本项目服务对象位于泰国中部一处著名的滨海风景旅游区内。泰国地处热带季风气候区，全年高温高湿，年平均气温在28℃左右，且旱季、雨季分明。即便在相对凉爽的旱季，正午阳光直射下的体感温度也极易突破40℃大关。 作为东南亚乃至全球最受欢迎的旅游目的地之一，泰国旅游业以完善的接待设施和丰富的自然景观闻名，每年吸引着数以百万计的中国游客前往度假，其婚庆和会展旅游市场也因此异常火爆。

该婚礼场所正是一国际知名旅游机构为迎合市场需求，在景区内长期租用的一块开阔草坪上搭建的。建筑主体为拆卸式彩钢结构，配以软式透明棚顶。这种设计虽极大保证了透光率和景观视野，但也带来了严峻的技术挑战：除了能勉强挡雨，这顶透明棚在日光照射下无异于一个巨大的“温室大棚”——阳光直射、空气流通差，户外是什么气候，棚内便是怎样，甚至更为闷热。 为了保障在此举办活动（尤其是婚礼、派对）的人员舒适度，必须对大棚环境进行强制通风降温改善。

面对这一特殊的开放式、非密闭环境，瑞峰环保制冷的方案设计人员综合考量了地理气候特征、建筑结构的开放性、人员活动的随机性、以及客户的预算成本等多重因素，最终摒弃了传统的固定式空调方案，创造性地提出了“多台移动离心式冷风机 + 移动工业级大风扇”的联合布置方案。

这一设计主要基于以下几点深度考量：

1、应对不确定性的“灵动性”： 婚礼等活动的人员聚集区域是不断变化的（如仪式区、用餐区、拍照区）。采用移动式设备，可以根据活动流程随时调整风向和风力覆盖区域，实现“人到风到”的精准送风。

2、开放环境的“适配性”： 这种半开放式大棚，无法通过传统空调进行封闭式制冷。只有利用冷风机的“蒸发式降温”原理（利用水蒸发吸热的自然物理现象，将热空气转化为湿润的冷气）和工业级大风扇的“风速降温”原理（通过超大风量加速汗液蒸发，利用伯努利效应带走体表热量），才能在这种环境下产生低成本且有效的“自然凉风”。

Project Background and Challenge: "Transparent Steamer" in Tropical Style

The service target of this project is located in a famous coastal scenic tourist area in central Thailand. Thailand is located in a tropical monsoon climate zone, with high temperatures and humidity throughout the year, with an average annual temperature of around 28 ℃, and distinct dry and rainy seasons. Even in the relatively cool dry season, the perceived temperature under direct sunlight at noon can easily exceed the 40 ℃ mark. As one of the most popular tourist destinations in Southeast Asia and even globally, Thailand's tourism industry is renowned for its well-equipped reception facilities and rich natural landscapes, attracting millions of Chinese tourists for vacation every year. As a result, its wedding and exhibition tourism market is exceptionally hot.

The wedding venue was built by an internationally renowned tourism organization on an open lawn rented for a long time in the scenic area to meet market demand. The main structure of the building is a detachable color steel structure, equipped with a soft transparent roof. Although this design greatly ensures transparency and landscape visibility, it also brings serious technical challenges: in addition to barely blocking rain, this transparent shed is no different from a huge "greenhouse" under sunlight - direct sunlight, poor air circulation, and the outdoor climate is what it is inside, even more stuffy and hot. In order to ensure the comfort of personnel holding events (especially weddings and parties) here, it is necessary to improve the forced ventilation and cooling of the greenhouse environment.

Ruifeng Plan: Flexible Deployment, Controlling Heat with "Action"

Faced with this special open and non enclosed environment, the design team of Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration comprehensively considered multiple factors such as geographical and climatic characteristics, the openness of building structures, the randomness of personnel activities, and the budget cost of customers. Finally, they abandoned the traditional fixed air conditioning scheme and creatively proposed a joint layout scheme of "multiple mobile centrifugal air coolers+mobile industrial grade large fans".

This design is mainly based on the following in-depth considerations:

1. The 'agility' in dealing with uncertainty: The gathering areas for people at weddings and other events are constantly changing (such as ceremony areas, dining areas, and photo areas). By using mobile devices, the wind direction and coverage area can be adjusted at any time according to the activity process, achieving precise air supply from person to wind.

2. Adaptability of open environment: This semi open greenhouse cannot be closed for cooling through traditional air conditioning. Only by utilizing the "evaporative cooling" principle of air coolers (using the natural physical phenomenon of water evaporation to absorb heat, converting hot air into moist cold air) and the "wind speed cooling" principle of industrial grade large fans (accelerating sweat evaporation through ultra-high air volume, using the Bernoulli effect to remove body surface heat), can low-cost and effective "natural cool air" be generated in this environment.

3. Cost effectiveness optimization: Compared to the expensive installation and electricity costs of central air conditioning, centrifugal air coolers not only have lower equipment procurement costs, but also consume only 1/8 of the electricity of traditional air conditioning. In addition, it does not require installation and is plug and play, greatly saving customers on engineering renovation and later maintenance expenses.

After the device is activated, the effect is immediate. The high-power centrifugal air cooler quickly neutralizes the dry and hot air inside the greenhouse by sending out moist cold air; Large industrial fans with a diameter exceeding 1 meter evenly distribute cold air to every corner with a soft, valley like natural airflow. The combination of physical cooling and air flow greatly improves the stuffiness of the air coverage area.

Participants no longer feel suffocated, but instead are greeted by a fresh and flowing 'natural breeze', which not only ensures the physical and mental health of those present, but also adds a touch of comfort to the romantic wedding atmosphere. The event organizer has provided feedback that guests have praised the comfort level of the environment, and even some newcomers have specifically requested to add equipment in the photo area to ensure a perfect state during photography.
