该篮球馆位于四川成都，地处亚热带湿润气候区，四季分明，夏季炎热潮湿，冬季温和少雨，年平均湿度较高。这样的气候条件使得室内体育场馆在运营过程中，必须有效应对高温高湿环境，确保运动舒适性与空气流通。

体育场馆不仅是群众强身健体的重要场所，也是促进社区交流、举办赛事活动、推动体育文化发展的重要载体。一个舒适、安全的运动环境，能提升公众参与体育锻炼的积极性，助力全民健身事业的推进。

二、场馆特点

该场馆采用穹顶式钢结构，外覆超大面积特种防水布蒙皮，属于软式建筑。其独特的造型与设计，使其成为成都知名的网红体育地标。馆内设有5个标准篮球场及休息区等配套设施，空间开阔、功能齐全，但对通风降温系统的设计提出了更高要求。

三、挑战与解决方案

瑞峰环保制冷方案设计团队综合考虑了以下关键因素：

1、地理气候：成都夏季高温高湿，需持续稳定的降温除湿；

2、建筑结构：穹顶高大，送风距离远，气流组织难度大；

3、密封性能：建筑整体密封较好，适合采用空调类设备进行环境控制；

4、运营需求：对外营业性质要求设备随开随用、灵活启停，同时需兼顾能耗经济性。

经综合评估，我们最终为该场馆量身定制了数十台立式智能控制轴流省电工业空调组成的系统方案：

1、立式轴流机型：外观简洁美观，出风均匀柔和，与网红场馆的现代风格高度融合；

2、大功率双出风口：确保制冷量充足并留有冗余，保障全场温度舒适可控；

3、智能控制系统：实现人感启停与分区管理，有人在时自动运行，无人时关闭相应区域空调，显著降低能耗，实现节能与舒适的平衡。

四、实施效果

系统安装完成后，场馆内空气流通显著改善，温度与湿度始终维持在宜人区间，得到了场馆运营方与运动者的一致好评。业主特别赞赏该方案在节能性与稳定性上的突出表现，实现了运营成本控制与体验提升的双重目标。

五、项目意义

此次篮球馆工程的成功实施，进一步拓展了瑞峰环保制冷在高大空间特种建筑环境控制领域的解决方案能力。该方案同样适用于羽毛球馆、体育馆、展览大厅、物流仓库、工业厂房等类似场景，为各类大空间场所提供高效、节能、可靠的通风降温系统支持。

1、 Project Background

The basketball court is located in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, in a subtropical humid climate zone with distinct four seasons. The summer is hot and humid, while the winter is mild with little rainfall. The annual average humidity is relatively high. Such climatic conditions require indoor sports venues to effectively cope with high temperature and humidity environments during operation, ensuring sports comfort and air circulation.

Sports venues are not only important places for people to keep fit and healthy, but also important carriers for promoting community communication, hosting sports events, and promoting the development of sports culture. A comfortable and safe sports environment can enhance the public's enthusiasm for participating in physical exercise and contribute to the promotion of the national fitness cause.

2、 Venue characteristics

The venue adopts a dome shaped steel structure and is covered with a large area of special waterproof cloth skin, belonging to a soft building. Its unique shape and design have made it a well-known internet celebrity sports landmark in Chengdu. There are 5 standard basketball courts and rest areas and other supporting facilities in the museum, with spacious and fully functional areas, but higher requirements are put forward for the design of ventilation and cooling systems.

3、 Challenges and Solutions

The Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration Solution Design Team has comprehensively considered the following key factors:

(1). Geographical climate: Chengdu experiences high temperatures and humidity in summer, requiring continuous and stable cooling and dehumidification;

(2). Architectural structure: The dome is tall and the air supply distance is far, making it difficult to organize the airflow;

(3). Sealing performance: The overall sealing of the building is good, suitable for using air conditioning equipment for environmental control;

(4). Operational requirements: The nature of external business requires equipment to be on and off at any time, flexible in starting and stopping, while also considering energy efficiency and economy.

After comprehensive evaluation, we have finally customized a system solution consisting of dozens of vertical intelligent control axial flow energy-saving industrial air conditioners for the venue:

(1). Vertical axial flow model: The appearance is simple and beautiful, with uniform and soft air outlet, highly integrated with the modern style of the Red Square Pavilion;

(2). High power dual air vents: ensuring sufficient cooling capacity and redundancy, ensuring comfortable and controllable temperature throughout the entire area;

(3). Intelligent control system: realizes human sensing start stop and zone management, automatically operates when there is someone present, and turns off the corresponding area air conditioning when there is no one present, significantly reducing energy consumption and achieving a balance between energy conservation and comfort.

4、 Implementation effect

After the system installation was completed, the air circulation in the venue significantly improved, and the temperature and humidity remained in a pleasant range, receiving unanimous praise from the venue operators and athletes. The owner particularly appreciates the outstanding performance of the plan in terms of energy efficiency and stability, achieving the dual goals of controlling operating costs and improving user experience.

5、 Project significance

The successful implementation of the basketball court project has further expanded the solution capabilities of Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration in the field of environmental control for high-rise and special buildings. This solution is also applicable to similar scenarios such as badminton halls, sports arenas, exhibition halls, logistics warehouses, industrial plants, etc., providing efficient, energy-saving, and reliable ventilation and cooling system support for various large space venues.
