厂房为层高约5米的钢筋混凝土结构标准厂房,空间开阔但保温性一般。在这样的大型工业空间中,如何为自动化设备提供稳定、高效的降温环境成为本次工程的关键。瑞峰环保制冷的方案设计人员综合考虑了多方面因素:首先是地理气候特点,高温高湿的环境要求降温设备具备较强的除湿与降温能力;其次是厂房结构,较高的层高与开阔空间需合理规划气流组织,避免能量浪费;此外,车间内无人作业,无需进行整体环境降温,可针对设备集中区域实施局部控温,从而实现节能与高效的双重目标。
基于上述分析,瑞峰团队最终采用了大功率管道式蒸发冷工业空调方案。该方案通过在自动化包装设备上方精准布局送风管道,实现针对设备区域的定向降温。蒸发冷却技术利用水分子蒸发吸热的原理,在降低温度的同时也能适度调节空气湿度,特别适合南方沿海的气候条件。这种局部送风模式不仅有效解决了设备运行时的散热问题,还大幅降低了能耗,避免了传统全面降温系统带来的能源浪费,实现了精准降温与节能运行的有机结合。
此次工程虽聚焦于自动化包装车间,但其方案设计与实施经验具有广泛的行业参考价值。在电子制造、食品加工、医药生产等行业中,同样存在部分工序需严格控温、而人员活动较少的生产场景。瑞峰环保制冷通过本案展示了如何在类似环境中平衡“整体环境”与“局部需求”的关系,既满足生产设备对环境的严苛要求,又兼顾企业的长期运营成本与能效管理,为工业空间通风降温提供了可复制、可推广的解决方案。
The automated packaging workshop is located in a standard factory building of a daily cosmetics production enterprise on the southern coast. The climate in the southern coastal areas is humid, with small temperature differences throughout the year. The duration of high temperatures in summer is long, and the air humidity is high all year round. Especially during the rainy and hot summer seasons, the workshop is prone to hot and humid environmental problems. These climatic conditions not only affect the stable operation of production equipment, but may also have potential impacts on the packaging quality of daily chemical products. This enterprise specializes in producing skincare, makeup, hair care, and cleaning products. Its packaging workshop is mainly responsible for filling various fluids or cream products into containers of different specifications and sealing them for packaging. Due to the use of fully automated packaging equipment, the workshop is basically unmanned, but the control requirements for environmental temperature and humidity are extremely strict - a suitable environment can ensure the efficient operation of automated equipment and avoid changes in product characteristics or packaging quality problems caused by temperature and humidity fluctuations.
The factory building is a standard reinforced concrete structure with a floor height of about 5 meters. The space is spacious but the insulation is average. How to provide a stable and efficient cooling environment for automation equipment in such a large industrial space has become the key to this project. The design team of Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration has comprehensively considered multiple factors: firstly, the geographical and climatic characteristics require cooling equipment with strong dehumidification and cooling capabilities in high temperature and high humidity environments; Secondly, the structure of the factory building requires reasonable planning of airflow organization for higher floors and open spaces to avoid energy waste; In addition, there is no one working in the workshop, so there is no need to cool down the overall environment. Local temperature control can be implemented for equipment concentration areas, thus achieving the dual goals of energy conservation and efficiency.
Based on the above analysis, the Ruifeng team ultimately adopted a high-power pipeline evaporative cooling industrial air conditioning solution. This solution achieves targeted cooling of the equipment area by accurately laying out air supply ducts above the automated packaging equipment. Evaporative cooling technology utilizes the principle of water molecules evaporating and absorbing heat, which can moderately regulate air humidity while reducing temperature, making it particularly suitable for the climate conditions along the southern coast. This local air supply mode not only effectively solves the heat dissipation problem during equipment operation, but also significantly reduces energy consumption, avoids energy waste caused by traditional comprehensive cooling systems, and achieves an organic combination of precise cooling and energy-saving operation.
Although this project focuses on automated packaging workshops, its design and implementation experience have broad industry reference value. In industries such as electronic manufacturing, food processing, and pharmaceutical production, there are also production scenarios where some processes require strict temperature control and there are fewer personnel activities. Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration demonstrated through this case how to balance the relationship between "overall environment" and "local demand" in similar environments, meeting the strict requirements of production equipment for the environment while also considering the long-term operating costs and energy efficiency management of enterprises. It provides a replicable and scalable solution for ventilation and cooling in industrial spaces.
