The core goal is to solve the problems of poor ventilation and stuffiness accumulation for frontline workers such as sorting and packaging in the station. Therefore, a comprehensive ventilation scheme with high air volume and low energy consumption must be selected.
Based on the above analysis, Ruifeng Company has tailored a permanent magnet negative pressure fan ventilation layout design for it. This scheme fully utilizes the principle of negative pressure ventilation: a permanent magnet negative pressure fan is installed on one side of the exterior wall of the factory building. After the system is started, the fan discharges air at high speed to the outside, creating a negative pressure zone indoors. Under the action of air pressure difference, fresh outdoor air is naturally drawn into the room through doors, windows or air inlets, forming a continuous air flow of "forced exhaust+natural replenishment".
