该厂坐落于温州市,地处典型的亚热带海洋性季风气候区,四季温和湿润,夏季炎热多雨,冬季温暖少寒,常年湿度较高。作为中国重要的服装产业基地之一,温州聚集了大量纺织服装企业,产业供应链完整,市场竞争日趋激烈。该厂作为一家拥有多年历史的老牌服装企业,具备从面料裁剪、缝制、整烫到包装的完整生产工艺,涵盖设计打样、裁床、缝纫、质检、后整理等多个环节。

厂房为两层彩钢结构的标准工业厂房,为提升采光效果,四周设有大面积玻璃窗。根据生产流程,一楼主要布置裁剪车间、仓储区及包装车间,二楼则集中为缝制车间、整烫车间与成品检验区。此前,各车间均采用传统风扇进行降温,但因夏季高温高湿、厂房顶部彩钢板热辐射强,尤其二楼缝纫车间工人密集、设备发热量大,原有通风方式效果有限,不仅影响员工工作效率与健康,也对服装面料的存放与成品质量造成潜在影响。

本次环境改造的重点为位于二楼的成衣缝制车间。该车间人员密集,常年处于高强度作业状态,加之顶层彩钢板在夏季吸热辐射显著,室内温度常居高不下。为改善劳动环境、提升生产效率与产品品质,厂方决定引入专业的通风降温系统。

瑞峰环保制冷的方案设计团队综合考虑了多方面因素:温州地区夏季高温高湿的气候特点、厂房结构密封性较好适合采用内循环气流组织的空调系统、车间面积虽大但地面空间紧张需选用不占地的吊挂式机型、以及服装生产对温湿环境的敏感性等。经细致勘测与模拟分析,最终确定为该车间配置多台大功率吊挂式射流工业省电空调。

该机组采用射流送风技术,实现远距离、大范围均匀送风,快速降低体感温度;同时具备除湿功能,有效控制车间湿度,避免面料受潮、线迹变形等问题。系统安装后,车间内空气流通显著改善,温湿度持续处于舒适范围,员工工作状态提升,生产节奏更加顺畅。因环境稳定,服装缝制过程中的线迹整齐度、面料平整性也得到保障,整体产品品质进一步增强。

值得一提的是,受当前服装行业成本压力影响,厂方曾考虑安装初始投资较低的冷风机。瑞峰专业团队结合当地气候与生产实际,给出了清晰的分析:冷风机通过水蒸发降温,会大幅增加车间湿度,在温州本就潮湿的环境中易导致面料吸湿、机器锈蚀、甚至成品霉变,且无法精准控温,长期运行能效较低。而工业空调系统具备温湿双控能力,不仅创造稳定适宜的生产环境,还能通过节能设计降低长期运行成本,从整体效益与可持续运营角度,更具性价比优势。

The factory is located in Wenzhou City, a typical subtropical maritime monsoon climate zone with mild and humid seasons, hot and rainy summers, warm and less cold winters, and high humidity throughout the year. As one of the important clothing industry bases in China, Wenzhou has gathered a large number of textile and clothing enterprises, with a complete industrial supply chain and increasingly fierce market competition. As a well-established clothing enterprise with many years of history, this factory has a complete production process from fabric cutting, sewing, ironing to packaging, covering multiple stages such as design sampling, cutting, sewing, quality inspection, and post finishing.

The factory building is a standard industrial building with a two-story color steel structure. In order to improve the lighting effect, there are large glass windows around it. According to the production process, the first floor mainly consists of cutting workshop, storage area, and packaging workshop, while the second floor is concentrated in sewing workshop, ironing workshop, and finished product inspection area. Previously, traditional fans were used for cooling in various workshops. However, due to the high temperature and humidity in summer, as well as strong thermal radiation from the colored steel plates on the top of the factory building, especially in the sewing workshop on the second floor where workers are dense and equipment generates a large amount of heat, the original ventilation method had limited effectiveness. This not only affected the work efficiency and health of employees, but also had a potential impact on the storage of clothing fabrics and the quality of finished products.

The focus of this environmental renovation is the garment sewing workshop located on the second floor. The workshop is densely populated and operates at high intensity all year round. In addition, the top color steel plate absorbs significant heat and radiation in summer, resulting in high indoor temperatures. In order to improve the working environment, enhance production efficiency and product quality, the factory has decided to introduce a professional ventilation and cooling system.

The design team of Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration has comprehensively considered multiple factors: the climate characteristics of high temperature and humidity in Wenzhou area in summer, the good sealing of the factory structure suitable for using internal circulation airflow organization air conditioning system, the use of non occupying hanging models due to the limited ground space in the workshop area, and the sensitivity of clothing production to temperature and humidity environment. After careful investigation and simulation analysis, it was finally determined to equip the workshop with multiple high-power suspended jet industrial energy-saving air conditioners.

The unit adopts jet air supply technology to achieve long-distance and large-scale uniform air supply, quickly reducing the perceived temperature; At the same time, it has dehumidification function, effectively controlling the humidity in the workshop, avoiding problems such as fabric moisture and thread deformation. After the system installation, the air circulation in the workshop has significantly improved, the temperature and humidity remain within a comfortable range, the working condition of employees has improved, and the production rhythm is smoother. Due to the stable environment, the neatness of the stitching and the smoothness of the fabric during the garment sewing process are also guaranteed, further enhancing the overall product quality.

It is worth mentioning that, due to the current cost pressure in the clothing industry, the factory once considered installing air coolers with lower initial investment. The Ruifeng professional team has provided a clear analysis based on the local climate and production reality: the air cooler cools down through water evaporation, which greatly increases the humidity in the workshop. In the already humid environment of Wenzhou, it is easy to cause fabric moisture absorption, machine corrosion, and even mold growth in finished products. Moreover, it cannot accurately control the temperature and has low energy efficiency in long-term operation. Industrial air conditioning systems have dual temperature and humidity control capabilities, which not only create a stable and suitable production environment, but also reduce long-term operating costs through energy-saving design.
