漳州丰侨农牧猪场一体式除臭风机畜牧养殖专项除臭通风工程

该项目位于福建漳州,地处闽南金三角,属典型的南亚热带海洋性季风气候,常年温暖湿润,夏季高温多雨,冬季温和少寒,年平均气温在21℃左右,湿度普遍较高。在这样的气候条件下,养殖场内极易积聚大量湿热浊气,若通风不畅,不仅影响生猪健康,更会加剧臭气扩散。养猪业作为我国国民经济的支柱产业之一,直接关系到肉品稳定供应与城乡居民的“菜篮子”工程,规模化、环保化、可持续化发展已成为行业共识。因此,养殖环境的治理不仅是产业发展的内在要求,更是保障民生、促进生态平衡的重要一环。

该大型猪舍原采用传统的除臭墙通风降温系统,虽能实现部分排风与降臭,但受限于土建结构固定、处理效率有限,氨气(臭气主要成分)及湿热空气仍大量外溢,对周边村落与生态环境造成持续影响。在环保部门明确提出整改要求、企业又需确保生猪健康生长与出栏率不受影响的双重压力下,原有设施已无法满足现行标准,急需进行通风降温与除臭系统的全面提升。生猪养殖环境与其健康状况、生长速度、疫病防控密切相关,优良的空气质量与温湿度控制,可有效降低呼吸道疾病发生率,提升饲料转化率与出栏质量,改造势在必行。

瑞峰方案设计人员综合考量了项目所在地高温高湿的气候特征、猪舍相对开放的结构布局,以及既要满足环保排放标准、又要保障生猪生产性能的双重要求,最终决定采用一体式除臭风机进行整体布局,并拆除了原先笨重低效的除臭墙土建设施。该设计摒弃了传统土建方式,通过设备集成实现了即装即用,大幅缩短施工周期,同时避免了对猪舍正常生产的干扰。一体式除臭风机将通风、除尘、除臭、节能融为一体,安装灵活、占地面积小,特别适用于改造类项目,既解决了原有设施处理能力不足的问题,又有效规避了土建改造带来的高成本与长工期。

在运行原理上,一体式除臭风机利用内置永磁负压风机,将猪舍内富含氨气、粉尘及湿热的气体主动吸入设备内部。气体首先经过欧式逆流淋洒系统,均匀分布的除臭药水与废气充分接触,通过化学吸收方式去除大部分氨气等有害物质;随后,气体进入S波纹交叉除臭水帘层,在波纹通道中延长反应时间,形成药水薄膜,进一步降解残留污染物;V型去雾收水系统则将处理后的气体中的水雾高效拦截回收,减少药水损耗。整套系统以“水循环吸收+微生物代谢降解”为核心,氨气去除率可达80%~95%,粉尘去除率达85%~97%,确保排放气体洁净无异味。设备启用后,猪舍内空气质量明显改善,湿热积聚现象显著减少,生猪采食量、活动力与健康水平均稳步提升,出栏率得到有力保障。同时,厂区周边再无以往刺鼻臭气困扰,有效化解了邻避矛盾,实现了养殖生产与社区和谐共存的良性局面。

瑞峰公司此次承建的虽为养猪场项目,但所应用的一体式除臭风机与综合治理方案,同样适用于其他高要求畜牧养殖场景,如牛、羊、鸡、鸭、兔等规模化养殖场,以及垃圾转运站、污水处理厂、有机肥生产车间等特殊空间和具有严苛环保要求的行业场所。项目充分体现了我公司在复杂工况下,对设备选型、系统集成与方案落地的综合把控能力,能够针对不同场景提供精准、高效、环保的通风除臭整体解决方案。





Zhangzhou Fengqiao Agricultural and Livestock Pig Farm Integrated Deodorization Fan Livestock Breeding Special Deodorization and Ventilation Project

The project is located in Zhangzhou, Fujian Province, in the southern Fujian Golden Triangle. It belongs to a typical South Asian tropical maritime monsoon climate, with warm and humid temperatures throughout the year. The summer is hot and rainy, and the winter is mild and less cold. The annual average temperature is around 21 ℃, and the humidity is generally high. Under such climatic conditions, it is easy for a large amount of humid, hot, and turbid air to accumulate in the breeding farm. If ventilation is poor, it not only affects the health of pigs, but also exacerbates the spread of odors. As one of the pillar industries of China's national economy, the pig farming industry is directly related to the stable supply of meat products and the "basket of vegetables" project for urban and rural residents. Large scale, environmentally friendly, and sustainable development has become a consensus in the industry. Therefore, the governance of aquaculture environment is not only an inherent requirement for industrial development, but also an important part of ensuring people's livelihood and promoting ecological balance.

The large pigsty originally used a traditional deodorization wall ventilation and cooling system. Although it could achieve partial ventilation and odor reduction, it was limited by the fixed civil structure and limited treatment efficiency. Ammonia gas (the main component of odor) and humid and hot air still overflowed in large quantities, causing sustained impact on the surrounding villages and ecological environment. Under the dual pressure of the environmental protection department's clear rectification requirements and the need for enterprises to ensure the healthy growth and slaughter rate of pigs are not affected, the existing facilities are no longer able to meet current standards, and there is an urgent need for comprehensive improvement of ventilation, cooling, and deodorization systems. The environment of pig farming is closely related to its health status, growth rate, and disease prevention and control. Excellent air quality and temperature and humidity control can effectively reduce the incidence of respiratory diseases, improve feed conversion rate and slaughter quality. Therefore, transformation is imperative.

The design team of Ruifeng Plan comprehensively considered the climate characteristics of high temperature and high humidity in the project location, the relatively open structural layout of the pigsty, and the dual requirements of meeting environmental emission standards and ensuring pig production performance. Finally, they decided to adopt an integrated deodorizing fan for the overall layout and removed the previously bulky and inefficient deodorizing wall and soil construction facilities. This design abandons traditional civil engineering methods and achieves immediate installation and use through equipment integration, greatly reducing the construction period while avoiding interference with the normal production of the pigsty. The integrated deodorization fan integrates ventilation, dust removal, deodorization, and energy conservation, with flexible installation and small footprint, making it particularly suitable for renovation projects. It not only solves the problem of insufficient processing capacity of existing facilities, but also effectively avoids the high cost and long construction period caused by civil engineering renovation.

In terms of operating principle, the integrated deodorizing fan utilizes a built-in permanent magnet negative pressure fan to actively suck in gases rich in ammonia, dust, and humid heat from the pigsty into the equipment. The gas first passes through the European countercurrent spraying system, where the evenly distributed deodorizing solution comes into full contact with the exhaust gas and removes most harmful substances such as ammonia through chemical absorption; Subsequently, the gas enters the S-wave cross deodorizing water curtain layer, prolongs the reaction time in the corrugated channel, forms a thin film of chemical solution, and further degrades residual pollutants; The V-shaped dehazing and water collection system efficiently intercepts and recovers water mist from the treated gas, reducing the loss of chemicals. The entire system is centered around "water cycle absorption+microbial metabolism degradation", with an ammonia removal rate of 80% to 95% and a dust removal rate of 85% to 97%, ensuring clean and odorless emissions. After the equipment was put into use, the air quality in the pigsty improved significantly, and the accumulation of dampness and heat decreased significantly. The feed intake, activity and health level of live pigs steadily increased, and the slaughter rate was effectively guaranteed. At the same time, there is no longer the previous pungent odor around the factory area, effectively resolving conflicts between neighbors and achieving a harmonious coexistence between aquaculture production and the community.

Although the project undertaken by Ruifeng Company this time is a pig farm project, the integrated deodorization fan and comprehensive management solution applied are also suitable for other high demand livestock breeding scenarios, such as large-scale breeding farms of cattle, sheep, chickens, ducks, rabbits, as well as special spaces such as garbage transfer stations, sewage treatment plants, organic fertilizer production workshops, and industry places with strict environmental protection requirements.
