Guangdong, as a major manufacturing hub in China, has a high degree of agglomeration in the shoe material industry and a complete industrial chain. Especially in the EVA shoe material field, it has numerous upstream and downstream enterprises and is a well-known shoe material production base both domestically and internationally.

The client of this service is a professional factory specializing in the production of EVA shoe materials. The main products are various types of EVA shoe soles, insoles, and accessories, which are widely used in the shoemaking field such as sports shoes and casual shoes. EVA material has become an important raw material in the modern footwear industry due to its excellent characteristics such as lightweight, flexibility, and impact resistance. In the production process of EVA shoe materials, compression molding is one of the core steps. This process requires hot pressing EVA materials under high temperature conditions. The workshop has dense equipment and concentrated heat sources, which can easily produce high temperatures, odors, and trace amounts of dust, affecting the working environment and employee comfort.

In order to effectively improve the working environment of the compression molding workshop, the Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration Technology Team conducted in-depth on-site research and comprehensively considered multiple factors, including the high temperature and humidity climate characteristics in Guangdong region, the layout of equipment in the workshop, the demand for heat and odor emissions generated in the production process, and the urgent requirements for fresh air and cooling effect. After comprehensive evaluation, we have decided to use evaporative air coolers as the core equipment for environmental improvement. This device, based on the principle of water evaporation cooling, can achieve significant cooling effects in high-temperature and dry environments. It also has the functions of ventilation, dust removal, and odor purification, making it an ideal choice for such working conditions.

During the implementation of the plan, in order to maximize the saving of internal space in the workshop, we installed evaporative air coolers on the outer wall of the workshop and introduced fresh cold air that had been cooled and filtered into the room through dedicated air ducts. When the air cooler is running, it continuously delivers positive pressure fresh air to the workshop, pushing indoor hot air, odors, and dust to be naturally discharged through doors, windows, or exhaust ports, achieving a virtuous cycle of air.
