In summer, not only is the temperature extremely high, but the air humidity is also high, with a high rate of calm winds and a strong sense of stuffiness. As a transportation hub in the western region, Chongqing's complex overpasses and dense traffic make traffic management extremely busy.

The traffic police service center is not only the frontline window for handling vehicle and driver management services, but also the logistics support core for urban transportation operation. We receive a large number of citizens handling business here every day, maintaining a comfortable and fresh environment. This is not only a requirement for improving service quality, but also a concern for the physical and mental health of frontline staff and the public.

Project Challenge: The "peak heat and humidity" that is difficult to cover with fixed air conditioning

What needs to be improved this time is the comprehensive business hall within the service center. Although the lobby has been equipped with a central air conditioning system according to standards, during peak business hours, the flow of people is dense and the mobility of personnel is high, making it difficult for fixed air conditioning to quickly cover all areas. Insufficient convection of hot and cold air leads to significant stuffiness in specific areas, which not only affects the working experience of citizens but also increases the fatigue of staff under high pressure.

Ruifeng Plan: A "mobile" ventilation and cooling strategy that combines rigidity and flexibility

In response to the special usage scenario of the hall, our company's (Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration) design team went deep into the site and comprehensively considered various factors such as geographical climate (high temperature and humidity), indoor space layout (spacious but with many dead corners of airflow), personnel mobility (dynamic changes), and usage costs (to avoid duplicate investment). We abandoned the traditional fixed installation scheme and innovatively proposed a combination layout scheme of "mobile centrifugal air cooler+mobile industrial fan".

Our design logic and advantages are as follows:

1. Flexible response to dynamic demands: Considering the uncertainty of personnel activity areas, we have chosen a mobile model with casters. 2. Cost control in the form of "air conditioning companion": Since air conditioning is already responsible for basic cooling, we will not add unnecessary details. By utilizing a mobile air cooler (based on the principle of water evaporation and heat absorption, it can cool down by 3-8 ℃) and a mobile industrial grade permanent magnet fan (which generates strong "cross ventilation" through stepless speed regulation, accelerating sweat evaporation), the stagnant indoor air is effectively stirred with extremely low energy consumption. This "natural wind" combined with air conditioning greatly enhances human comfort.

3. The combination of physical principles and human health: After the device is started, the centrifugal air cooler filters hot air through a wet curtain and sends out moist and clean cool air; Industrial fans with a large diameter (over 1 meter) generate a large area of three-dimensional air supply, covering the entire hot and humid area. This simulated natural wind sensation not only provides ventilation and cooling, but also effectively prevents "air conditioning sickness", ensuring the physical and mental health of personnel working indoors for long periods of time.

4. Zero installation, zero interference: This is the biggest highlight of this case. Mobile fans do not require wiring or installation, truly achieving "plug and play" functionality.
