一、项目背景

该鞋业生产基地位于浙江省瑞安市仙降镇,地处东南沿海,属亚热带季风气候区,四季分明,夏季炎热潮湿,冬季温和湿润。常年平均气温约17-18℃,夏季最高气温可达35℃以上,平均相对湿度较高,尤其在梅雨季节及夏季,车间内易出现闷热、空气流通不畅等问题,对生产环境与人员作业舒适度构成较大挑战。

二、厂房结构与车间概况

厂区建筑为多层钢筋混凝土标准厂房,需进行通风降温改造的车间面积约2200平方米,层高5.5米。车间主要划分为缝纫主区域与辅助功能区(包括整理区、临时存储周转区)。缝纫区密集布置工业缝纫设备,其本身虽无明显发热,但车间内长期驻留作业人员约280人,属于典型劳动密集型生产场景,人员散热成为车间内部主要热负荷来源。

三、原有环境与改造动因

此前,车间仅依靠传统风扇进行通风,空气流通效果有限,无法有效降低体感温度与控制湿度。高温高湿环境导致员工工作舒适度差,疲劳感加剧,长期以往造成员工流失率偏高。为提升员工稳定性、改善作业条件,同时确保鞋类生产过程中面料与成品对温湿度的敏感要求,业主决定对车间环境进行系统性升级。

四、方案设计与技术选型

1、 Project Background

The footwear production base is located in Xianjiang Town, Rui'an City, Zhejiang Province, on the southeast coast. It belongs to the subtropical monsoon climate zone with distinct four seasons, with hot and humid summers and mild and humid winters. The average annual temperature is about 17-18 ℃, and the highest temperature in summer can reach over 35 ℃. The average relative humidity is relatively high, especially during the rainy season and summer. The workshop is prone to problems such as stuffiness and poor air circulation, which pose significant challenges to the production environment and personnel comfort.

2、 Factory Structure and Workshop Overview

The factory building is a multi story reinforced concrete standard factory building, and the workshop area that needs ventilation and cooling renovation is about 2200 square meters, with a floor height of 5.5 meters. The workshop is mainly divided into sewing main area and auxiliary functional area (including sorting area, temporary storage and turnover area). The sewing area is densely packed with industrial sewing equipment. Although it does not generate obvious heat, there are about 280 long-term resident workers in the workshop, which belongs to a typical labor-intensive production scenario. Personnel heat dissipation becomes the main source of heat load inside the workshop.

3、 Original environment and motivation for renovation

Previously, the workshop relied solely on traditional fans for ventilation, which had limited air circulation and could not effectively reduce perceived temperature and control humidity. The high temperature and high humidity environment leads to poor work comfort and increased fatigue among employees, resulting in a high employee turnover rate in the long run. In order to enhance employee stability, improve working conditions, and ensure the sensitivity of fabrics and finished products to temperature and humidity during shoe production, the owner has decided to systematically upgrade the workshop environment.

4、 Scheme design and technical selection

The Ruifeng technical team has comprehensively considered multiple key factors, including:

(1). Geographical and climatic characteristics: In response to the high temperature and humidity of the local summer climate, it is necessary to strengthen the cooling and dehumidification capabilities;

(2). Factory structure conditions: Utilizing higher floors and adopting aerial installation methods to avoid occupying valuable ground production space;

(3). Workshop layout and heat source characteristics: Combining the characteristics of dense personnel and compact equipment arrangement, it is necessary to achieve long-distance and large-scale uniform air supply;

(4). System efficiency and energy-saving requirements: While ensuring refrigeration efficiency, control operating costs and improve overall energy efficiency.

Based on the above analysis, the high-power horizontal jet evaporative cooling industrial air conditioning system was ultimately selected. The device adopts a hanging installation, which not only saves the ground usage area, but also achieves long-distance air transportation and full coverage of the workshop through powerful jet air supply technology, effectively promoting air circulation and temperature balance.

5、 Implementation effect and efficiency improvement

After the system was put into use, the temperature and humidity of the entire workshop were accurately controlled, and the indoor temperature remained within a comfortable range of 26-28 ℃ in summer, with a significant decrease in relative humidity. Employees working in a cool and dry environment have significantly improved their physical comfort, increased their work enthusiasm and focus, and effectively alleviated the phenomenon of personnel turnover.

The improvement of production environment has further driven the enhancement of comprehensive benefits of enterprises:
