公司专注于铜箔软连接、铝箔软连接、编织线软连接三类产品的生产,生产工艺涵盖上料、冲压、3D折弯、剥胶清洗、激光切割、线蕊上胶等多道精密工序。其中,焊接与上胶等环节对环境温湿度极为敏感——高温易导致胶体粘性变化,影响粘接强度;湿度过高则可能引起金属表面氧化,甚至影响焊接质量。此外,精密折弯与全检工序也需要在稳定舒适的环境中操作,以确保产品尺寸精准、外观达标。因此,一个恒温、低湿、空气流通的生产环境,不仅关系到产品品质,也直接影响工艺一致性与生产效率。

The production process covers multiple precision processes such as feeding, stamping, 3D bending, stripping and cleaning, laser cutting, and wire core gluing. Among them, welding and gluing processes are extremely sensitive to environmental temperature and humidity - high temperatures can easily cause changes in the viscosity of the glue, affecting the bonding strength; Excessive humidity may cause metal surface oxidation and even affect welding quality. In addition, precision bending and full inspection processes also need to be operated in a stable and comfortable environment to ensure accurate product dimensions and appearance standards. The factory building is a multi story reinforced concrete standard structure with good sealing, and is equipped with large glass windows to enhance lighting. The original ventilation relied solely on ordinary fans, resulting in disordered air flow and inability to achieve overall cooling and dehumidification, especially in welding areas where heat accumulation is significant. Prolonged work by employees can lead to fatigue and increase operational safety hazards.

1. The factory building has strong sealing and is suitable for industrial air conditioning systems with internal circulation airflow organization to avoid direct impact of outdoor high temperature and high humidity air on the indoor environment;
2. The actual usage area of the workshop is compact, and the ground equipment is already covered, so a hanging installation is chosen to maximize the saving of ground space. At the same time, the roof is also equipped with environmental protection pipes, and it is not possible to use ducted air conditioners that can provide air supply at designated positions;
3. The single room area in the workshop is not large, and it is suitable to use axial flow machines with soft air outlet and uniform coverage to ensure that there are no blind spots in the air supply, while avoiding strong wind directly affecting the process operation;
4. Based on the temperature and humidity differences in different process areas, flexibly arrange the position of air vents to achieve zoning control and precise air supply.
