1、 Project Overview
Foshan Direct Drinking Water Machine Factory is located in the core industrial area of the Pearl River Delta, with a subtropical monsoon climate. The summer is hot and humid, with the highest temperature reaching over 35 ℃ and humidity often exceeding 80%; Winter is mild, but there is a significant temperature difference between day and night, requiring a balance between cooling and ventilation throughout the year. The factory building is a 12 story reinforced concrete structure standard factory building, with a large area of daylighting glass windows on the exterior facade. The workshop is located on the 5th floor and is significantly challenged by temperature control due to the dual effects of western sunlight and indoor equipment heat dissipation. Due to the limitations of the building structure, the air conditioning outdoor unit can only be installed on the side wall, further increasing the difficulty of system design.
2、 Customized solution design
The Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration Technology Team has comprehensively considered multiple key factors and tailored an efficient and energy-saving ventilation and cooling solution:
(1). Environmental and Architectural Analysis: The Foshan area experiences high humidity and heat throughout the year. Due to the high proportion of glass windows in the workshops, there is a significant increase in temperature caused by solar radiation; But the factory structure has good airtightness and is suitable for adopting an internal circulation airflow organization scheme to reduce the intrusion of external humid and hot air and improve the energy efficiency of air conditioning.
(2). Space and production characteristics: The workshop is equipped with direct drinking water units, with a centralized work area, dense equipment, and limited ground space. Therefore, the hanging pipeline model is selected, which does not occupy production land, and utilizes flexible pipeline layout to achieve fixed-point air supply, accurately covering personnel fixed workstations and improving physical comfort.
(3). External unit adaptation plan: Based on the installation conditions of the external unit on the middle floor, the side wall reinforcement suspension technology is adopted, combined with shock-absorbing brackets and drainage hoods, to ensure efficient heat dissipation of the outdoor unit, avoid airflow short circuits, and ensure long-term stable operation of the system.
After comprehensive evaluation, a high-power pipeline energy-saving industrial air conditioning system was ultimately selected, which integrates evaporative cooling and mechanical cooling dual modes, and can automatically switch according to season and temperature, significantly reducing energy consumption.
3、 Installation Implementation and Results
The project team strictly follows the standardized installation process, and the pipeline layout is reasonably laid along the top of the workshop. The air supply outlet accurately corresponds to the workstation line, and the outdoor unit is firmly installed and treated with waterproofing and noise prevention. After the system was put into use, the workshop temperature remained stable at 26 ± 2 ℃ and the humidity was controlled below 60%, fully meeting the design requirements.
