该企业专业生产各类床垫、沙发垫、体育防护垫及户外用品垫等大规格垫类产品,拥有从原料裁剪、海绵复合、立体缝制到成品包装的完整工艺流程。厂房为多层钢筋混凝土标准结构,根据不同工艺环节划分为:原料仓储与裁剪车间、高密度海绵复合车间、自动化缝制车间、手工缝制与整形车间、检验包装车间等。因产品主要采用防水布与高密度海绵为主要材质,生产过程中对环境湿度敏感,需持续防霉防潮,以保障材料特性与成品品质。

The average relative humidity is relatively high throughout the year, and the phenomenon of humidity is particularly evident during the rainy season. As a globally renowned hub for the manufacturing and trading of light industrial products, Yiwu has a significant industrial agglomeration effect, with increasing demands for the stability of the production environment and technological support.
This enterprise specializes in producing various types of mattresses, sofa mats, sports protection mats, outdoor product mats, and other large-sized mat products. It has a complete process from raw material cutting, sponge composite, three-dimensional sewing to finished product packaging. The factory building is a multi story reinforced concrete standard structure, divided into different process stages: raw material storage and cutting workshop, high-density sponge composite workshop, automated sewing workshop, manual sewing and shaping workshop, inspection and packaging workshop, etc. Due to the use of waterproof cloth and high-density sponge as the main materials in the product, the production process is sensitive to environmental humidity and requires continuous mold and moisture prevention to ensure material characteristics and finished product quality.

The focus of this renovation is on the finished sewing workshop, which is densely populated with personnel and has high equipment heat generation. The high temperature and humidity environment in summer seriously affects the work efficiency of employees and the quality of product sewing. Enterprises expect to achieve comprehensive goals of improving personnel comfort, ensuring production efficiency, and preventing mold and moisture in products through scientific ventilation and cooling solutions.
