本项目位于深圳蛇口附近，是服务于跨境电商出口业务的现代化集货揽收仓。蛇口地处粤港澳大湾区核心，属亚热带海洋性气候，四季温湿度偏高：夏季平均气温28-33℃，湿度常达80%以上；冬季温和，但湿度仍维持在70%左右。高温高湿的环境对仓储商品的品质保障提出了严峻挑战。

该仓库所在的粤港澳大湾区及华南地区，是我国目前全门类工业品生产与供应链最为集中的区域之一。凭借“中国制造”的完整产业体系与高效产能，国内商品持续供应全球，而海外许多地区仍面临局部商品短缺、供应链不稳的现状。此类“境外电商周转仓”正是在此背景下应运而生，成为连接国内生产与海外消费的关键枢纽，对仓内温湿度稳定控制有着严格要求。

仓库为彩钢框架与砖砌墙体结合的大平层结构，整体密封性好，未设窗户，有效隔绝了外部气候波动，但也对内部空气循环与温湿度调控提出了更高要求。基建完成后，在内部装修阶段，业主提出需安装空调系统，以确保仓内商品在适宜环境中存储。

瑞峰环保制冷方案设计团队综合考虑多方因素后，提出定制化通风降温方案：

1、环境与建筑特性：仓库密封性强，适合采用内循环气流组织设计，避免外界湿热空气侵入；

2、空间利用需求：仓内面积虽大，但储货区域密集，地面空间宝贵，因此选用吊挂式射流工业空调，不占用地面面积，实现空间零干扰；

3、能效与稳定性要求：选用多台大功率射流机组，形成均匀立体送风，兼顾高效降温与除湿功能，确保库内温湿均衡。

方案实施后，经现场检测，库内温度可常年稳定控制在22-26℃，湿度保持在50%-60%的合理区间，完全符合电子产品、纺织品等多类商品仓储标准，有效避免了潮湿、霉变等问题。

此外，尽管业主初期考虑安装成本更低的冷风机，但瑞峰专业人员从专业与长远角度出发，指出在蛇口高温高湿气候下，冷风机不仅无法精准控温，还会持续增加室内湿度，对商品储存极为不利。而工业空调系统具备温湿双控能力，可持续稳定维持环境参数，从长期运营与商品保护角度看，实际更具性价比，最终赢得客户认可。

此次项目虽是仓储类工程，但其通风降温方案同样适用于大型车间、物流中心、体育馆、展览馆等空间高大、人员流动较少，且对空气品质与温湿度有较高要求的场所，体现了瑞峰在各类工业环境下的专业适应性与技术延伸能力。

This project is located near Shekou, Shenzhen, and is a modern cargo collection warehouse serving cross-border e-commerce export business. Shekou is located in the core of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area, with a subtropical maritime climate and high temperature and humidity throughout the year. The average temperature in summer is 28-33 ℃, and the humidity often exceeds 80%; Winter is mild, but the humidity remains around 70%. The high temperature and high humidity environment poses a severe challenge to the quality assurance of stored goods.

The warehouse is located in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area and South China region, which is currently one of the most concentrated areas for the production and supply chain of all types of industrial products in China. With the complete industrial system and efficient production capacity of "Made in China", domestic goods continue to supply the world, while many overseas regions still face local commodity shortages and unstable supply chains. This type of "overseas e-commerce turnover warehouse" has emerged in this context, becoming a key hub connecting domestic production and overseas consumption, with strict requirements for stable temperature and humidity control inside the warehouse.

The warehouse is a large flat structure combining color steel frames and brick walls, with good overall sealing and no windows, effectively isolating external climate fluctuations, but also placing higher requirements on internal air circulation and temperature and humidity control. After the completion of infrastructure construction, during the interior decoration phase, the owner proposed the installation of an air conditioning system to ensure that the goods in the warehouse are stored in a suitable environment.

After considering multiple factors, the Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration Solution Design Team has proposed a customized ventilation and cooling solution:

1. Environmental and architectural characteristics: The warehouse has strong sealing and is suitable for internal circulation airflow organization design to avoid the invasion of humid and hot air from the outside;

2. Space utilization requirements: Although the warehouse has a large area, the storage area is dense and the ground space is valuable. Therefore, a hanging jet industrial air conditioner is selected to achieve zero space interference without occupying ground area;

3. Energy efficiency and stability requirements: Multiple high-power jet units are selected to form a uniform three-dimensional air supply, while also considering efficient cooling and dehumidification functions to ensure temperature and humidity balance in the warehouse.

After the implementation of the plan, on-site testing showed that the temperature inside the warehouse can be stably controlled at 22-26 ℃ throughout the year, and the humidity can be maintained within a reasonable range of 50% -60%, fully meeting the storage standards for various types of goods such as electronic products and textiles, effectively avoiding problems such as moisture and mold.

In addition, although the owners initially considered installing lower cost air coolers, Ruifeng professionals pointed out from a professional and long-term perspective that in the high temperature and humidity climate of Shekou, air coolers not only cannot accurately control temperature, but also continue to increase indoor humidity, which is extremely unfavorable for product storage. Industrial air conditioning systems have dual temperature and humidity control capabilities, which can sustainably and stably maintain environmental parameters. From the perspective of long-term operation and product protection, they are actually more cost-effective and ultimately win customer recognition.

Although this project is a warehousing project, its ventilation and cooling scheme is also applicable to large workshops, logistics centers, sports venues, exhibition halls and other places with high space, low personnel flow, and high requirements for air quality and temperature and humidity. This reflects Ruifeng's professional adaptability and technical extension ability in various industrial environments.
