该制衣厂车间为多层钢筋混凝土标准厂房,墙面设有大面积采光玻璃窗,单层面积约4000平方米,层高约7米,为大通间结构,适应服装流水线作业布局。车间内主要热源来自密集作业的员工及夏季强烈的室外太阳辐射,虽然工业缝纫机等设备发热量不大,但人员聚集仍导致夏季室内闷热、空气流通不畅,直接影响员工工作效率与织物生产环境稳定性。
瑞峰环保制冷技术团队综合考虑地理气候特征、厂房高大空间结构、制衣行业特殊性、人员密集程度及玻璃窗带来的热辐射影响,针对车间面积大、地面空间紧张的特点,提出了不占用生产区域的吊挂式安装方案。选用送风距离远、覆盖范围广的卧式射流蒸发冷却工业空调,通过大功率、多点布置,实现空气快速循环与均匀降温,显著改善车间整体环境。
改造后,车间内温度适宜、空气清新流动,员工夏季作业舒适度大幅提升,疲劳感降低,生产效率与工作满意度明显提高。同时,稳定的温湿度环境也有助于减少织物静电、受潮等问题,保障服装生产品质,为企业节能降耗、提升综合竞争力提供了可靠支持。

This project is located in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, which belongs to the subtropical monsoon climate. The summer is hot and humid, and the winter is wet and cold, with abundant rainfall throughout the year. The average temperature in summer can reach over 35 ℃, with high humidity, posing significant challenges to the comfort of the production environment and the stability of equipment operation. Wuhan, as an important industrial and textile clothing industry base in Central China, has a dense manufacturing industry, especially the large-scale textile and clothing industry, which has high requirements for ventilation and temperature and humidity control in the production environment.
The clothing factory workshop is a multi story reinforced concrete standard factory building, with large areas of skylight glass windows on the walls. The single story area is about 4000 square meters, and the floor height is about 7 meters. It is a large interconnected structure that is suitable for the layout of clothing assembly line operations. The main heat sources in the workshop come from employees engaged in intensive operations and strong outdoor solar radiation in summer. Although industrial sewing machines and other equipment do not generate much heat, the concentration of personnel still leads to stuffiness and poor air circulation indoors in summer, directly affecting the work efficiency of employees and the stability of the fabric production environment.
The Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration Technology Team has comprehensively considered the geographical and climatic characteristics, the tall spatial structure of the factory building, the particularity of the garment industry, the density of personnel, and the thermal radiation impact brought by glass windows. In response to the characteristics of large workshop area and tight ground space, a hanging installation plan that does not occupy the production area has been proposed. Selecting a horizontal jet evaporative cooling industrial air conditioner with long air supply distance and wide coverage range, through high-power and multi-point arrangement, achieves rapid air circulation and uniform cooling, significantly improving the overall environment of the workshop.
After the renovation, the temperature in the workshop is suitable, the air is fresh and flowing, the comfort of employees during summer work is greatly improved, fatigue is reduced, and production efficiency and job satisfaction are significantly improved. At the same time, a stable temperature and humidity environment also helps to reduce issues such as fabric static electricity and moisture, ensuring the quality of clothing production and providing reliable support for enterprises to save energy, reduce consumption, and enhance comprehensive competitiveness.
