本次项目位于河北省。河北地处华北平原,属于典型的温带季风气候,其特点是:夏季炎热多雨,冬季寒冷干燥。尤其在夏季,气温常常攀升至35°C以上,且湿度较高,形成“桑拿天”,这种高温高湿的环境对畜禽养殖极为不利。

近年来,河北地区的畜牧养殖业正朝着规模化、标准化、集约化的方向快速发展。对于生猪养殖而言,环境控制是决定出栏率与肉质的关键因素。研究表明,猪舍内的温度、湿度和空气质量直接影响生猪的采食量、生长速度及抗病能力。高温环境易导致生猪热应激,引发食欲下降、生长迟缓甚至中暑死亡,从而造成巨大的经济损失。因此,该猪场为提升核心竞争力,决定对养殖环境进行全面升级。

【现场勘察:因地制宜的挑战】

瑞峰技术团队在接到项目后,第一时间进行了实地勘察。我们发现该猪舍具有典型的开放式养殖建筑特点:

1、建筑结构:舍内净高度约3米,但墙体并未完全封闭,四周仅砌有1.3米高的围墙,1.3米以上与外部空间完全通透。这种设计初衷是为了利用自然风进行通风,但在无风或高温天气下效果甚微。

2、屋面情况:顶部采用人字形结构,铺设石棉彩钢瓦。这种材质虽然具备基本的遮阳挡雨功能,但在阳光直射下吸热严重,导致舍内如同“蒸笼”,热量极易在屋顶积聚并向下方辐射。

【瑞峰方案:物理原理与精准设计】

面对这种高通透、大跨度、高热量积聚的特殊空间,传统的空调密闭式制冷显然不适用,且成本极高。瑞峰的设计人员综合考虑了地理位置的气候特性、猪舍开放式的建筑结构、畜禽的生理耐受温度以及投资回报率等多重因素,进行了精密的热负荷计算。

我们决定采用蒸发式冷风机(环保空调)系统。

1、物理原理:运用“水蒸发吸热”这一自然物理现象。当热空气经过湿润的湿帘时,水分吸收空气中的热量发生汽化,从而降低空气温度,送出凉爽、清新、湿润的洁净空气。

2、选型安装:根据空间容积与所需换气次数,精准计算出制冷量匹配值,最终配置了48台大风量蒸发式冷风机。利用正压送风的方式,将处理过的冷空气源源不断地送入猪舍,同时利用猪舍原有的通透结构,将浑浊、高温的空气迅速挤压排出,形成“推拉式”的空气对流。

设备安装调试完成后,猪舍环境得到了颠覆性的改善:

1、温湿度调控:即使在室外高温时段,猪舍内体感温度也显著下降,配合良好的通风,避免了高湿闷热,还原了干爽舒适的生存环境。

Project Background: Geography, Climate, and Industry Needs

This project is located in Hebei Province. Hebei is located in the North China Plain, which belongs to the typical temperate monsoon climate. Its characteristics are: hot and rainy in summer, cold and dry in winter. Especially in summer, the temperature often rises above 35 ° C and the humidity is high, forming a "sauna day". This high temperature and high humidity environment is extremely unfavorable for livestock and poultry breeding.

In recent years, the animal husbandry industry in Hebei region has been rapidly developing towards scale, standardization, and intensification. For pig farming, environmental control is a key factor in determining the slaughter rate and meat quality. Research has shown that the temperature, humidity, and air quality inside pig pens directly affect the feed intake, growth rate, and disease resistance of pigs. High temperature environments can easily lead to heat stress in pigs, causing decreased appetite, slow growth, and even heatstroke and death, resulting in huge economic losses. Therefore, in order to enhance its core competitiveness, the pig farm has decided to comprehensively upgrade its breeding environment.

On site investigation: Challenges tailored to local conditions

After receiving the project, the Ruifeng technical team conducted on-site investigation as soon as possible. We found that the pigsty has typical open farming building characteristics:

1. Building structure: The net height inside the building is about 3 meters, but the walls are not completely enclosed, with only a 1.3-meter-high wall built around it. Above 1.3 meters, it is completely transparent with the external space. The original intention of this design was to utilize natural wind for ventilation, but the effect is minimal in windless or high-temperature weather.

2. Roof condition: The top adopts a herringbone structure and is paved with asbestos colored steel tiles. Although this material has basic sunshade and rain blocking functions, it absorbs heat severely under direct sunlight, causing the interior to act like a "steamer", and the heat is easily accumulated on the roof and radiated downwards.

Ruifeng Solution: Physical Principles and Precise Design

Faced with this special space with high permeability, large span, and high heat accumulation, traditional air conditioning closed refrigeration is obviously not suitable and has extremely high costs. The designers of Ruifeng comprehensively considered multiple factors such as the climate characteristics of the geographical location, the open building structure of the pigsty, the physiological tolerance temperature of livestock and poultry, and the return on investment, and conducted precise heat load calculations.

We have decided to adopt an evaporative air cooler (environmentally friendly air conditioning) system.

1. Physical principle: Using the natural physical phenomenon of "water evaporation absorbs heat". When hot air passes through a moist curtain, moisture absorbs heat from the air and vaporizes, thereby lowering the air temperature and sending out cool, fresh, and humid clean air.

2. Selection and installation: Based on the space volume and required air exchange rate, the matching value of cooling capacity was accurately calculated, and finally 48 large air volume evaporative air coolers were configured. By using positive pressure air supply, the processed cold air is continuously sent into the pigsty. At the same time, the original transparent structure of the pigsty is utilized to quickly squeeze and discharge the turbid and high-temperature air, forming a "push-pull" air convection.

Implementation Effect: Environmental Improvement and Benefit Enhancement

After the installation and debugging of the equipment, the pigsty environment has undergone a revolutionary improvement:

1. Temperature and humidity regulation: Even during outdoor high temperature periods, the perceived temperature inside the pigsty significantly decreases. With good ventilation, it avoids high humidity and stuffiness, restoring a dry and comfortable living environment.

2. Air quality: Due to a significant increase in air exchange rates, the concentration of harmful gases such as ammonia and dust in the building is effectively diluted and discharged, resulting in a significant improvement in air quality.

3. Pig status: After the improvement of the environment, the heat stress response of pigs disappeared, feeding became active, activities were stable, sleep time increased, and growth rate significantly accelerated, effectively ensuring the health of the pig herd and the expected slaughter rate.
