该企业位于福建莆田荔城区。莆田地处东南沿海,属典型的亚热带海洋性季风气候,全年温暖湿润,夏季漫长且高温高湿,7月至9月平均气温往往超过30℃,车间内极易产生闷热感。作为“中国鞋都”的核心区域,荔城区鞋业产业发达,该企业作为当地规模企业,拥有从原材料裁切到成品包装的完整制鞋全流程生产工艺,涵盖裁料、针车、贴合、成型、质检等环节。
【项目难点与需求】
该企业的新厂房为新建不久的五层钢筋混凝土结构标准厂房,每层建筑面积超10000平方米,层高达5米,单层面积超大。墙面虽设有玻璃窗采光,但自然通风能力有限。
本次需要改善环境的区域主要为裁料车间、针车流水线车间、贴合组装车间及质检包装车间。这些区域普遍存在两大痛点:
人员密集:设备与操作工位密集,人体散热和机器余热叠加,导致室内温度远高于室外。

Recently, Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration successfully completed the ventilation and cooling project renovation of multiple production workshops of XX Footwear, a well-known shoe enterprise in Licheng District, Putian, Fujian. This project involves a wide area and is difficult to construct, making it another benchmark work of our company in the field of ventilation and cooling for large space factories.
Project Location and Customer Overview
The enterprise is located in Licheng District, Putian, Fujian. Putian is located on the southeast coast and belongs to a typical subtropical maritime monsoon climate. It is warm and humid all year round, with long and high temperature and humidity summers. The average temperature from July to September often exceeds 30 ℃, making it easy to feel stuffy and hot in the workshop. As the core area of the "Shoe Capital of China", Licheng District has a developed footwear industry. As a local scale enterprise, this enterprise has a complete production process for shoemaking from raw material cutting to finished product packaging, covering cutting, sewing, bonding, molding, quality inspection and other links.
Project Difficulties and Requirements
The new factory building of the enterprise is a newly built five story reinforced concrete structure standard factory building, with a building area of over 10000 square meters per floor and a height of 5 meters per floor, with a single floor area that is extremely large. Although the wall is equipped with glass windows for natural lighting, its natural ventilation capacity is limited.
The areas that need to improve the environment this time are mainly the cutting workshop, needle car assembly line workshop, bonding assembly workshop, and quality inspection packaging workshop. There are generally two major pain points in these areas:
Personnel density: The equipment and operating workstations are densely packed, and the combination of human body heat dissipation and machine waste heat causes indoor temperatures to be much higher than outdoor temperatures.
Air pollution: Especially in the bonding process area, the adhesive used in the production process will emit harmful gases. If not discharged in a timely manner, it will seriously affect the physical health and production efficiency of frontline workers.
Ruifeng Solution
In response to the characteristics of the factory building, such as large area, high floor height, and concentrated pollution sources, Ruifeng's professional design team has abandoned the traditional high energy consumption plan through on-site investigation and comprehensive calculation, and tailored a ventilation and cooling system with "evaporative cold air fan+negative pressure exhaust" as the core.
Targeted equipment selection and layout
Considering the geographical environment of the factory area, the large span of the factory building, and the dense internal operating equipment, we have decided to use high-power evaporative air coolers. The core principle is to efficiently cool the air by utilizing the physical property of water evaporation absorbing heat. We have designed a centralized air duct network with a long air supply distance. Through the layout of long air ducts and multiple air outlets, the cooled fresh air is accurately delivered to each personnel workstation, ensuring coverage without blind spots.
Clever installation method
Considering that the production equipment in the workshop has occupied most of the ground space and cannot affect material flow, we innovatively adopted a wall mounted hanging installation. This move not only does not occupy valuable production floor area, but also ensures that the equipment can draw in fresh air from the outside and continuously send it into the workshop after cooling.
Scientific Airflow Organization
In order to accommodate the input of fresh air and thoroughly improve air quality, we have planned and installed a large displacement negative pressure fan on the other side of the wall. By setting a scientific air exchange rate, a powerful "fresh air push and turbid air extraction" airflow channel is formed to quickly remove harmful adhesive gases generated by the bonding process and the heat generated by equipment operation from the outside, ensuring that the workshop always maintains fresh and ventilated air.
