本项目位于广东省顺德区某品牌服装代加工企业。顺德地处粤港澳大湾区腹地,属亚热带季风气候,常年高温多雨,夏季闷热潮湿(最高气温常达35℃以上,相对湿度超过80%),冬季温和湿润。这种气候对纺织生产环境提出了严峻挑战——湿度过高易导致织物受潮、纤维强度下降,温度波动则影响染料固色与面料稳定性。作为大湾区传统服装产业的重要一员,该企业深知:唯有优化生产环境,才能从源头提升服装品质,增强市场竞争力。
二、厂房结构与原有问题
该厂为多层钢筋混凝土标准厂房,墙面设有大面积采光窗,空间开阔、层高突出,契合服装流水线作业需求。此前,车间采用“蒸发式冷风机+负压风机”进行通风降温,但此类设备仅能粗略降温,无法精确控温,且会持续引入潮湿空气。长期运行下,车间湿度居高不下,导致缝纫设备易生锈、电机绝缘性能下降,织物亦容易产生霉斑或静电吸附粉尘,直接影响产品良率与设备寿命。
三、改造需求分析
车间内热源主要来自两方面:一是密集作业的员工(约数百人),二是夏季强烈的室外太阳辐射。尽管工业缝纫机本身产热有限,但人员密集与高温天气叠加,使车间长期处于闷热状态,员工疲劳度上升,生产效率与质量稳定性难以保障。
四、瑞峰方案设计

1、 Project Overview
This project is located in a clothing outsourcing enterprise of a certain brand in Shunde District, Guangdong Province. Shunde is located in the hinterland of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area, with a subtropical monsoon climate. It is hot and rainy all year round, with hot and humid summers (the highest temperature often reaches over 35 ℃, and the relative humidity exceeds 80%), and mild and humid winters. This climate poses a serious challenge to the textile production environment - high humidity can easily cause fabrics to become damp and fiber strength to decrease, while temperature fluctuations can affect dye fixation and fabric stability. As an important member of the traditional clothing industry in the Greater Bay Area, this enterprise deeply understands that only by optimizing the production environment can we improve clothing quality from the source and enhance market competitiveness.
2、 Factory structure and existing issues
The factory is a multi story reinforced concrete standard factory building, with large areas of lighting windows on the walls. The space is spacious and the floor height is prominent, which meets the needs of clothing assembly line operations. Previously, the workshop used "evaporative air coolers+negative pressure fans" for ventilation and cooling, but such equipment can only roughly cool down and cannot accurately control temperature, and will continue to introduce humid air. Under long-term operation, the high humidity in the workshop can lead to rusting of sewing equipment, decreased insulation performance of motors, and the formation of mold spots or electrostatic adsorption of dust on fabrics, directly affecting product yield and equipment lifespan.
3、 Analysis of Renovation Requirements
The heat source in the workshop mainly comes from two aspects: one is the intensive operation of employees (about hundreds of people), and the other is the strong outdoor solar radiation in summer. Although industrial sewing machines themselves have limited heat production, the combination of personnel density and high temperature weather results in the workshop being in a hot and humid state for a long time, leading to increased employee fatigue and difficulty in ensuring production efficiency and quality stability.
4、 Ruifeng scheme design

The final plan is to install multiple high-power vertical dual outlet axial flow industrial air conditioners along the workshop walls. This design takes into account three major advantages:
(1). Dual air outlets combined with high power - ensuring sufficient and redundant cooling capacity, flexible and precise temperature and humidity adjustment;
(2). Axial flow model - soft and uniform air outlet, avoiding strong winds that may affect employee operations or disturb lightweight fabrics, achieving full coverage of airflow;
(3). Efficient and energy-saving design - reduces long-term operating energy consumption, in line with the sustainable development goals of enterprises.
5、 Results after renovation
After the project is completed, the temperature and humidity in the workshop will be stably controlled within the suitable range for textile technology (temperature 24-28 ℃, humidity 55-65%). The comfort level of employees' work has significantly improved, with the disappearance of summer heat and stuffiness, and an increase of about 20% in focus and production efficiency; Improved fabric storage and processing environment, reduced fabric moisture regain, and guaranteed line flatness and dyeing consistency. Enterprise feedback shows that the defect rate of products has decreased, employee stability has been enhanced, and a dual optimization of production environment and business efficiency has been achieved.
