厂房现状:该服装厂为多层钢筋混凝土结构老标准厂房,层高仅约4米,内部隔断多,车间布局紧凑,单个面积较小。传统空调系统难以在低层高、多分隔的空间中实现均匀降温,且能耗高、安装受限。
核心挑战:如何在有限的层高与分散的车间布局中,为不同面积的车间精准匹配制冷量,实现高效、节能、均匀的通风降温,是本次工程的设计关键。

1、 Project Background and Challenges
Project location: Guangzhou City
Climate characteristics: Guangzhou city belongs to the subtropical monsoon climate, with long and humid summers. The highest temperature can reach over 35 ℃, and the average humidity exceeds 80%. The high temperature and high humidity environment pose a severe challenge to the working comfort and equipment operation efficiency of production workshops. The local clothing industry is clustered, and many old factories have a significant gap between their spatial structure and modern ventilation and cooling needs due to their early construction years.
Current situation of the factory building: The clothing factory is a multi story reinforced concrete structure old standard factory building, with a floor height of only about 4 meters, multiple internal partitions, compact workshop layout, and small individual area. Traditional air conditioning systems are difficult to achieve uniform cooling in low rise, multi partition spaces, and have high energy consumption and limited installation.
Core challenge: How to accurately match the cooling capacity for workshops of different areas in a limited floor height and dispersed workshop layout, and achieve efficient, energy-saving, and uniform ventilation and cooling is the key design of this project.

(1). Refined requirement analysis
Our design team has comprehensively evaluated the following key factors:
Geographical climate environment: In response to the high temperature and humidity characteristics of Guangzhou in summer, the focus is on strengthening dehumidification and rapid cooling capabilities;
Factory structure and layout: Combining the characteristics of low floor height and multiple partitions, select models with small space occupation and flexible installation;
Industry production characteristics: The clothing workshop has dense personnel, high equipment heat generation, and requires ensuring air circulation and temperature stability;

Selection of axial flow fan models: For small workshops, use axial flow models with soft air outlet and moderate air supply distance to achieve uniform air supply and avoid strong wind blowing directly;
Differentiated power matching: Based on the actual area, personnel density, and equipment heat load of each workshop, accurately calculate the cooling demand and match it with industrial air conditioners of different powers to achieve "one workshop, one solution".

After the completion of the project, the temperature in each workshop significantly decreased, the humidity was effectively controlled, and the working environment for employees improved significantly.
