The ribbon factory is located in Ouhai District, Wenzhou, on the southeast coast of Zhejiang Province. It has a subtropical monsoon climate with distinct four seasons. The summer is hot and humid, with an average temperature of 28-32 ℃ and humidity maintained above 75% for a long time. The winter is mild and humid. This climate condition places high demands on ventilation and cooling in the production environment. As an important industrial cluster area in Wenzhou, Ouhai District is mainly focused on light manufacturing, with industries such as textiles, footwear, and hardware being dense. Enterprises generally face the demand for renovating old factories and optimizing production environments.

This enterprise focuses on the production of woven tapes. The factory is a multi story reinforced concrete old-fashioned standard factory with a floor height of only about 3.5 meters, and the space is low and relatively enclosed. There are multiple ribbon weaving machines in the workshop. Although the heat source intensity is not high and the personnel density is low, the small and enclosed environment can easily lead to poor air circulation and accumulated stuffiness, seriously affecting the work efficiency and comfort of employees.

The Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration Technology Team has designed a high-power ducted evaporative cooling industrial air conditioning system, taking into account multiple factors such as geographical climate, factory structure, and industry production characteristics, in response to the limited actual usage area of the workshop. This scheme adopts a single high-power device, which evenly delivers the cooling capacity to various areas of the workshop through the ceiling air duct, achieving "one machine, multiple effects":

1. Simplify the number of devices and reduce installation and maintenance costs;

2. Uniform distribution of air conditioning to avoid local temperature differences and enhance overall comfort;

3. Aerial piping design completely frees up ground space and ensures that production layout is not affected.

After the system was put into operation, the temperature in the workshop remained stable at 26-28 ℃, the humidity significantly decreased, and the air circulation continued to improve, effectively solving problems such as stuffiness and lack of oxygen in low and enclosed spaces. The working environment for employees was substantially improved, and the company also reported an increase in production efficiency and employee satisfaction.
