【现场勘查与挑战分析】

瑞峰团队在接到项目后，第一时间进行了详细的现场勘查。我们发现，德锐公司的生产厂房为多栋单层彩钢瓦结构平层车间。这类厂房的特点是：

1、结构特点：墙体为砖砌结构，屋顶为带隔热层的彩钢瓦，层高较高，普遍达到15米左右。

2、生产工艺复杂：生产流程涵盖铝材切割、焊接打磨、粉末喷涂、藤条编织、成品组装等多个环节。这些工艺会产生大量的热量、粉尘和异味，尤其是在夏季，闷热的车间环境不仅让工人感到不适，也容易影响藤编材料的韧性和漆面的干燥效果，进而对成品质量造成潜在影响。

3、核心痛点：如何在这样一个高大空间、热源分散、对湿度不敏感的作业环境中，实现低成本、高效率、广覆盖的降温通风效果，是解决问题的关键。

【瑞峰定制化解决方案】

针对德锐家具厂的实际工况，瑞峰团队没有选择造价高昂、运行费用惊人的传统中央空调，而是结合佛山当地高温高湿的气候特点，以及家具生产对湿度不敏感、但对通风降温要求高的行业特性，为客户量身定制了“蒸发式冷风机（环保空调）+ 风管系统”的综合通风降温方案。

1、科学选型，物理降温：我们充分利用了“水蒸发吸收热量”这一最朴素也最高效的物理原理。蒸发式冷风机通过水泵将水均匀地淋湿湿帘，再利用风机抽风，当车间外的闷热空气穿过湿润的湿帘时，空气中的热量被水吸收并带走，从而将干燥的热风转化为湿润、凉爽的洁净空气送入车间。这个过程不仅能瞬间降低空气温度4-10℃，还能保持空气的新鲜度，非常适合家具厂这种需要不断排出粉尘和异味的场景。

2、巧妙布局，不占空间：为了解决车间内宝贵的地面空间问题，我们的方案设计人员创造性地将所有蒸发式冷风机统一安装在外墙上。通过铺设专业的送风管道，将机器制造的冷风精准地输送到车间的各个角落。这种设计既避免了设备占用生产线区域，又确保了冷风能够均匀覆盖高达15米的立体空间，让每一名工人都能感受到实实在在的清凉。

Project Background and Customer Introduction

The service target of this project is Derui Furniture Company, located in Sanshui District, Foshan City, a manufacturing hub. Foshan is located in the hinterland of the the Pearl River Delta and has a subtropical monsoon climate. The summer is long, hot and humid. The average temperature often exceeds 30 ℃, and the relative humidity can reach more than 80%. Such climatic conditions pose a severe challenge to the working environment and product quality control of workers in the production workshop.

As a high-tech enterprise specializing in outdoor rattan furniture, high-end dining table sets, leisure hanging chairs, and aluminum frame sofas, Derui Company has extremely high requirements for production technology and product quality. Foshan, as a well-known furniture manufacturing base in China and even globally, has a complete industrial chain and profound technological accumulation. Derui Furniture is committed to creating high-quality furniture products based on this industry advantage.

On site investigation and challenge analysis

The Ruifeng team conducted a detailed on-site investigation as soon as they received the project. We found that the production plant of Derui Company consists of multiple single story color steel tile structure flat workshops. The characteristics of this type of factory are:

1. Structural features: The walls are made of brick masonry, and the roof is made of color steel tiles with insulation layer. The floor height is relatively high, generally reaching about 15 meters.

2. The production process is complex: the production process includes multiple steps such as aluminum cutting, welding and polishing, powder coating, rattan weaving, and finished product assembly. These processes generate a large amount of heat, dust, and odors, especially in summer. The hot and humid workshop environment not only makes workers feel uncomfortable, but also easily affects the toughness of rattan materials and the drying effect of paint surfaces, thereby potentially affecting the quality of finished products.

3. Core pain point: How to achieve low-cost, high-efficiency, and wide coverage cooling and ventilation effects in such a tall space, dispersed heat sources, and insensitive to humidity working environment is the key to solving the problem.

Ruifeng Customized Solution

In response to the actual working conditions of Derui Furniture Factory, the Ruifeng team did not choose traditional central air conditioning with high cost and astonishing operating expenses. Instead, they tailored a comprehensive ventilation and cooling solution for customers based on the high temperature and humidity climate characteristics of Foshan, as well as the industry characteristics of furniture production that are insensitive to humidity but require high ventilation and cooling. The solution includes an evaporative air cooler (environmentally friendly air conditioner) and a duct system.

1. Scientific selection and physical cooling: We fully utilize the simplest and most efficient physical principle of "water evaporation absorbs heat". The evaporative air cooler evenly wets the wet curtain with water through a water pump, and then uses a fan to draw air. When the hot and humid air outside the workshop passes through the wet curtain, the heat in the air is absorbed and carried away by the water, thereby converting the dry hot air into moist, cool clean air and sending it into the workshop. This process can not only instantly reduce the air temperature by 4-10 ℃, but also maintain the freshness of the air, which is very suitable for furniture factories that need to continuously discharge dust and odors.

2. Clever layout, no space occupation: In order to solve the valuable ground space problem in the workshop, our design team creatively installed all evaporative air coolers on the exterior wall. By laying professional air supply ducts, the cold air manufactured by the machine is accurately delivered to every corner of the workshop. This design not only avoids equipment occupying the production line area, but also ensures that cold air can evenly cover up to 15 meters of three-dimensional space, allowing every worker to feel a real coolness.

3. Comprehensive improvement and enhancement of quality: After the implementation of the plan, the workshop environment has been fundamentally improved. On the one hand, the strong cold air effectively reduces the temperature in the workshop, greatly improving the comfort and enthusiasm of employees in the hot summer, thereby indirectly improving production efficiency; On the other hand, continuous positive pressure air supply promotes air circulation, effectively removing dust generated during welding and polishing, as well as odors generated during spraying, providing a more stable and clean working environment for the flexibility of rattan materials and the smoothness of product paint surfaces, helping Derui furniture products reach a new level of quality.
