位于汕头澄海区的某知名玩具制造企业,是一家专注于遥控车、船、飞机、小型无人机及智能机器人等高端玩具研发与生产的专业厂商。其中,该厂还生产民用摄影摄像无人机,这类产品对图像稳定性、飞行控制和内部电子元件的精度要求更为严苛,进一步凸显了生产环境温湿度控制的重要性。澄海地处亚热带季风气候区,常年温暖湿润,夏季高温多雨,平均气温可达28-32℃,湿度常高于80%,这对生产环境尤其是精密电子组装环节提出了较高的温湿度控制要求。该地区也是国内重要的玩具产业集聚地之一,产业链完整,技术先进。高端玩具不仅承载着娱乐功能,更是科技创新与精密制造的代表,对促进青少年智力发展、培养科学兴趣具有积极的社会价值。
该企业的电子部件组装车间,主要负责为各类高端玩具生产精密电路板、传感器、微型电机等关键电子组件。这类电子零部件结构复杂、集成度高,对生产环境的洁净度、温湿度极为敏感。环境温度过高或湿度过大,容易导致元件性能下降、焊接缺陷、短路等问题,直接影响产品可靠性与良品率。车间为层高约4.5米的钢筋混凝土标准厂房,墙面配备大面积落地窗以保障自然采光,但也导致夏季室内热负荷显著增加,亟需专业的通风降温系统来保障稳定的生产环境。
瑞峰环保制冷工程团队综合考虑了当地气候特点、厂房结构、车间功能布局及实际使用需求等多重因素。由于车间面积较大,地面设备安装空间有限,为最大限度保留作业面积、实现远距离均匀送风,我们最终选择了吊挂式卧式射流蒸发冷却工业空调方案。该设备不占用地面空间,利用高速射流送风技术,能将处理后的凉爽空气高效输送至车间各个角落,显著提升空气流通性与换气效率。
系统投入使用后,车间温度得到稳定控制,相对湿度保持在适宜范围,员工在舒适的环境中工作,不仅提高了工作专注度与效率,也减少了因闷热导致的疲劳感。更重要的是,稳定的温湿度环境确保了电子元器件在组装与焊接过程中的稳定性,产品不良率显著下降,生产良品率得到切实提升,为企业带来了可观的质量效益与长期成本节约。
此次工程虽针对电子组装车间,但其成功实施也为同类精密电子制造、小型仪器装配、轻工组装等对环境有类似要求的行业提供了可借鉴的解决方案。同时,该方案也适用于各类层高较高、空间开阔、需兼顾通风与降温的工业厂房,如仓储物流车间、包装作业区、复合材料加工区等,具备良好的行业示范性与推广价值。
A well-known toy manufacturing enterprise located in Chenghai District, Shantou, is a professional manufacturer specializing in the research and production of high-end toys such as remote-controlled cars, ships, airplanes, small drones, and intelligent robots. Among them, the factory also produces civilian photography and video unmanned aerial vehicles, which have stricter requirements for image stability, flight control, and precision of internal electronic components, further highlighting the importance of temperature and humidity control in the production environment. Chenghai is located in the subtropical monsoon climate zone, which is warm and humid all year round, with high temperatures and heavy rainfall in summer. The average temperature can reach 28-32 ℃, and the humidity is often higher than 80%. This puts high temperature and humidity control requirements on the production environment, especially in the precision electronic assembly process. This region is also one of the important toy industry clusters in China, with a complete industrial chain and advanced technology. High end toys not only carry entertainment functions, but also represent technological innovation and precision manufacturing, and have positive social value in promoting the intellectual development of young people and cultivating scientific interests.
The electronic component assembly workshop of the enterprise is mainly responsible for producing key electronic components such as precision circuit boards, sensors, and micro motors for various high-end toys. These electronic components have complex structures and high integration, and are extremely sensitive to the cleanliness, temperature, and humidity of the production environment. Excessive environmental temperature or humidity can easily lead to decreased component performance, welding defects, short circuits, and other issues, directly affecting product reliability and yield. The workshop is a reinforced concrete standard workshop with a floor height of about 4.5 meters. The wall is equipped with large french window to ensure natural lighting, but it also leads to a significant increase in indoor heat load in summer. Professional ventilation and cooling systems are urgently needed to ensure a stable production environment.
The Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration Engineering Team has comprehensively considered multiple factors such as local climate characteristics, factory structure, workshop functional layout, and actual usage needs. Due to the large workshop area and limited installation space for ground equipment, we ultimately chose the hanging horizontal jet evaporative cooling industrial air conditioning solution to maximize the retention of operating area and achieve long-distance uniform air supply. This device does not occupy ground space and utilizes high-speed jet air supply technology to efficiently deliver processed cool air to every corner of the workshop, significantly improving air circulation and ventilation efficiency.
After the system was put into use, the temperature in the workshop was stably controlled, and the relative humidity was maintained within a suitable range. Employees worked in a comfortable environment, which not only improved their work focus and efficiency, but also reduced fatigue caused by stuffiness. More importantly, a stable temperature and humidity environment ensures the stability of electronic components during assembly and soldering processes, significantly reducing product defect rates and effectively improving production yield rates, bringing considerable quality benefits and long-term cost savings to enterprises.
Although this project is aimed at the electronic assembly workshop, its successful implementation also provides a reference solution for industries with similar environmental requirements, such as precision electronic manufacturing, small instrument assembly, and light industry assembly. At the same time, this solution is also applicable to various industrial plants with high ceilings, open spaces, and the need to balance ventilation and cooling, such as warehousing and logistics workshops, packaging operation areas, composite material processing areas, etc., with good industry demonstration and promotion value.
