该鞋厂位于浙江省瑞安市飞云镇云周工业区。该区域属亚热带季风气候,四季分明,夏季炎热潮湿,最高气温常达35℃以上,湿度较大;冬季温和湿润,最低气温一般在5℃左右。春、秋两季气温适中,但湿度仍较高,整体气候环境对生产车间的通风降温与湿度控制提出了较高要求。
厂房为多层钢筋混凝土结构的标准工业厂房,需改善环境的车间面积约1800平方米,层高5.5米。车间主要分为缝纫区与辅助功能区:缝纫区内集中布置了约200台车包工业缝纫车,设备本身发热量小;辅助区包括整理区与临时存储周转区。车间内工作人员共计约270人,包括缝纫工约200人、整理工约40人、周转搬运工约20人,以及录入文员、调度与车间管理等其他人员约10人。因此,车间最主要的热源与湿负荷均来自密集作业的人员,属于典型的劳动密集型生产环境。

项目初期,鞋厂负责人曾考虑采用成本较低的普通环保空调(蒸发式冷风机)方案。瑞峰方案设计团队在深入分析后指出,常规环保空调虽具有一定降温效果,但除湿能力有限,在本地高湿气候下难以实现温湿双控,长期使用反而可能导致车间内湿度过高,影响皮革、织物等原料的保存品质与缝纫工艺稳定性,且送风距离与均匀性也难以满足大面积车间的整体舒适性需求。
基于此,团队从系统性、长效性与适用性出发,提出并论证了更适合本项目的工业级解决的四点方案:
1、地理气候适配:针对本地夏季高温高湿的特点,所选设备除具备强效降温能力外,还兼具主动除湿功能,可有效控制车间湿度;
2、厂房结构匹配:利用现有层高优势,采用吊挂式安装,不占用地面生产空间,实现空间利用最优化;
3、车间布局与人员分布:依据面积大、人员密集、工位固定的特点,设计均匀送风与气流组织,避免出现温湿不均;
4、设备选型综合论证:为兼顾降温、除湿与送风距离,未采用常规环保空调或立式轴流机组,而是选用大功率卧式射流蒸发冷工业空调,其在远距离定向送风的同时,可通过冷凝除湿机制降低空气湿度,实现真正意义上的舒适性空调环境。
最终实施的大功率卧式射流蒸发冷工业空调方案,通过高空吊装、多向射流送风,将处理后的凉爽干燥空气均匀覆盖至车间每个角落。系统运行后,车间温湿度均得到显著改善,工作人员体感舒适度大幅提升,以往夏季闷热潮湿、易疲劳的工作环境得到根本性扭转。这不仅有效提升了员工的专注度与工作效率,降低了因高温高湿导致的生产延误与原料损耗,更从整体上增强了生产环境的稳定性与可控性,为企业实现了可持续的生产效率提升与综合运行效益优化。
The shoe factory is located in Yunzhou Industrial Zone, Feiyun Town, Rui'an City, Zhejiang Province. This area has a subtropical monsoon climate with distinct four seasons. Summers are hot and humid, with the highest temperature often reaching above 35℃ and high humidity; winters are mild and humid, with the lowest temperature generally around 5℃. Temperatures in spring and autumn are moderate, but humidity remains high. The overall climate environment poses high demands on ventilation, cooling, and humidity control in production workshops.
The factory building is a standard industrial building with a multi-story reinforced concrete structure. The workshop area requiring environmental improvement is approximately 1,800 square meters, with a floor height of 5.5 meters. The workshop is mainly divided into a sewing area and an auxiliary functional area: the sewing area is centrally equipped with about 200 industrial sewing machines, which generate little heat; the auxiliary area includes a finishing area and a temporary storage and turnover area. There are a total of about 270 staff members in the workshop, including about 200 sewing workers, about 40 finishing workers, about 20 turnover and handling workers, as well as about 10 data entry clerks, dispatchers, workshop managers, and other personnel. Therefore, the main heat source and moisture load in the workshop come from the densely working personnel, making it a typical labor-intensive production environment.
At the beginning of the project, the head of the shoe factory considered adopting a low-cost ordinary environmental protection air conditioning (evaporative air cooler) solution. After in-depth analysis, the Ruifeng scheme design team pointed out that although conventional environmental protection air conditioning has a certain cooling effect, its dehumidification capacity is limited. It is difficult to achieve dual control of temperature and humidity in the local high-humidity climate. Long-term use may even lead to excessively high humidity in the workshop, affecting the preservation quality of raw materials such as leather and fabric, as well as the stability of sewing processes. Moreover, the air supply distance and uniformity are also difficult to meet the overall comfort requirements of large-area workshops.
Based on this, the team proposed and demonstrated four industrial-level solutions that are more suitable for this project, starting from the perspectives of systematicness, long-term effectiveness, and applicability:
1. Geographical and climatic adaptation: In response to the high temperature and humidity characteristics of the local summer, the selected equipment not only possesses strong cooling capacity but also has an active dehumidification function, which can effectively control the humidity in the workshop;
2. Plant structure matching: Leveraging the existing height advantage, adopting a suspended installation method, without occupying ground production space, to achieve optimal space utilization;
3. Workshop layout and personnel distribution: Based on the characteristics of large area, dense personnel, and fixed workstations, design uniform air supply and airflow organization to avoid uneven temperature and humidity;
4. Comprehensive demonstration of equipment selection: In order to balance cooling, dehumidification, and air supply distance, conventional environmentally friendly air conditioners or vertical axial flow units were not adopted. Instead, high-power horizontal jet evaporation cooling industrial air conditioners were selected. These air conditioners can provide directional air supply over a long distance and reduce air humidity through condensation and dehumidification mechanisms, achieving a truly comfortable air conditioning environment.
The final implemented high-power horizontal jet evaporation cooling industrial air conditioning solution, through high-altitude lifting and multi-directional jet air supply, evenly covers every corner of the workshop with treated cool and dry air. After the system is put into operation, both temperature and humidity in the workshop have been significantly improved, and the comfort level of the staff has been greatly enhanced. The previously hot and humid working environment in summer, which was prone to fatigue, has been fundamentally reversed. This not only effectively enhances employees' concentration and work efficiency, reduces production delays and raw material losses caused by high temperature and humidity, but also overall enhances the stability and controllability of the production environment, achieving sustainable production efficiency improvement and comprehensive operational benefit optimization for the enterprise.
