本工程位于温州瑞安市飞云镇。温州地处浙江东南沿海,属亚热带季风气候,夏季高温高湿,七月平均气温可达28-29℃,极端高温常突破38℃,闷热天气持续时间长,对工业生产环境是极大的考验。而瑞安作为“中国鞋都”温州的核心产区之一,制鞋业历史悠久,产业配套成熟,但生产环境的改善一直是行业关注的焦点。

该客户的生产车间位于建筑顶层,面临两大核心痛点:一是夏季屋顶受太阳直射,大量热量向下传递,使顶层车间温度远高于其他楼层,工人犹如身处“蒸笼”;二是冷粘生产线使用的胶粘剂等材料会持续释放挥发性有机化合物,异味浓重,长期在此环境下工作,不仅影响员工舒适度,更对身体健康构成潜在威胁。

为保障生产效率与员工福祉,解决车间高温与空气质量的双重难题,实施专业的通风降温改造势在必行。

【方案设计:精准施策,科学布局

瑞峰环保制冷的技术团队在深入现场勘测后,综合分析了多重关键因素:

1、地理气候:针对温州夏季高温高湿、主导风向的特点,确保方案能有效对抗外部环境压力。

2、车间结构:车间位于顶层,热量积聚严重,且原有建筑结构对气流组织存在限制。

基于以上分析,我们摒弃了传统空调高能耗、密闭空间的解决方案,创新性地采用了“永磁负压风机 + 水帘墙”的立体通风降温系统。在车间一侧墙体安装高效水帘墙,在对面墙体布置大排风量的永磁负压风机。当风机启动时,迅速将车间内积聚的热空气、异味气体强制排出,在室内形成瞬时负压。在内外压力差的作用下,室外新鲜空气被强制穿过水帘墙。空气流经湿润的蜂窝状水帘时,水分蒸发吸收大量热量,空气温度可降低5-10℃,清凉的新风随即被“拉”入车间内部,并沿预设路径流向排风口。这一设计实现了“定向引导、一端进风、一端排风”的流畅气流组织,最终达成清新冷风源源不断涌入,高温异味废气高效排出的理想效果。

【核心技术:永磁同步,高效节能】

本方案的核心在于永磁负压风机与水帘墙的黄金组合。永磁同步电机相较于传统电机,具有体积小、效率高、启动转矩大、能耗降低约20%-30%等显著优势,特别适合需要长时间运行的工业通风场景。水帘墙则利用“水蒸发吸热”这一自然物理原理,环保且降温效果显著。

Ventilation and cooling project for a shoe cold bonding workshop in Rui'an Feiyun

【 Project Background: Difficulty of workshop stuffiness and odor 】

This project is located in Feiyun Town, Rui'an City, Wenzhou. Wenzhou is located on the southeast coast of Zhejiang Province, with a subtropical monsoon climate. The summer is hot and humid, with an average temperature of 28-29 ℃ in July. Extreme high temperatures often exceed 38 ℃, and the hot and humid weather lasts for a long time, posing a great challenge to the industrial production environment. As one of the core production areas of Wenzhou, known as the "Shoe Capital of China", Rui'an has a long history in the footwear industry and mature industrial supporting facilities. However, improving the production environment has always been a focus of industry attention.

The customer's production workshop is located on the top floor of the building and faces two core pain points: firstly, in summer, the roof is exposed to direct sunlight, which transfers a large amount of heat downwards, causing the temperature of the top floor workshop to be much higher than other floors, and workers feel like they are in a "steamer"; Secondly, the adhesive and other materials used in the cold bonding production line will continue to release volatile organic compounds, with a strong odor. Working in this environment for a long time not only affects the comfort of employees, but also poses a potential threat to their physical health.

To ensure production efficiency and employee well-being, and solve the dual problems of high temperature and air quality in the workshop, it is necessary to implement professional ventilation and cooling improvements.

【 Scheme design: precise policy implementation, scientific layout 】

After conducting in-depth on-site investigations, the technical team of Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration comprehensively analyzed multiple key factors:

1. Geographical climate: In response to the characteristics of high temperature and humidity, as well as dominant wind direction in Wenzhou during summer, ensure that the plan can effectively counteract external environmental pressures.

2. Workshop structure: The workshop is located on the top floor, with severe heat accumulation, and the original building structure has limitations on airflow organization.

3. Heat source distribution: The cold bonding production line has dense equipment and concentrated personnel operation areas, making it a key area for cooling and exhaust.

4. Investment and operating costs: Select efficient and energy-saving system solutions with low maintenance costs for customers while ensuring effectiveness.

Based on the above analysis, we have abandoned the traditional solution of high energy consumption and enclosed space for air conditioning, and innovatively adopted a three-dimensional ventilation and cooling system of "permanent magnet negative pressure fan+water curtain wall". Install an efficient water curtain wall on one side of the workshop wall, and install a permanent magnet negative pressure fan with a large exhaust volume on the opposite wall. When the fan is started, it quickly forces the accumulated hot air and odorous gases in the workshop to be discharged, creating instantaneous negative pressure indoors. Under the pressure difference between inside and outside, fresh outdoor air is forced to pass through the water curtain wall. When the air flows through the moist honeycomb water curtain, the moisture evaporates and absorbs a large amount of heat, and the air temperature can be reduced by 5-10 ℃. The cool fresh air is then "pulled" into the workshop and flows along the preset path towards the exhaust outlet. This design achieves a smooth airflow organization of "directional guidance, one end for air intake, and one end for air exhaust", ultimately achieving the ideal effect of continuous influx of fresh cold air and efficient discharge of high-temperature odor exhaust gas.

Core technology: permanent magnet synchronization, efficient and energy-saving

The core of this plan lies in the golden combination of permanent magnet negative pressure fan and water curtain wall. Compared with traditional motors, permanent magnet synchronous motors have significant advantages such as small size, high efficiency, large starting torque, and energy consumption reduction of about 20% -30%, making them particularly suitable for industrial ventilation scenarios that require long-term operation. The water curtain wall utilizes the natural physical principle of "water evaporation absorbs heat", which is environmentally friendly and has a significant cooling effect.

After the equipment was put into use, the workshop environment underwent fundamental changes: the measured temperature dropped significantly, the concentration of odors decreased significantly, and the air formed a continuous and gentle circulation.
