fixed-point air supply" system to accurately deliver cold air to each workstation, avoiding waste of cooling capacity;

Space utilization: The workshop floor space is limited, and the equipment is installed by hanging outside the wall, which does not occupy production area and is easy to install and maintain;

Air quality assurance: Combined with the harmful gases generated during the bonding process in the production process, a negative pressure fan is installed and scientifically configured according to the air exchange rate to achieve rapid air replacement in the workshop and discharge hot air and odors.

【 Physical Principles and Application Effects 】

The evaporative air cooler utilizes the principle of "water evaporation absorbs heat" to cool the hot air through an efficient wet curtain before sending it into the workshop. Combined with a long air duct system, the cold air can reach a distance of more than 50 meters, with a wide coverage and significant temperature difference. Negative pressure fans create a negative pressure zone through forced exhaust, guiding fresh air to naturally flow in from air intakes such as doors and windows, forming a "one supply, one row" air convection cycle.

After the system was put into operation, the temperature in the workshop significantly decreased, and the air freshness greatly improved. Workers generally reported that they were no longer stuffy and working more vigorously.
