厂房为多层钢筋混凝土结构标准工业厂房,外立面设大面积玻璃窗,自然采光充足。单层建筑面积约8000平方米(长100米,宽80米),层高6.5米。车间按功能划分为裁剪区、缝制流水线区、整烫区、质检包装区等,各区人员密度高,作业连续性强。尽管设备发热量不大,但人员密集形成主要热负荷,叠加夏季强烈室外辐射热,整体热环境管理挑战显著。

1、 Project Overview

Sichuan Feixun Clothing Co., Ltd. is located in the central part of Sichuan Province (the hinterland of the Sichuan Basin, belonging to the subtropical monsoon climate with distinct four seasons, hot and humid in summer, and cold and humid in winter. The annual average humidity is relatively high, with a relative humidity of about 70% -80% throughout the year. The summer temperature can reach over 35 ℃, making it one of the important provinces for China's industrial transfer to the west). As a large-scale clothing production enterprise in the local area, the company has a complete modern clothing production process, covering multiple links such as cutting, sewing, ironing, inspection, and packaging.

The factory building is a multi story reinforced concrete structure standard industrial building, with large glass windows on the exterior facade for sufficient natural lighting. The single story building has an area of approximately 8000 square meters (100 meters long and 80 meters wide) and a floor height of 6.5 meters. The workshop is divided by function into cutting area, sewing assembly line area, ironing area, quality inspection and packaging area, etc. Each area has a high density of personnel and strong continuity of operations. Although the heat generated by the equipment is not large, the main heat load is formed by the dense personnel, combined with the strong outdoor radiation heat in summer, making the overall thermal environment management challenge significant.

Central area of workshop: In order to overcome the problem of air supply attenuation caused by the 80 meter ultra large span, multiple high-power jet industrial air conditioners are suspended from the ceiling in the middle of the workshop. By utilizing their long-distance air supply capability, precise airflow coverage is achieved to ensure temperature and humidity balance in the middle of the workshop.

This system achieves seamless ventilation and cooling throughout the entire workshop, improving personnel comfort while effectively maintaining stable temperature and humidity in the workshop, reducing issues such as fabric moisture regain, deformation, and static electricity caused by high temperature and humidity, ensuring stable clothing quality, and significantly improving employee work efficiency and overall enterprise production capacity.

3、 Comparison and Explanation of Optimal Scheme Selection

Due to cost considerations, the company originally planned to use an evaporative air cooler (environmentally friendly air conditioning)+negative pressure fan solution. However, the Ruifeng professional team pointed out that the air cooler is prone to further increase environmental humidity, which not only affects the physical properties of clothing fabrics, but may also lead to equipment corrosion, circuit hazards, and inability to accurately control temperature, based on the high humidity climate characteristics of the local summer. In contrast, industrial air conditioning systems have the ability to independently regulate temperature and humidity, resulting in more stable long-term operation and higher energy efficiency. From the perspective of comprehensive operating costs and production environment protection, they actually have higher cost-effectiveness.
