一、项目背景

该制衣厂位于广州市南村镇,地处粤港澳大湾区核心腹地,属典型的亚热带季风气候区,常年高温多湿,夏季漫长,平均温度可达30℃以上,相对湿度超过80%,使得厂房内部易积聚闷热空气,影响生产环境与员工状态。作为大湾区纺织服装产业的重要一环,该企业生产规模领先,对生产环境的稳定性与舒适性有着较高要求。

厂房为多层钢筋混凝土标准结构,立面设有大面积采光玻璃窗,空间开阔、层高较高,为大通间流水线作业提供了条件。车间采用挂吊传输系统,半成品经由吊挂流水线在不同工位间流转,主要生产设备为工业缝纫机,本身发热量不大,但因作业人员密集,人体成为主要热源;加之夏季强烈的室外太阳辐射透过玻璃窗进入室内,进一步加剧了车间的闷热负荷。

二、瑞峰方案设计思路

我们的设计团队从多维度进行综合分析,包括:

1、地理气候环境:针对本地夏季高温高湿的气候特点,制定持续有效的降温除湿策略;

2、厂房建筑结构:结合大空间、高楼层、玻璃幕墙占比大的特点,注重气流组织与能量分布的均衡性;

3、制衣行业特性:兼顾人员密集作业的环境需求,以及织物在生产过程中对温湿度的敏感性;

4、生产流程特点:避免强气流对吊挂衣物的摆动影响,保障流水线顺畅运行。

基于以上因素,我们为该车间量身定制了墙边多台大功率立式双出风口轴流省电工业空调系统:

1、大功率双出风设计:确保制冷量充足并具备调节余量,可灵活应对不同时段、不同区域的热负荷变化,实现温湿度的精准调控;

2、轴流风机技术:出风温和均匀,气流覆盖范围广,避免了直吹强风给员工带来的不适,同时防止吊挂衣物因风力摆动而影响工序品质;

3、立体送风模式:使冷气自下而上自然扩散,实现车间整体温湿度均衡,消除局部高温死角。

三、实施效果

系统投入使用后,车间整体工作环境得到显著改善:

1、员工在夏季作业时的闷热感大幅降低,身体舒适度提升,有助于集中精力、提高作业效率与工作满意度;

2、稳定的温湿环境减少了织物因湿热引起的变形、静电等问题,提升了服装半成品在流水过程中的品质稳定性;

四、项目启示

1、 Project Background

The garment factory is located in Nancun Town, Guangzhou City, in the core hinterland of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area. It belongs to a typical subtropical monsoon climate zone, with high temperatures and humidity throughout the year. The summer is long, with an average temperature of over 30 ℃ and a relative humidity of over 80%, which makes it easy for hot and humid air to accumulate inside the factory, affecting the production environment and the condition of employees. As an important part of the textile and clothing industry in the Greater Bay Area, this enterprise has a leading production scale and high requirements for the stability and comfort of the production environment.

The factory building is a multi story reinforced concrete standard structure, with a large area of skylight glass windows on the facade. The space is spacious and the floor height is high, providing conditions for large-scale assembly line operations. The workshop adopts a hanging conveyor system, and semi-finished products are circulated between different workstations through a hanging assembly line. The main production equipment is industrial sewing machines, which do not generate much heat, but due to the dense number of operators, the human body becomes the main heat source; In addition, the strong outdoor solar radiation in summer enters the room through glass windows, further exacerbating the stuffy load in the workshop.

2、 Design concept of Ruifeng scheme

Our design team conducts comprehensive analysis from multiple dimensions, including:

(1). Geographical climate environment: Develop sustained and effective cooling and dehumidification strategies based on the local climate characteristics of high temperature and humidity in summer;

(2). Factory building structure: Combining the characteristics of large space, high floors, and a large proportion of glass curtain walls, emphasizing the balance of airflow organization and energy distribution;

(3). Characteristics of the garment industry: balancing the environmental requirements of personnel intensive operations and the sensitivity of fabrics to temperature and humidity during the production process;

(4). Production process characteristics: Avoid the impact of strong airflow on the swinging of hanging clothes and ensure smooth operation of the assembly line.

Based on the above factors, we have customized a wall mounted high-power vertical dual outlet axial flow energy-saving industrial air conditioning system for this workshop:

(1). High power dual outlet design: ensuring sufficient cooling capacity and having adjustment margin, it can flexibly respond to changes in heat load in different periods and areas, achieving precise control of temperature and humidity;

(2). Axial flow fan technology: The air outlet is gentle and uniform, with a wide range of airflow coverage, avoiding discomfort for employees caused by strong winds and preventing hanging clothes from affecting process quality due to wind swing;

(3). Stereoscopic air supply mode: allows the cold air to naturally spread from bottom to top, achieving temperature and humidity balance throughout the workshop and eliminating local high temperature blind spots.

3、 Implementation effect

After the system was put into use, the overall working environment of the workshop was significantly improved:

(1). During summer work, employees experience a significant reduction in stuffiness and increased physical comfort, which helps to concentrate, improve work efficiency, and job satisfaction;

(2). A stable temperature and humidity environment reduces the deformation and static electricity caused by moisture and heat in fabrics, and improves the quality stability of semi-finished clothing products during the production process;

(3). The overall production efficiency of the enterprise has been improved due to environmental optimization, and the employee turnover rate has been reduced, reflecting the modern management concept of "people-oriented, environment driven production".
