As one of the core production bases of GAC Honda, Zengcheng Factory is located in Xintang Town, Zengcheng District, Guangzhou City. Together with Huangpu Factory and New Energy Factory, it forms the strategic layout of the enterprise in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area. This is not only an important production capacity pillar of GAC Honda, but also a pioneer and benchmark in the field of environmental protection in the domestic automobile manufacturing industry.
The Zengcheng factory is not achieved overnight, but rather a continuously evolving modern industrial park, mainly composed of the following major sections:
1. The First Factory: As the foundation of the base, it was launched in 2006, marking the beginning of the Zengcheng base.
2. The Third Factory and Engine Factory: Built based on Honda's globally leading "Smart SSC" concept, it achieved a production capacity of 240000 years with the smallest footprint (at that time the smallest in the world) and is known as the "Smart Factory". It was put into operation in 2015.
3. Capacity expansion factory: In order to meet market demand, the expansion was completed in 2020, with an additional production capacity of 240000 vehicles per year, further consolidating its strategic position.

In response to the complex working conditions mentioned above, the design team of Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration went deep into the site, combined with the high temperature and high humidity climate characteristics of Guangzhou, the structural characteristics of the factory buildings with high ceilings, the special requirements of production processes for airflow, and respect for the environmental protection concept of "zero wastewater discharge", and conducted multidimensional considerations and accurate calculations.
We have tailored a centralized ventilation and cooling solution for our clients, with a high-power stainless steel evaporative air cooler as the core. This equipment is often referred to as an "environmentally friendly air conditioner" in the industry because it operates purely physically by absorbing heat through water evaporation without the need for a compressor.

Scientific selection and precise calculation: By accurately measuring the volume, personnel density, and equipment heat generation of each workshop, dozens of high-power equipment have been matched to ensure a perfect balance between the air conditioning delivery volume and workshop requirements.
3. Efficient cooling and ventilation: By utilizing the natural physical process of water evaporation and heat absorption, fresh outdoor air is filtered and cooled, and then evenly transported to various indoor workstations through an air duct system. The continuous flow of cold air creates a positive pressure environment, effectively squeezing out the existing hot air, dust, and turbid air in the workshop, achieving a dual effect of "cooling" and "ventilation".
