该厂位于雷州半岛,属热带季风气候,常年高温多湿,夏季漫长,平均温度在28-33℃之间,湿度常高于80%,昼夜温差较小。当地以农业、轻工业和渔业为主要产业,其中纺织服装类企业较为集中,对生产环境的温湿度控制具有普遍需求。

该制衣厂为多层钢筋混凝土标准厂房,建筑面积约1200平方米,层高约5米,采用大通间布局以适应流水线生产作业。厂房墙面设有大面积玻璃窗,自然采光良好,但也导致夏季太阳辐射热明显。车间内主要热源来自密集作业的员工,以及部分室外传入的辐射热。尽管已安装均匀分布的小吊扇,实现了一定的空气流通,但仍无法在高温高湿环境下实现有效降温,影响工人舒适性与生产效率。

瑞峰方案设计团队综合考虑以下因素:

1、地理气候条件:针对雷州半岛夏季高温、高湿、辐射强的特点;

2、厂房结构特点:大通间、采光窗多、层高适中,利于气流组织;

3、行业生产特性:服装加工对车间温湿度较为敏感,影响织物平整性与员工操作稳定性;

4、人员密集程度:员工为主要发热源,需保证人均新风量与均匀送风;

5、现有通风设备:小吊扇仅促进空气流动,不具备降温除湿功能。

经精确制冷负荷计算(按每台空调覆盖约200平方米标准),我们沿车间墙面合理布置6台大功率立式双出风口轴流型工业空调。该设计具备以下优势:

1、双出风口配合大功率机组,确保制冷量有一定冗余,可根据天气与生产安排灵活调节温湿度;

2、采用轴流风机,出风柔和均匀,避免强风直吹引起人员不适或干扰缝纫作业,实现气流全域覆盖;

3、系统运行能效高,在实现整体降温的同时,显著降低电力消耗。

改造后,车间温度稳定维持在26-28℃,湿度得到有效控制,员工在凉爽舒适的环境中工作,疲劳感降低,专注度与生产效率显著提升。同时,稳定的温湿环境也有利于减少织物因湿热产生的皱褶与变形,间接提升了产品整体质量。

本次工程虽是针对服装企业设计,但同样适用于电子装配、食品包装、轻工组装等人员密集、发热量不大但需整体环境温湿度控制的各类生产车间与作业场所。

The factory is located on the Leizhou Peninsula, with a tropical monsoon climate characterized by high temperatures and humidity throughout the year. The summer is long, with an average temperature between 28-33 ℃ and humidity often exceeding 80%. The temperature difference between day and night is small. The main industries in the local area are agriculture, light industry, and fishing, with textile and clothing enterprises being relatively concentrated, and there is a universal demand for temperature and humidity control in the production environment.

The garment factory is a multi story reinforced concrete standard factory building with a construction area of about 1200 square meters and a floor height of about 5 meters. It adopts a large layout to adapt to assembly line production operations. The factory walls are equipped with large glass windows, which provide good natural lighting, but also lead to significant solar radiation heat in summer. The main heat sources in the workshop come from employees engaged in intensive operations, as well as some radiated heat from outside. Although evenly distributed small ceiling fans have been installed to achieve certain air circulation, effective cooling cannot be achieved in high temperature and high humidity environments, which affects worker comfort and production efficiency.

The Ruifeng design team has comprehensively considered the following factors:

1. Geographical and climatic conditions: Targeting the characteristics of high temperature, high humidity, and strong radiation in the summer of Leizhou Peninsula;

2. The structural characteristics of the factory building include large interconnected rooms, multiple lighting windows, and moderate floor height, which is conducive to airflow organization;

3. Industry production characteristics: Clothing processing is sensitive to workshop temperature and humidity, which affects fabric flatness and employee operational stability;

4. Personnel density: Employees are the main heat source, and it is necessary to ensure per capita fresh air volume and uniform air supply;

5. Existing ventilation equipment: Small ceiling fans only promote air flow and do not have cooling and dehumidification functions.

After precise cooling load calculation (based on a standard coverage of approximately 200 square meters per air conditioner), we reasonably arranged 6 high-power vertical dual outlet axial flow industrial air conditioners along the workshop wall. This design has the following advantages:

1. Double air outlets combined with high-power units ensure a certain redundancy in cooling capacity, and can flexibly adjust temperature and humidity according to weather and production arrangements;

2. Using an axial flow fan, the air outlet is soft and uniform, avoiding discomfort to personnel or interference with sewing operations caused by strong winds, and achieving full coverage of the airflow;

3. The system operates with high energy efficiency, significantly reducing power consumption while achieving overall cooling.

After the renovation, the temperature in the workshop remained stable at 26-28 ℃, and the humidity was effectively controlled. Employees worked in a cool and comfortable environment, reducing fatigue and significantly improving focus and production efficiency. At the same time, a stable temperature and humidity environment is also conducive to reducing wrinkles and deformation of fabrics caused by dampness and heat, indirectly improving the overall quality of the product.

Although this project is designed for clothing enterprises, it is also applicable to various production workshops and workplaces with dense personnel, low heat generation, and overall environmental temperature and humidity control, such as electronic assembly, food packaging, and light industry assembly.
