赣州义正科技园位于江西省赣州市,地处亚热带季风气候区,夏季炎热潮湿,最高气温常达35℃以上,冬季湿冷,春秋季温差显著。常年平均湿度较高,尤其在夏季,高温高湿环境易导致车间闷热、员工工作效率下降、生产设备散热困难等问题。赣州作为江西省重点工业发展城市,近年来承接了大量沿海产业转移,形成了以纺织服装、电子制造、机械加工等劳动密集型产业为主的集群化发展趋势,对生产环境的通风、降温、除湿提出了更高要求。

二、园区厂房结构与生产特点

该园区已运营近十年,入驻企业以服装加工为主,辅以电子组装及其他轻工行业,均属于人员密集、设备发热量较大的生产类型。园区内十栋厂房为5-8层钢筋混凝土结构标准厂房,单层面积超过2000平方米。首层层高约7米,适应大型设备布局;二层及以上层高亦达5米,空间开阔。厂房立面均设有大面积玻璃窗,采光良好,兼具生产与办公功能,但也导致夏季太阳辐射增温明显,冬季热量散失较快。

1、 Project Overview and Regional Environmental Analysis

Ganzhou Yizheng Science and Technology Park is located in Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, in the subtropical monsoon climate zone. The summer is hot and humid, with the highest temperature often exceeding 35 ℃. The winter is wet and cold, with significant temperature differences between spring and autumn. The average humidity is high all year round, especially in summer. The high temperature and humidity environment can easily lead to stuffiness in the workshop, decreased work efficiency of employees, and difficulty in dissipating heat from production equipment. As a key industrial development city in Jiangxi Province, Ganzhou has undertaken a large number of coastal industry transfers in recent years, forming a cluster development trend dominated by labor-intensive industries such as textile and clothing, electronic manufacturing, and mechanical processing. It has put forward higher requirements for ventilation, cooling, and dehumidification of the production environment.

2、 Structure and production characteristics of factory buildings in the park

The park has been in operation for nearly ten years, and the settled enterprises are mainly engaged in clothing processing, supplemented by electronic assembly and other light industry industries, all of which belong to the production type of personnel intensive and equipment with high heat generation. The ten factory buildings in the park are standard buildings with 5-8 floors of reinforced concrete structure, with a single floor area exceeding 2000 square meters. The first floor is about 7 meters high, suitable for large-scale equipment layout; The second and above floors are also up to 5 meters high, with spacious areas. The facade of the factory building is equipped with large glass windows, which provide good lighting and serve both production and office functions. However, this also leads to a significant increase in solar radiation in summer and faster heat loss in winter.

Due to the long operation time of the park, some enterprises have outdated ventilation and cooling equipment that needs to be updated and replaced; Some newly settled enterprises also need to install a completely new system. There are significant differences in the scale, budget, and production process of each enterprise, and it is necessary to balance energy efficiency, cost, applicability, and installation flexibility within a limited space, while avoiding affecting daily production.

5、 Equipment system configuration and advantages

This project adopts a combination of multiple types of equipment to adapt to different scenarios:

(1). Multi condensing evaporative cooling energy-saving industrial air conditioner: equipped with a compressor system, it can achieve precise temperature and humidity control, suitable for workshops with strict temperature and humidity requirements.

(2). Environmentally friendly air conditioner (air cooler): Designed without a compressor, it cools down through the principle of water evaporation and heat absorption, which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly. It is suitable for open or semi open spaces.

(3). Industrial ceiling fan: With a wide coverage area, it promotes overall air circulation and solves the problem of heat accumulation in tall spaces.

(4). Negative pressure fan: efficiently discharges hot and humid exhaust gases, forms negative pressure to introduce fresh air, and improves air quality.

(5). Mobile air cooler/industrial fan: flexible to cope with local high temperature areas or temporary work sites, without the need for fixed installation.

In this project, most enterprises choose suspended multi condensing evaporative cooling energy-saving industrial air conditioners.
