车间概况

In recent years, with the continuous vigorous development of the domestic automobile manufacturing industry, Tangxia Town has become a typical representative of regional industrial upgrading with its complete industrial chain and strong technological foundation. As a local enterprise above a certain scale, this enterprise has advanced production processes covering stamping, welding, injection molding, surface treatment, and final assembly, and is a modern manufacturing capability for automotive parts production.

Workshop Overview

The factory building is a single-layer color steel structure, with brick walls and large areas of skylight glass windows. The roof is covered with insulated color steel tiles. The total area of the workshop is about 8000 square meters, and the floor height is over 15 meters. Internally, it is divided into stamping area, welding area, injection molding area, spraying line, and assembly area according to the process flow. The heat generated by the equipment in the workshop is not significant, and the distribution of employees is relatively scattered. The main heat load comes from the strong outdoor solar radiation in the southern summer. In addition, the tall factory building and large glass window area can easily create a hot and humid environment, which affects the comfort of operations and the stable operation of equipment.
