该多功能活动馆位于广东省佛山市,属于典型的亚热带季风气候区,常年温暖湿润,夏季高温多雨,平均气温可达28-32℃,湿度较高;冬季温和,偶有寒潮,四季温差相对较小。场馆作为某大型产业园的附属设施,主要用于园区人员集会、文娱演出、健身锻炼及体育赛事,具备较强的公共性与多功能性。建筑主体为钢筋混凝土框架结构,四周采用大面积玻璃窗设计,屋顶铺设带隔热层的彩钢瓦,整体呈矩形方正布局,面积约1500平方米,挑高10余米,内部设有两个标准篮球场,可满足正规比赛需求。
二、方案设计思路

2、建筑结构约束:利用挑高空间,采用吊挂式安装,避免占用地面使用面积,同时兼顾建筑美观;
3、气流组织优化:因场地开阔、送风距离远,选用射流型蒸发冷节能空调,实现远距离均匀送风,避免温度死角;
4、节能与可持续:利用水蒸发吸热原理,大幅降低能耗,符合绿色建筑理念。
三、实施效果
项目采用吊挂式射流蒸发冷空调系统后,场馆内部实现快速降温与持续新风循环,夏季室内温度稳定保持在26-28℃,湿度适宜,有效缓解高温闷热感。空调系统运行时噪音低,气流柔和,为人员聚集、运动竞赛提供了舒适、健康的环境体验。此外,系统维护简便,运行成本显著低于传统空调,受到园区管理方与使用人员的一致好评。
四、项目延伸影响

1、 Project Overview
This multi-functional activity hall is located in Foshan City, Guangdong Province, which belongs to a typical subtropical monsoon climate zone. It is warm and humid all year round, with high temperatures and heavy rainfall in summer. The average temperature can reach 28-32 ℃, and the humidity is relatively high; Winter is mild with occasional cold waves, and the temperature difference between the four seasons is relatively small. As an ancillary facility of a large industrial park, the venue is mainly used for gatherings of park personnel, cultural and entertainment performances, fitness exercises, and sports events, with strong public and multifunctional characteristics. The main structure of the building is a reinforced concrete frame structure, with large areas of glass windows around it. The roof is covered with color steel tiles with insulation layer. The overall layout is rectangular and square, with an area of about 1500 square meters and a height of more than 10 meters. There are two standard basketball courts inside, which can meet the needs of regular competitions.
2、 Design concept of the scheme
The Ruifeng Environmental Protection Refrigeration Technology Team takes into account multiple factors such as geographical and climatic characteristics, building structural features, functional requirements, and ease of operation and maintenance
(1). Climate adaptability: In response to the high temperature and humidity environment in Foshan during summer, emphasis is placed on both cooling and ventilation;
(2). Architectural structural constraints: Utilize elevated space and adopt hanging installation to avoid occupying ground use area while also considering building aesthetics;
(3). Optimization of airflow organization: Due to the open space and long air supply distance, jet type evaporative cooling energy-saving air conditioning is selected to achieve uniform air supply over long distances and avoid temperature blind spots;
(4). Energy conservation and sustainability: By utilizing the principle of water evaporation and heat absorption, energy consumption is significantly reduced, in line with the concept of green buildings.
3、 Implementation effect
After adopting a suspended jet evaporative cooling air conditioning system, the venue achieves rapid cooling and continuous fresh air circulation. In summer, the indoor temperature remains stable at 26-28 ℃ and the humidity is suitable, effectively alleviating the feeling of high temperature and stuffiness. The air conditioning system operates with low noise and gentle airflow, providing a comfortable and healthy environment for personnel gathering and sports competitions. In addition, the system is easy to maintain and has significantly lower operating costs than traditional air conditioners, receiving unanimous praise from park management and users.
4、 Project extension impact
Although this project is a venue project, its technical solution and design ideas have strong replicability and scalability, and have provided mature references for similar scenarios such as large warehouses, industrial workshops, exhibition centers, waiting halls, and other open spaces.
