本项目位于浙江温州一家专业模具厂的生产车间。温州地处我国东南沿海,属亚热带海洋性季风气候,夏季炎热潮湿,素有“火炉”之称,闷热天气持续时间长。
该模具厂主要服务于温州本地发达的鞋业、眼镜、箱包及打火机等制造业,为其开发定制各类生产模具。其加工车间设在一座年代较为久远的老式混凝土结构厂房内。这类老厂房普遍存在层高较高、墙体单薄、门窗气密性差的特点,导致外部湿热空气极易进入,内部热量也难以有效排出。
随着模具加工精度的要求日益提高,高温环境不仅严重影响操作人员的体感舒适度与工作效率,更会导致机床热变形、工件测量误差增大,从而直接影响模具生产的精度与良品率。因此,在不对老旧厂房进行大规模改造的前提下,寻求一套高效、灵活且经济的通风降温方案,成为该企业亟待解决的难题。
【瑞峰方案:灵活应对,精准降温】
针对该车间多品种、小批量的模具加工特性以及厂房结构的局限性,瑞峰环保制冷的设计团队在深入现场勘查后,摒弃了传统固定式中央空调或大型排风系统的思路,创新性地提出了“移动离心式冷风机+移动工业级大风扇”的综合布置方案。
核心设计思路如下:
1、应对“工位不固定”的灵活布局:由于加工的模具种类繁多且坯料沉重,该车间采用了“多工作台”布局模式。工人需在不同工作台之间流转作业,导致工位具有高度的不确定性。移动式设备的价值在此刻凸显:它们无需安装管道或布线,可随时根据生产任务的变化,灵活推送到任何需要降温的区域,实现了“设备随人走,风随工位动”的极致灵活性。
2、适应“开放空间”的设备选型:针对老厂房密封性差、不适合做整体密闭空间降温的特点,方案选用了局部降温的设备组合:
1)移动离心式冷风机(环保空调):利用“水蒸发吸热”这一自然物理原理,将热空气经过湿润的水帘过滤降温后,化作清新洁净的冷风送入工作区域。相比传统空调,它能在大空间内形成局部有效降温(通常降温幅度可达4-10℃),同时引入大量新鲜空气,解决封闭车间的闷浊感。
2)移动工业级永磁无级调速大风扇:直径超过1米的风叶,通过空气动力学设计,以微风吹拂的方式,产生大面积的立体自然风场。这种风能够促进人体汗液蒸发,带走体表热量,让员工感受到“自然风”般的凉爽。其永磁无级调速技术,确保了在不同需求下都能实现静音、节能、风速随心的运行。

Project Background and Challenges
This project is located in the production workshop of a professional mold factory in Wenzhou, Zhejiang. Wenzhou is located on the southeast coast of China, with a subtropical maritime monsoon climate. The summer is hot and humid, known as the "furnace", and the hot and humid weather lasts for a long time.
This mold factory mainly serves the locally developed manufacturing industries such as footwear, eyewear, luggage, and lighters in Wenzhou, and develops customized production molds for them. The processing workshop is located in an old-fashioned concrete structure factory building that is relatively old. This type of old factory building generally has the characteristics of high floor height, thin walls, and poor air tightness of doors and windows, which makes it easy for external humid air to enter and difficult to effectively dissipate internal heat.
With the increasing demand for precision in mold processing, high temperature environments not only seriously affect the comfort and work efficiency of operators, but also lead to thermal deformation of machine tools and increased measurement errors of workpieces, directly affecting the accuracy and yield of mold production. Therefore, without carrying out large-scale renovation of old factories, seeking an efficient, flexible, and economical ventilation and cooling solution has become an urgent problem that the enterprise needs to solve.
Ruifeng Plan: Flexible Response, Precise Cooling
In response to the multi variety and small batch mold processing characteristics of the workshop, as well as the limitations of the factory structure, the design team of Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration abandoned the traditional fixed central air conditioning or large exhaust system after in-depth on-site investigation and innovatively proposed a comprehensive layout plan of "mobile centrifugal air cooler+mobile industrial grade large fan".
The core design concept is as follows:
1. To cope with the flexible layout of "non fixed workstations": Due to the wide variety of molds processed and the heavy weight of raw materials, the workshop adopts a "multi workbench" layout mode. Workers need to work between different workstations, resulting in a high degree of uncertainty in the workstations. The value of mobile devices is highlighted at this moment: they do not require the installation of pipelines or wiring, and can be flexibly pushed to any area that needs cooling according to changes in production tasks, achieving the ultimate flexibility of "equipment follows people, wind follows workstations".
2. Equipment selection for adapting to "open spaces": In response to the poor sealing of old factory buildings and their unsuitability for overall enclosed space cooling, the plan selected a combination of local cooling equipment:
1) Mobile centrifugal air cooler (environmentally friendly air conditioner): Using the natural physical principle of "water evaporation absorbs heat", the hot air is filtered and cooled by a moist water curtain, and then transformed into fresh and clean cold air and sent into the work area. Compared to traditional air conditioning, it can effectively reduce temperature locally in large spaces (usually by 4-10 ℃), while introducing a large amount of fresh air to solve the stuffiness of enclosed workshops.
2) Mobile industrial grade permanent magnet infinitely variable speed large fan: With blades over 1 meter in diameter, aerodynamic design creates a large three-dimensional natural wind field through gentle breeze blowing. This type of wind can promote the evaporation of sweat from the human body, take away body heat, and make employees feel the coolness of "natural wind". Its permanent magnet stepless speed regulation technology ensures silent, energy-saving, and wind speed free operation under different requirements.
The effectiveness and value of the plan
After the implementation of the project, the working environment in the workshop has made a qualitative leap:
1. Significant improvement in physical comfort: The strong 'natural wind' covers the entire work area, effectively dispelling the stuffiness caused by equipment operation and high temperature weather. Employees are no longer restless due to high temperatures, and their work focus is significantly improved.
2. Production quality is guaranteed: the improvement of workshop temperature and air circulation helps reduce thermal deformation caused by temperature differences during precision machining, indirectly improving the machining accuracy and product consistency of the mold.
3. Zero installation, plug and play: No installation work is required after the device arrives, plug and play. For idle workstations, the equipment can be removed at any time without affecting the material flow and equipment layout in the workshop.
4. Extremely low operating costs: using physical cooling instead of compressor cooling, with extremely low power consumption (only about 1/8 of traditional air conditioning). This low investment, high return approach provides strong support for the business philosophy of "saving money is making money".
