本次项目位于我国东海之滨的宁波市,隶属于某大型化工集团旗下的塑制品原料厂。宁波地处典型的亚热带季风气候区,夏季高温潮湿,闷热天气持续时间长,这对厂房内部的作业环境构成了严峻考验。
该厂区专业生产广泛应用于各行各业的高品质塑料粒子。作为现代工业的基础原料,塑料粒子小到日常使用的矿泉水瓶、家电外壳,大到汽车零部件、精密仪器防护,都离不开它。可以说,塑料粒子的质量稳定性,直接决定了成千上万种下游产品的最终品质。
本次需要进行环境改造的是核心生产单元——造粒车间。该车间的核心生产工艺是将上游的聚合物原料通过造粒机进行高温熔融、挤出、冷却切粒,最终形成一颗颗均匀的塑料颗粒,随后通过自动装袋打包机进行计量封装。在这一过程中,造粒机运行不仅会散发出大量的设备余热,伴随而来的还有原料高温熔融时产生的微量烟气与高分子气味。传统的生产模式下,这种“闷、热、微呛”的环境不仅影响员工的体感舒适度,更关系到车间内部的空气洁净度与生产效率。
【瑞峰方案:精准设计,高效改善】
针对该车间的特殊工况,瑞峰环保制冷的方案设计人员并没有采用常规的“头痛医头”式设备堆砌,而是结合地理气候特征、生产工艺痛点、车间空间布局等多方因素,制定了一套“新风送凉、负压排浊”的立体化通风降温方案。
1、因地制宜的设备选型
考虑到宁波夏季空气湿度大、气温高,且车间内部热量聚集明显,我们摒弃了无法补充新鲜空气的传统内循环工业空调。选择了蒸发式冷风机(俗称环保空调)。其核心原理是利用“水蒸发吸热”这一自然界物理现象:当室外热空气穿过湿润的湿帘时,水分吸收空气中的热量汽化,从而将空气温度降低5-12℃后送入车间,既降温又增湿,特别适合炎热干燥或干热的环境改善,而在宁波的夏季,它能有效中和高温,带来清新凉爽的自然风。
2、巧妙的空间利用
为了不占用宝贵的车间地面通道,保障物料流转顺畅,瑞峰施工团队创造性采用了墙外吊挂安装方式。将蒸发式冷风机悬挑安装于车间外墙外侧,既保证了设备从室外采集新鲜空气的需求,又完美规避了占地问题。
3、科学的空气对流系统
单纯送冷风而不排出浊气,无异于“闭门造车”。为此,我们经过精确的冷热交换频次计算,在车间另一侧墙面科学布置了相应数量的负压风机。负压风机的原理在于利用空气压强差:当风机运转时,迅速将室内聚集的热空气和异味气体抽出,形成局部负压区,迫使室外新风(经环保空调降温后)源源不断地补充进来。这一“一送一排”的组合,构建了高效的气流组织通道,让车间内的空气每分钟都在高效更新。
【改造成效与价值】
方案实施后,造粒车间环境得到了根本性改善:
1、温感舒适:车间整体作业温度显著下降,高温岗位的热辐射感大幅减弱。
2、空气清新:造粒产生的异味与热气被负压风机迅速排离车间,不再滞留弥漫,员工普遍反映“呼吸顺畅了”。

Project Background and Challenges
This project is located in Ningbo City, on the coast of the East China Sea, and is affiliated with a plastic raw material factory under a large chemical group. Ningbo is located in a typical subtropical monsoon climate zone, with high temperatures and humidity in summer, and prolonged hot and humid weather, which poses a severe challenge to the working environment inside the factory buildings.
This factory specializes in producing high-quality plastic particles that are widely used in various industries. As the basic raw material of modern industry, plastic particles are indispensable for daily use, from mineral water bottles and household appliance casings to automotive parts and precision instrument protection. It can be said that the quality stability of plastic particles directly determines the final quality of thousands of downstream products.
The core production unit - granulation workshop - requires environmental renovation this time. The core production process of this workshop is to melt, extrude, cool and cut the upstream polymer raw materials at high temperature through a granulator, finally forming uniform plastic particles one by one, and then measure and package them through an automatic bagging and packaging machine. During this process, the operation of the granulator not only emits a large amount of equipment waste heat, but also produces trace amounts of flue gas and polymer odor during the high-temperature melting of raw materials. Under the traditional production mode, this "stuffy, hot, and slightly choking" environment not only affects the physical comfort of employees, but also relates to the air cleanliness and production efficiency inside the workshop.
Ruifeng Solution: Precise Design, Efficient Improvement
In response to the special working conditions of the workshop, the design team of Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration did not adopt the conventional "headache doctor head" equipment stacking, but developed a three-dimensional ventilation and cooling plan of "fresh air cooling and negative pressure turbidity discharge" based on various factors such as geographical climate characteristics, production process pain points, and workshop space layout.
1. Equipment selection tailored to local conditions
Considering the high humidity and temperature in Ningbo during summer, as well as the significant heat accumulation inside the workshop, we have abandoned traditional internal circulation industrial air conditioners that cannot supplement fresh air. We have chosen an evaporative air cooler (commonly known as an environmentally friendly air conditioner). The core principle is to utilize the natural physical phenomenon of "water evaporation absorbs heat": when outdoor hot air passes through a moist curtain, the moisture absorbs the heat in the air and vaporizes, thereby reducing the air temperature by 5-12 ℃ and sending it into the workshop, which not only cools down but also humidifies, making it particularly suitable for improving hot, dry or hot environments. In the summer of Ningbo, it can effectively neutralize high temperatures and bring fresh and cool natural winds.
2. Clever Space Utilization
In order to avoid occupying valuable workshop floor passages and ensure smooth material flow, the Ruifeng construction team creatively adopted the installation method of hanging outside the wall. Hanging and installing the evaporative air cooler on the outer wall of the workshop not only ensures the need for the equipment to collect fresh air from the outside, but also perfectly avoids the problem of occupying space.
3. Scientific air convection system
Simply sending cold air without emitting turbid air is like "working in isolation". For this purpose, we have accurately calculated the frequency of cold and hot exchange and scientifically arranged a corresponding number of negative pressure fans on the other side of the workshop wall. The principle of a negative pressure fan is to utilize the air pressure difference: when the fan is running, it quickly extracts the hot air and odorous gases gathered indoors, forming a local negative pressure zone, forcing outdoor fresh air (cooled by environmentally friendly air conditioning) to continuously replenish. This combination of "one delivery, one row" creates an efficient airflow organization channel, allowing the air in the workshop to be updated efficiently every minute.
Transformation Effectiveness and Value
After the implementation of the plan, the environment of the granulation workshop has been fundamentally improved:
1. Comfortable temperature sensation: The overall operating temperature in the workshop has significantly decreased, and the thermal radiation sensation of high-temperature positions has greatly weakened.
2. Fresh air: The odor and hot air generated by granulation are quickly expelled from the workshop by the negative pressure fan, no longer lingering and permeating. Employees generally report that their breathing is smooth.
3. Clean environment: The continuously introduced outdoor fresh air is filtered through a wet curtain, which not only reduces the dust content in the air, but also reduces the generation of static electricity, providing a favorable environment for the stable operation of precision equipment.
Experience accumulation: professional abilities beyond this
The successful implementation of the ventilation and cooling project in the granulation workshop, although only a microcosm of many cases in Ruifeng, has far-reaching impact and reference significance.
