福建晋江地处东南沿海,属亚热带海洋性季风气候,夏季漫长且湿热,平均气温高达30-35℃,相对湿度常年在75%以上,体感闷热难耐。对于劳动密集型的制鞋业而言,高温高湿的工作环境不仅影响工人的舒适度与生产效率,更对产品质量(如胶合牢固度)及员工稳定性构成挑战。
该厂区为多层钢筋混凝土结构的老式标准厂房,建筑年代较久,整体密封性一般。车间面积广阔,每层层高约5米,虽设有玻璃窗采光,但自然通风效果有限。此次需要改善的重点区域集中在裁料车间、针车流水线车间、贴合组装车间及质检包装车间。这些区域不仅人员密集,且在贴合等工序中会挥发出一定量的有害气体,传统的通风方式已无法满足日益严格的车间环境要求。

1. 人员密集区:远距离送风,打造“新风舒适区”
针对针车流水线车间和质检包装车间这类人员高度集中、设备布局紧凑的区域,我们选用了大功率蒸发式冷风机。利用福建地区空气相对干燥时段(或通过湿度预处理)的高蒸发效率原理,通过长距离风管+多风口定点送风的方式,将经降温加湿后的洁净冷风精准输送至每一位工人的作业点位。
考虑到车间面积虽大但地面设备繁多、可利用空间有限,我们创新性地采用了墙外吊挂式安装,既不占用宝贵的生产线地面面积,又保障了送风的均匀性。同时,为了快速排出机器运转及人体散热产生的热量,我们匹配了足够换气次数(设计为每小时60-80次) 的负压风机,在车间另一侧形成稳定的对流负压,强制将热气、粉尘及异味迅速排出室外,让清新空气源源不断。
2. 特殊工艺区:强力排风+水帘降温,攻克“异味高温”
在裁料车间和贴合组装车间,虽然人员密度相对较低,但生产工艺中胶合剂挥发的气体是主要矛盾。为此,我们采用了水帘墙+负压风机的经典组合。
其物理原理是:负压风机在车间一侧强力抽风,形成负压区,迫使车间另一侧的水帘墙处的空气以高速穿过湿润的蜂窝状湿帘。水流在湿帘表面蒸发时,会大量吸收空气中的热量(蒸发吸热原理),从而将室外热空气转化为清凉、湿润的冷空气送入车间。这一过程不仅实现了大幅降温(通常可达4-10℃),更通过强大的气流组织,将胶合工序产生的有害气体高效置换排出,确保了车间的空气质量与作业安全。

Project Background and Challenges
In Jinjiang, Fujian Province, known as the "Shoe Capital of China", the footwear and apparel industry, as its core economic pillar, has nurtured numerous large-scale and modern shoe-making enterprises. The client of this service is a large-scale shoe factory in the local area, which has a complete production process line from raw materials to finished products, including cutting, sewing, bonding and assembly, forming, quality inspection and packaging, and other full process links.
Jinjiang, Fujian Province, is located on the southeast coast and has a subtropical maritime monsoon climate. The summer is long and humid, with an average temperature of 30-35 ℃ and a relative humidity of over 75% throughout the year, making it unbearable to feel hot and stuffy. For labor-intensive footwear industry, the high temperature and high humidity working environment not only affects the comfort and production efficiency of workers, but also poses challenges to product quality (such as bonding strength) and employee stability.
The factory area is an old-fashioned standard factory building with a multi story reinforced concrete structure, which has a relatively old building age and average overall sealing. The workshop has a spacious area, with each floor about 5 meters high. Although there are glass windows for natural lighting, the natural ventilation effect is limited. The key areas that need improvement this time are concentrated in the cutting workshop, needle assembly line workshop, bonding assembly workshop, and quality inspection packaging workshop. These areas are not only densely populated, but also emit a certain amount of harmful gases during bonding and other processes. Traditional ventilation methods are no longer able to meet the increasingly stringent workshop environmental requirements.
Ruifeng Plan: Tailored to local conditions and scientifically combined
Faced with the actual pain points of customers - the large area, poor sealing, high floor height, and complex usage functions of the old factory building, the design team of Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration went deep into the site and comprehensively considered multiple factors such as geographical climate characteristics, building structure status, production process requirements, personnel density distribution, and customer budget costs. Finally, they abandoned the single thinking of traditional industrial air conditioning and adopted a comprehensive ventilation and cooling solution of "multiple equipment combinations and precise zoning management".
1. Personnel intensive area: Long distance air supply to create a "fresh air comfort zone"
For areas such as the needle car assembly line workshop and the quality inspection packaging workshop where personnel are highly concentrated and equipment layout is compact, we have selected high-power evaporative air coolers. By utilizing the high evaporation efficiency principle of relatively dry air in Fujian region (or through humidity pretreatment), clean cold air that has been cooled and humidified is accurately delivered to each worker's work site through long-distance air ducts and multi outlet fixed-point air supply.
Considering that although the workshop area is large, there are numerous ground equipment and limited available space, we innovatively adopted an external wall hanging installation, which not only does not occupy valuable production line ground area, but also ensures the uniformity of air supply. At the same time, in order to quickly dissipate the heat generated by machine operation and human body heat dissipation, we have matched a negative pressure fan with sufficient air exchange rate (designed to be 60-80 times per hour) to form a stable convective negative pressure on the other side of the workshop, forcing hot air, dust, and odors to be quickly discharged outdoors, ensuring a continuous supply of fresh air.
2. Special process area: Strong exhaust and water curtain cooling to overcome "odor and high temperature"
In the cutting and bonding assembly workshops, although the personnel density is relatively low, the main contradiction in the production process is the gas emitted by the adhesive. For this, we adopted the classic combination of water curtain wall and negative pressure fan.
The physical principle is that a negative pressure fan forcefully draws air from one side of the workshop, forming a negative pressure zone that forces the air at the water curtain wall on the other side of the workshop to pass through the moist honeycomb wet curtain at high speed. When water evaporates on the surface of the wet curtain, it absorbs a large amount of heat from the air (evaporation heat absorption principle), thereby converting outdoor hot air into cool and humid cold air and sending it into the workshop. This process not only achieves significant cooling (usually up to 4-10 ℃), but also efficiently replaces and discharges harmful gases generated during the bonding process through strong airflow organization, ensuring the air quality and operational safety of the workshop.
Why not choose air conditioning? - Ruifeng's professional considerations and cost-effectiveness analysis
At first, the factory considered installing industrial air conditioners with dehumidification function. After in-depth analysis, the Ruifeng team provided more reasonable suggestions:
Physical structure mismatch: The old factory building has a huge area and poor sealing. Installing air conditioning means that the cold air will quickly dissipate, resulting in equipment running at full capacity but ineffective, causing huge energy waste.
Cost accounting cannot be accurately calculated: In the current competitive environment of low profit and high cost in the domestic footwear industry, the high equipment procurement cost of industrial air conditioning and the sky high electricity and maintenance fees in the later stage will seriously erode the profits of enterprises. In contrast, the combination scheme of evaporative air cooler and negative pressure fan has an initial investment cost of only 1/3 to 1/5 of the air conditioner, and the operating energy consumption is as low as 1/5.
Balance between effectiveness and comfort: Although the cooling effect of fan products cannot achieve the constant temperature accuracy of air conditioning, by scientifically designing the air exchange rate, the temperature in the workshop can be reduced by 4-8 ℃ compared to outdoors, while maintaining high air circulation and freshness. Workers no longer feel stuffy and oppressed, and dizziness and fatigue are significantly reduced. The comfort level of work is greatly improved, which directly drives the improvement of production efficiency and the stability of product qualification rate.

After the completion of the project, the workshop environment has been significantly improved. The workers work in the cool and flowing air, and their mental outlook is refreshed; The concentration of harmful gases in the workshop has significantly decreased, meeting occupational health and safety standards.
