惠州动车所位于广东省惠州市,地处珠三角东部,属于亚热带季风气候,常年温暖湿润,夏季高温多雨,冬季温和少雨,年均温度约为22℃,湿度较高,尤其在夏季,湿热环境对车间内的工作条件和设备维护提出了更高要求。惠州作为珠三角重要工业城市,电子、石化、装备制造等产业发达,交通枢纽地位日益凸显。

【动车所概况】

该动车所是专门为途经惠州的高铁和动车组提供维护、保养、清洁的重要基地。目前,我国已在各大铁路枢纽城市布局了多个动车运用所,如广州、武汉、上海、成都等地,形成了覆盖全国的动车维护网络。动车所的维护工作涉及车辆检修、设备调试、清洁保养等多个环节,对作业环境的温度、湿度和空气流通有较高要求。

【车间环境与挑战】

该动车所的维护保养车间为彩钢结构,墙体与屋顶均设有隔热层,整体结构轻便但保温性能一般。车间面积超大,跨度广,双向通透,内部设有四条二二对向动车轨道,层高达18米,属于典型的高大空间工业建筑。由于车间通透性强,且常年有车辆进出,传统空调难以满足降温需求,亟需一套高效、节能、适应性强的通风降温方案。

【方案设计与实施】

瑞峰环保制冷的方案设计团队在充分调研后,综合考虑了以下几点因素:

1、地理与气候:惠州湿热气候适合采用蒸发式降温设备,利用水蒸发吸热原理实现自然降温,节能环保。

2、车间结构与作业特点:车间通透性强,适合安装蒸发式冷风机;为避免影响日常作业,所有设备均安装在屋顶,确保地面作业空间不受干扰。

3、设备布局与风道设计:共安装80多台18型管道式蒸发式冷风机,分四列布置于车间靠两边墙一边及中部屋顶两侧,形成立体送风网络。每台冷风机通过垂直风管连接屋顶开口,风管末端延伸至离地3.5米处,并安装侧向风动百叶窗,确保冷风精准送达维修作业区域。

【物理原理与环境改善】

蒸发式冷风机利用“水蒸发吸热”的物理原理,通过湿润的蒸发介质与空气接触,吸收空气中的热量,实现降温。配合风管系统,冷风被高效输送至作业面,既改善了空气流通,又降低了局部温度。项目实施后,车间内温度明显下降,湿度适中,空气质量提升,作业人员的工作舒适度和效率显著提高,设备运行环境也得到优化,延长了设备使用寿命。

Project Background and Geographic Location

The Huizhou EMU Depot is located in Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, in the eastern part of the Pearl River Delta. It belongs to a subtropical monsoon climate, with warm and humid conditions throughout the year. The summer is hot and rainy, while the winter is mild and rainy. The average annual temperature is about 22 ℃, and the humidity is high. Especially in summer, the humid and hot environment places higher demands on the working conditions and equipment maintenance in the workshop. As an important industrial city in the Pearl River Delta, Huizhou has developed industries such as electronics, petrochemicals, and equipment manufacturing, and its position as a transportation hub is increasingly prominent.

Overview of the high-speed train station

This high-speed train station is an important base dedicated to providing maintenance, upkeep, and cleaning services for high-speed trains and EMUs passing through Huizhou. At present, China has established multiple high-speed train operation stations in major railway hub cities, such as Guangzhou, Wuhan, Shanghai, Chengdu, etc., forming a nationwide high-speed train maintenance network. The maintenance work of the high-speed train station involves multiple aspects such as vehicle inspection, equipment debugging, cleaning and maintenance, and has high requirements for the temperature, humidity, and air circulation of the working environment.

Workshop Environment and Challenges

The maintenance workshop of the high-speed train station is made of color steel structure, with insulation layers on both the walls and roof. The overall structure is lightweight but the insulation performance is average. The workshop has a large area, wide span, two-way transparency, and is equipped with four 22 way high-speed train tracks inside. The floor height is up to 18 meters, making it a typical high-rise industrial building. Due to the high transparency of the workshop and the constant entry and exit of vehicles, traditional air conditioning is unable to meet the cooling needs, and there is an urgent need for an efficient, energy-saving, and adaptable ventilation and cooling solution.

[Scheme Design and Implementation]

After thorough research, the design team of Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration has comprehensively considered the following factors:

1. Geography and Climate: The humid and hot climate in Huizhou is suitable for using evaporative cooling equipment, which utilizes the principle of water evaporation to absorb heat and achieve natural cooling, energy conservation and environmental protection.

2. Workshop structure and operational characteristics: The workshop has strong transparency and is suitable for installing evaporative air coolers; To avoid affecting daily operations, all equipment is installed on the roof to ensure that the ground work space is not disturbed.

3. Equipment layout and air duct design: More than 80 18 type ducted evaporative air coolers have been installed, arranged in four columns on one side of the workshop walls and on both sides of the central roof, forming a three-dimensional air supply network. Each air cooler is connected to the roof opening through a vertical air duct, with the end of the duct extending to a height of 3.5 meters above the ground and equipped with lateral air louvers to ensure accurate delivery of cold air to the maintenance work area.

Principles of Physics and Environmental Improvement

Evaporative air coolers use the physical principle of "water evaporation absorbs heat" to cool down by absorbing heat from the air through a moist evaporation medium in contact with it. In conjunction with the air duct system, cold air is efficiently transported to the work surface, improving air circulation and reducing local temperatures. After the implementation of the project, the temperature in the workshop significantly decreased, the humidity was moderate, the air quality improved, and the comfort and efficiency of the workers were significantly improved. The operating environment of the equipment was also optimized, extending its service life.
