最终方案摒弃了成本高昂且耗电巨大的传统压缩机空调,选用了“蒸发式冷风机(环保空调)+ 定制风管系统”的成熟组合方案。具体实施策略如下:

1、空间利用最大化: 针对车间内部寸土寸金、设备摆放密集的痛点,我们采用“空中取风,贴墙送风”的策略。所有蒸发式冷风机均通过钢结构支架安装于屋顶或外墙外侧,完全不占用车间内部的生产与物流通道空间。

2、物理原理应用: 蒸发式冷风机利用“水蒸发吸热”的自然物理原理,通过水泵将水均匀淋湿湿帘,当机外热空气穿过湿帘时,水分吸收空气中显热而蒸发,从而降低空气自身温度(通常降温幅度可达4-10℃),再由大风量风机通过连接好的镀锌螺旋风管将洁净、凉爽的冷风源源不断输送至车间深处。

3、差异化精准送风:

针对压铸车间的高温岗位,我们采用岗位送风方式,将冷风直接导向操作人员区域,极大改善了工人的作业环境,有效预防中暑风险,提升了生产安全性。

This project is located in Foshan, a manufacturing hub in Guangdong Province. Foshan, located in the hinterland of the the Pearl River Delta, is a typical subtropical monsoon humid climate with four distinct seasons but long summer and short winter. Summer is long and characterized by high temperatures and humidity, with an average annual temperature of about 22-24 ° C. The highest temperature in summer often exceeds 35 ° C, and the relative humidity remains between 75% and 85% throughout the year. This hot and humid climate poses a severe challenge to the comfort of personnel and the stability of the production environment in manufacturing workshops. Meanwhile, Foshan, as a well-known home appliance capital and metal material processing base in China, has a strong foundation in hardware die-casting and equipment manufacturing industries.

The client of this service is a well-known enterprise in Foshan that specializes in producing high-end cookware. This enterprise focuses on the research and manufacturing of various food grade stainless steel cookware, aluminum alloy non stick cookware, and high-temperature resistant plastic kitchenware. Its product line covers frying pans, soup pots, frying pans, and kitchen accessories. As a manufacturer of products that come into direct contact with food, enterprises have extremely high standards for the cleanliness of the production environment, the safety of raw materials, and the stability of production processes.

Production process and workshop environment challenges

The production process chain of this enterprise is complete and complex, mainly including core links such as raw material stamping and stretching, die-casting molding, polishing and grinding, surface spraying treatment, high-temperature baking and curing, and assembly and packaging. The process of metal melting leads to extremely high ambient temperatures and is accompanied by a small amount of oil fume exhaust gas.

2. Spray painting and assembly workshop: located in a standard factory building with a three story concrete frame structure. The spraying workshop needs to maintain a slight positive pressure to prevent dust from entering and affecting the surface smoothness of the coating; The assembly and packaging workshop is densely populated, with hot and humid summers, and high requirements for air circulation and human comfort.

Ruifeng Plan: Tailored to local conditions and precise implementation

Faced with complex working conditions with multiple factories and structures, the design personnel of Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration went deep into the site, combined with the high temperature and humidity climate in Foshan, the heat generation of different equipment in each workshop, product characteristics (semi-finished cooking utensils are insensitive to humidity), and the valuable site utilization rate of the workshop, and conducted a systematic analysis.

The final solution abandons the expensive and power consuming traditional compressor air conditioning and adopts a mature combination of "evaporative air cooler (environmentally friendly air conditioning)+customized air duct system". The specific implementation strategy is as follows:

1. Maximizing Space Utilization: In response to the pain points of limited space and dense equipment placement within the workshop, we adopt the strategy of "air intake from the air and wall mounted air supply". All evaporative air coolers are installed on the roof or exterior walls through steel structure brackets, without occupying any production or logistics channel space inside the workshop.

2. Application of physical principles: Evaporative air coolers use the natural physical principle of "water evaporation absorbs heat" to evenly wet the wet curtain through a water pump. When the hot air outside the machine passes through the wet curtain, the moisture absorbs the sensible heat in the air and evaporates, thereby reducing the temperature of the air itself (usually the cooling range can reach 4-10 ℃). Then, a large air volume fan continuously delivers clean and cool cold air to the deep workshop through a connected galvanized spiral air duct.

3. Differentiated precise air supply:

For the high-temperature positions in the die-casting workshop, we adopt a post air supply method to directly direct cold air to the operator area, greatly improving the working environment for workers, effectively preventing the risk of heatstroke, and enhancing production safety.

For the spraying and assembly workshop, we achieve overall cooling and ventilation through evenly arranged air duct openings. At the same time as introducing cool fresh air, it strongly exhausts the hot air, dust, and odors generated by equipment and personnel in the workshop, providing a cleaner air environment for the spraying process and indirectly improving the yield of product coating.
