一、项目背景与环境分析

该鞋厂位于越南河内郊区,属热带季风气候区,常年高温多雨,年平均气温约23-28℃,夏季可达35℃以上,湿度常居高位,闷热潮湿的工作环境严重影响工人效率与健康。越南作为全球制造业转移的重要承接国,与中国产业链协作紧密,尤其在纺织、鞋服等劳动密集型行业,中国设备、技术与方案正助力当地产业升级。

鞋厂在当地已初具规模,拥有完整的旅游鞋生产工艺流程,涵盖裁断、针车、成型、贴合、压底、整理、包装等环节,为当地提供了大量就业岗位,是典型的劳动密集型生产企业。

二、厂房结构与降温挑战

本次需进行通风降温改造的车间为彩钢结构,屋顶采用彩钢瓦,四周为砖砌墙体,密封性一般。车间总面积约3000平方米,层高10米,内置四条生产线,同时容纳近300名流水线工人持续作业。

车间按功能划分为裁断区、针车区、成型线、贴合区、品检区及包装区等。其他工种如模具维护、原料调度、技术质检等人员分布于配套车间。高温环境下,人员密集、设备散热叠加,导致车间闷热异常,严重影响员工状态与企业生产效率。

三、瑞峰定制化解决方案

我方技术团队综合考虑以下关键因素,进行针对性设计:

地理与气候条件:针对河内高温高湿气候,强化通风与蒸发降温协同;

厂房结构特点:利用层高优势布置风管,避免占用地面生产空间;

人员与布局限制:为避免影响流水线操作,摒弃占地较多的轴流式冷风机,采用风管式岗位送风,精准覆盖工位;

当地基建现状:针对越南部分地区电力供应不稳的现状,选用低功率、高能效的蒸发式冷风机,搭配节能风机与智能控制系统,大幅降低运行能耗。

最终方案确定为:分布式小功率蒸发式冷风机 + 复合风管送风系统。根据每条流水线的工位分布与热负荷特点,每条线配置4台设备,四条线共计16台冷风机,实现定向、均匀的岗位送风,确保每位工人均可享受到持续清凉的气流。

1. Project background and environmental analysis

The shoe factory is located in the suburbs of Hanoi, Vietnam, which falls within the tropical monsoon climate zone. The region experiences high temperatures and abundant rainfall throughout the year, with an annual average temperature ranging from 23-28℃ and temperatures surpassing 35℃ in summer. The humidity levels are often high, creating a stifling and humid working environment that significantly impacts worker efficiency and health. Vietnam, as a crucial recipient country for global manufacturing relocation, collaborates closely with China's industrial chain, particularly in labor-intensive sectors such as textiles, footwear, and apparel. Chinese equipment, technology, and solutions are aiding in the local industrial upgrading.

The shoe factory has begun to take shape locally, boasting a complete production process for sneakers that covers cutting, sewing, molding, bonding, sole pressing, finishing, packaging, and other links. It has provided a large number of jobs for the local area and is a typical labor-intensive manufacturing enterprise.

2. Plant structure and cooling challenges

The workshop that requires ventilation and cooling renovation this time is made of color steel structure, with a roof made of color steel tiles and brick walls around, providing general sealing. The total area of the workshop is about 3,000 square meters, with a floor height of 10 meters. It houses four production lines and can accommodate nearly 300 assembly line workers for continuous operation.

The workshop is divided into various functional areas such as the cutting area, sewing area, molding line, lamination area, quality inspection area, and packaging area. Other job roles, including mold maintenance, raw material scheduling, and technical quality inspection, are distributed across the supporting workshops. In high-temperature environments, the combination of dense personnel and equipment heat dissipation leads to an unusually stuffy and hot workshop, which seriously affects employee well-being and corporate production efficiency.

3. Ruifeng's Customized Solutions

Our technical team has comprehensively considered the following key factors and conducted targeted design:

Geographical and climatic conditions: In response to the high temperature and humidity climate in Hanoi, strengthen the coordination between ventilation and evaporative cooling;

Structural characteristics of the factory building: Leveraging the height advantage to arrange air ducts, avoiding the occupation of ground production space;

Personnel and layout constraints: To avoid affecting the assembly line operation, we have abandoned the axial flow air cooler, which occupies a large area, and adopted ducted air supply for precise coverage of workstations;

Current local infrastructure situation: In response to the unstable power supply in some regions of Vietnam, low-power, high-efficiency evaporative air coolers are selected, paired with energy-saving fans and intelligent control systems, significantly reducing operational energy consumption.

The final solution is determined as: distributed low-power evaporative air coolers + composite duct air supply system. According to the workstation distribution and heat load characteristics of each assembly line, each line is equipped with 4 devices, and a total of 16 air coolers are deployed across the four lines, achieving directional and uniform air supply to each position, ensuring that every worker can enjoy continuous cool airflow.

4. Implementation Effect and Value Enhancement

After the system was put into operation, the workshop working environment was significantly improved: the perceived temperature of workers decreased by 5-8℃, air circulation was enhanced, and the sense of stuffiness and odor were basically eliminated. Employee comfort increased, attention became more focused, production error rates decreased, and overall efficiency improved by about 15%-20%. The enterprise management reported that the employee turnover rate in summer decreased significantly, and production stability was guaranteed. The coordinated operation of 16 equipment not only formed a comfortable wind zone in local positions, but also promoted the overall air circulation in the workshop, achieving the unity of energy saving and high efficiency.
